What do you like best about the product?
its user-friendly interface and ease of use, making it simple for individuals and teams to store, organize, and share files across devices. Additionally, its collaboration tools and integrations with various applications contribute to its popularity for both personal and professional use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan of dropbox right now seems very expensive to me and there are better alternatives in the marketspace which provides better plans. A revamp can be done to include more features in the free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a student I have used dropbos to my leverage as it helped me save several notes on the cloud while letting me access those notes on all my devices.
It also helped me and my friends to collaborate real time on the platform and study together. It also provides a reliable backup in case the files gets deleted.

I rate the tool’s scalability a ten out of ten. More than 20 people are using the product in our organization. We do not have plans to increase the number of users.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I was using IBM’s product. I prefer IBM’s product because it collaborates with the embedded cloud.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is simple and straightforward. The product can read and share data on Microsoft pretty easily. The deployment took 15 to 20 minutes.
What about the implementation team?
We deployed the solution in-house. To deploy the product, we must follow simple steps. We do not need the help of a consultant. We just need to read the steps on the website. We need only one junior engineer to manage and maintain the solution.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
We must pay when we upsize to a larger space.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I prefer Google One over Dropbox. We use Dropbox only to separate our files. Google One has similar features to Dropbox. However, Google One is better than Dropbox because of the complex environment that Google provides.
What other advice do I have?
The newcomers like Google One, Microsoft, IBM, and other products have similar features. We have a regulation not to use much in the cloud. We tend to use the tools offered by our local vendors. Overall, I rate the tool a ten out of ten.

In the today's world we have less storage in our mobile in comparison to our files, So We nees a good cloud storage software. And Dropbox fullfill our all the requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscription price of Dropbox is very high in comparison to all the other cloud storage software. Dropbox should decrease the price of subscription by a little percentage. So we can afford that.

It is very helpfull for storing and sharing the data. And the best thing is that we access our files in 3devices at a time. we can easily access our files at anywhere by any device only by sign up in Dropbox.

Dropbox offers a service with a limited free storage space of approximately 2GB for documents, files, and photos. However, some users might find this allocation insufficient for their needs. The Android app's automatic access to all photo and file folders could raise security concerns. Consequently, I made the decision to deactivate my Dropbox profile based on these considerations.

Pricing of Dropbox is very high and sometime some files automatically deleted when we want to retrieve all those file with the help of customer care they are not very supported.

We are encountering an issue while trying to save client data, which includes files and confidential documents. Now, a significant portion of our company's files are being stored on Dropbox.

Its easily accessible on different platforms for work or personal use. I can save personal documents and access from my phone which can be handy

Nothing, probably would be nice if we can add security to certain folders which require extra protection from any hackers

Large volume and easy to share big files as I work with large file format. Quick upload as well so no need to wait too long (also subject to internet speed)

I like the interface and the easiness of the dropbox. dropbox is one of the best online cloud storage service I am using the dropbox since a very long time. personally I feel dropbox is some what better than Google drive

No as such dislikes but I would appricate if dropbox provide more free storage limit. also somtime I face an issuer where shared links were not working but I faced it rarely.

I like the peace of mind it provides and the searchability of all my files.

Although it works well with the Apple ecosystem overall, I wish on iPhones it was easier to natively search (e.g. when pulling down the search bar to search for anything on an iPhone).
