What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI, its easy to find things and when I don't know where something might be it rather obvious where it might be located. Prime Time sends is another feature that has been great, its improved our performance of emails. I also like the frequent updates that zeta has been doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website itself is rather slow, and it is confusing if that is a platform issue or a computer issue. The search functionality for campaigns when making segments also hardly works as intended and is very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ability to automate campaigns as aswell as send better emails to a more engaged audience with prime-time send.

sometime the events search is little hard. I had to give the full user id to search the profiles and events.

The Zeta Marketing Platform is very communicative with our team. I like being able to connect with them at a moment's notice to address issues or collaborate. Implementing new ideas is simple.

There is a bit of a learning curve with all of the systems used for the data.

Zeta is helping us with speed to lead for our leads and is allowing us to reach our interested prospects at a faster and more effective rate.

What do you like best about the product?
ZMP has access to great data for targeting and insights. The data used to create personas looks awesome on business pitches and clients always want to know more about who their customers are. ZMP gives that holistic picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Campaigns need to be set up in a basic manor since the platform seems limited on reporting capabilities. Also the lack of a strong cross-device graph limits upper-funnel campaigns from reporting on business metrics (ie. CTV exposure to an online conversion) so KPIs need to be basic for those tactics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer insights. Being able to upload FPD and then get current customer insights has been amazing.

This program has many useful additional functions. The program hosts the image to its server, which is a simple active setup process. The program is customizable. The program also allows us to store everything we need in one place. This platform can meet all our email marketing needs.

Support and account management are slow to respond and pay little attention to details. This platform is not expected to use a standard platform. There is a problem with its outdated design, and the format of the email design is sometimes different from the preview format. When there is a load, the program also gets stuck

This program provides advanced marketing automation features, such as forms, contact activities, contact management, contact and company insights, advertising management, team messaging, reporting dashboards. This is a global leader in improving and maintaining its competitive advantage.
Marketing Automation with Zeta Marketing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zeta Marketing Platform is one of the decent and cost-effective marketing automation platforms through we can automate all our marketing campaigns for Mobile, Email, Social media and we can also send push notifications to the customers if they have installed our mobile applications. Its really amazing marketing automation platform for data management, creating and managing end to end marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislike for this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After purchasing its license, it has solved lots of problems for automating all our regular marketing campaigns for Mobile, Email, Direct mail, Social media and push notification. Now we are able to do end to end campaign management, data management, API integration for all our real-time campaigns and started sending all our regular campaigns through its scheduler.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zeta Marketing Platform is less cost-effective and best revenue generator platform, so I will recommend it to other users.

It is rolling out things to compete with Tradedesk but not as in depth with options

The great thing about Zeta Marketing Platform is the Email Marketing management and control. It offers the ability to build marketing campaigns, set the target audience and scheduling all from a single window. The visual campaign builder is a great feature that is easy to use and make the work highly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks fluidity and smoothness because of the bugs present. Although they are minor and only come at certain times. It has to up it user experience to take on the bigger player in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it for our customer email marketing management and to send newsletters to people. This enable campaign monitoring and user interaction etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The platform provide good opportunity to make use of customer data. It help in making marketing campaigns and email marketing using the data collected. The AI insight isn't that great because of the slightly buggy interface but the campaign creation for email marketing is very good.
The reporting of the active campaigns can be control from the console which is not the best but gets the job done. All in all the platform does what it advertises and that should be the bottom line to justify the usage.
