Quick and painless
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact that the entire process was very fast and accurate. Any and all issues that came up were dealt with quickly. The support team really went out of there way to make sure the transition was done right and was working properly right away to not impact business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only reall had one issue and that was the timing of the porting. It was planed for after hours and it occurred at noon. Granted it only took and hour to repair but it was something I did not receive a heads up on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Defiantly text and quality. The text speaks for itself, Telephone quality is great, nice and clear.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't rush, learn the system and there features. Use supports people. They really know the product well.

The customer service and shorter wait time.

Sometimes the representatives are hard to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to use a VOIP system for my business.

Be patient when learning the system. Once you understand it.. It is perfect.

Great benefits and features of the phone and Vonage Business Service

Sometimes internet speeds can case slow calls.

Voicemail and the ability to use my phone at home and on the go with the vonage business app is a time saver .
Good service but has room to grow.

Interoffice connectivity (different offices in different states), ease of user management and admin controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like a little more custom control on in-house devices such as having an intercom function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of connectivity and the 'always available' feature by utilizing the App on cell phones when away from te office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look for deals... see if you want/need to go for a monthly contract or get some deals with free phones in an extended contract.
It's a great app to run global business!

What do you like best about the product?
The help each and every service reps give. They always find a solution to what ever issue is happening.IT runs perfectly 99.9% of the time
What do you dislike about the product?
It runs perfectly 99.9% of the time it's the 0.01% when it does not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
one bill that lays out all the costs. reports on the phone calls and the ability to operate anywhere in the world.

PEOPLE on the phone anytime I need them. No wait, no recordings no BS

Nothing that I dislike about these guys they are great

We had analog office service at 4 times the cost and no ability to manage the service. Adding Vonage we immediately were able to control our system from every conceivable angle and STOP robocalls in their tracks.

good budget system

occasionally drops calls. international dialing not-so-good.
