What do you like best about the product?
I love using Dropbox because it's easy to store and share files. I am able to keep all of the records and files for our company in convenience folders and quickly share them to my team. It makes collaborating so easy! I use Dropbox multiple times every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced anything about Dropbox that I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our clients are able to access pertinent files and download them to their own devices. It makes it very easy to keep everyone on the same page and well-informed.
Clunky
What do you like best about the product?
It's generally widly used and was previously useful to swap documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's is extremely inconsisitent and createda ton of tech issues that were consitient such as going out of synch with server files and being extremely finicky to navigate through and move documents around in dropbox itsef. Most people I speak to is phasing out of dropbox and for good reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's actually creating more problems. There are a lot of cloud servers out there and it's really just about finding the one that can handle the largest volume the best. Dropbox is not that program.
My photos are secure
What do you like best about the product?
I like that my photos are safely secured in the cloud and that I can access them on several platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I need to access a photo to incorporate in a Facebook or similar platform, I'm not allowed to directly copy the photo to the site. In such cases, I have to do a workaround to open the photo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy access to my photos from anywhere.
Great product to share files for people outside or inside your organization
What do you like best about the product?
The best part it is how easy is to share the files with other people and how all your files can sync directly from your computer. That really speed up the process. I use on a daily basis to send files and to review files from other collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how some people has only 2Gb for FREE. That makes complicated to sync files outside the organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems that I have is to send large files to clients. With Dropbox I can send any file of any since for review.

Easy to use, easy to share
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have a folder on my computer to directly drop documents and edit documents. They will be available everywhere I am logged in.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to edit anything within Dropbox and it's confusing for people I do work for to download my shared documents without them thinking they need to have Dropbox as well.

I am a photographer and I use Dropbox to share images with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Relaiably and seamless syncs files, also one fo the best ways out there to share files with others, and the analytics are great to monitor files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plans have gotten more compicated over the years,a nd the price has gone up accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping files in sync across multiple platforms and users. It works well, syncing is almost instant, and never encounter any versioning problems.
Works across multiple devices and platforms very smoothly, collaboration is a breeze.

Transfer speeds, works seamlessly no matter what device I am using meaning all of my documaents are always just a click away

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been a game-changer for managing my files across multiple devices. Its synchronization capabilities ensure that I have access to my latest work regardless of where I am or what device I'm using. The interface is intuitive, and sharing files with colleagues is straightforward and secure. Dropbox's robust file versioning system has saved me on numerous occasions, allowing me to recover earlier versions of documents without hassle. Moreover, the generous amount of storage in the basic free plan has been ample for my needs, while the option to upgrade offers even more flexibility and capacity for larger projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's little to dislike, but if I have to be nitpicky, I would say that the pricing for the premium plans can be a bit steep for individual users. Also, while Dropbox works smoothly most of the time, there have been rare instances when syncing takes longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has streamlined our file management and collaboration processes. It has eliminated the need for physical storage devices and made remote teamwork much more efficient. With Dropbox, we've resolved the issue of version control, ensuring that everyone has the most updated documents at hand. It's also solved our data loss problem by acting as a reliable backup solution.
