Easy to use file sharing on the go
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to be able to transfer my documents from multiple work stations ie laptop, desktop and Ipad and have mobile access on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually have been enjoying this software for multiple years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing documents across platform and allowing portability to share documents on the run.

Drop Box streamlines our work communication
What do you like best about the product?
Having a common place for team members to share project information is important in our program. It’s not practical to email individual versions to team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike running out of space. The space restriction is confusing. I have to clear my files frequently to make room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team members can post images or large scale files for the rest of the team to collect or just look at. It’s efficient and easy to invite specific people to projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s very easy to use.
Most loved cloud storage application
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite attribute of dropbox is how seamlessly it integrates between devices. I can take a picture on my phone, share it to dropbox, and within 5 seconds I can have the file open on my laptop. I can also easily access any of my files from any internet connection by logging into my dropbox account online. Seamless integration across devices also means that I can edit documents from anywhere and have up-to-date files across my devices, and file organizing can also be done from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only complaint is that sometimes dropbox running in the background on my laptop can take up a lot of CPU power, but that is fixed easily enough by pausing syncing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud file storage and easily sharing files across devices. Originally purchased for file storage, but have kept it over other cloud storage solutions because of the seamless device integration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it. The integration alone puts dropbox well ahead of any of the competition.
Fantastic for sharing and trading files
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create folders for people you work with, to trade files back and forth. Regardless of the type and size. Dropbox allows you to collaborate real time with people. Share files with co-workers, and friends without signing up for an expensive file sharing site

To be honest, I don't dislike anything about this program. It has worked out really well for my needs.Ease of use with drag and drop and shareable links
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files with people we work with regardless of file types. We share images, product files to be tested, final files and more. With dropbox we can share within a few minutes speeding up our work process. Collaborations are also easy with this file sharing solution
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to share large files, images or more dropbox is what you need. The ability to collaborate on projects big or small is a big feature of this product. The ability to create and share folders allows you to organize according to your needs. For big companies dealing with lots of documents or files and multiple users this is a great way to keep track of your work and files, no more losing something in email because you can share the files with them and Dropbox will keep a record of who has looked at them.
Depending on your work, this may be the option for your file storage needs. And the buisness plan is extremely affordable.

Intuitive, well-known option for sharing files
What do you like best about the product?
Our staff travels a lot, takes pictures from the road, and some other services were really slow or cumbersome when it came to large image file sharing. This has worked well for us, allowing us to make sure our staff can easily share and access the images and other files we need. It's also great that we can share access with constituents and community members regardless of what email system, etc, they might have.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you run out of whatever storage level you're at, the frequent reminders to upgrade get annoying fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our staff travels a lot, takes pictures from the road, and we need those for social media posts, magazine layout, etc. Some other services were really slow or cumbersome when it came to large image file sharing. This has worked well for us, allowing us to make sure our staff can easily share and access the images and other files we need.
Awesome way to store and share files
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Dropbox gives me access to all my files instantly on all my devices. This is important when working from home or traveling for work. Also sharing items or folders is so easy. It makes a collaborative environment possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it is too easy to accidentally overwrite a new version of a file with and old version. There should be some kind of built in warning when you are editing a version of a doc that isn’t the latest version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing and collaborating with employees in different departments, offices, and locations around the globe. Dropbox makes collaboration seamless.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the amount of space you will need so you purchase the appropriate package. I ran out of space when using it for large files and then needed up upgrade at a later time. It was easy to do but just something to keep in mind! Other than that this is a great platform.
Would like to see this program updated, bugs need to be fixed.

I like the customer service team, they went above and beyond,they were friendly and got back to me the same day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the file size ,it seemed a bit high and I couldn't figure out how to change it to something smaller.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I organize my files and upload my documents to the cloud. It gives me one more backup in case I loose acces to my hard drive or other backups.

Better than google drive but you get what you pay for.
Improve design and usability
What do you like best about the product?
It allows to increase productivity by sharing files of various formats. The option to share folders on a work team and edit the authorization levels to access the folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks development in design and usability. It is inconspicuous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase productivity in work teams. The security of safeguarding information and not leaving it on a PC
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Improve to compete with Google's Drobox on eye candy. Dropbox's design is not adequate and its usability does not compare with Google Drive. The functionality of Google photos is its disadvantage
Dropbox for Business
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Dropbox Business is ease of use. Sharing files and folders is quick and takes little effort. The ability to share information among different business units and sites within my organization and with others outside my organization makes Dropbox Business my go-to tool for collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I specifically dislike about Dropbox Business. It currently meets my professional needs and those of my organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use Dropbox Business to share files and information among business units and sites within my organization and, occasionally with others outside of my company. The biggest benefit is the opportunity to collaborate quickly and easily with colleagues.

If you are looking for an easy to use, straight-forward, basic information sharing tool, Dropbox Business is your go-to tool.
Help in business
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily create my account and give access to other employees. Creating folders, uploading files becomes easier. Admin have authority to disable the shared link.
What do you dislike about the product?
For small businesses ower, it is quite expensive. Sometimes becomes difficult to search files. Rest it's good to go and no more dislike I have for this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can upload files, and shared links for files and anyone can view that. I will highly recommend this tool for business and definitely, it will help a lot to grow.
