Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I like how UJET can be used via web browser. It is more efficient than the previous one we had as far as being able to transfer and make multiple calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the system freezes but I believe it's because of a lot of people are on the application at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy calling the customer and the Postmate driver at once to resolve issues quicker. Being able to put one of the callers on hold while resolving the issue with another party makes the customer experience top notch.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very user friendly and is also very efficient. You can easily navigate through this widget with no problems. It is the easiest service I've used so far.

What do you like best about the product?
user friendly, even a granny or a child can use it well, never had an issue for new users and not even a glitch for advanced users, this could be tagged as a well made product / system.

What do you dislike about the product?
Usually not aligned with the resizing and no customization for personalized use.
Just would like to have a more personalized approach to the tool like most of the other systems in the market.
Visually boring, makes me want to just click and hide it, instead of keeping it on my interface while working, that's why if there's a chance to have a personalized approach then that could be great.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use, well balanced software.
No problems so far, usually the issues that are getting is related to the internet connection but not on the Ujet itself.
We use UJET for taking in concerns and calls for business related entities, the only advantage that we encounter is that it has a simple interface that even the newly hired employees were able to understand it in a short period of time, unlike the other software that we encounter and had before it has different training that it needs to be introduce .

What do you like best about the product?
i like that i can contact the customer. also, help out the customers and things. I like that i can review how many calls i have. Also, i like the percentage rate that is shown. Also, when it notifies me when the phone is ringing.
What do you dislike about the product?
i hate that you can not make a call on the same ticket. you have to make a separate ticket to call.

i am solving issued with the customers and with their order

How it has options like a regular phone, like the mute and merging calls is way easier to do and it is simple to use.

Nothing besides a slight lag, in the beginning, trying to connect

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet provides a friendly and customized support structure for their clients. As our business is ever changing, Ujet change with us, introducing a wide range of product updates along with a personal approaching in doing so. Well done Ujet!

Some features on Ujet can display some incorrect data, however Ujet being an expert in customer relations, take all our system suggestions onboard to create a personalized system to cater our needs.

Ujet is very to easy to use and user friendly interface. compare to other tools. You can easily track the records on the customer account including the records of happenned on the account

There is nothing to like on the ujet very user friendly . You can easily see what happen in the past on the account

Easy to Use, Aesthetically Pleasing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of colors for different aux codes, it makes it easy to remember what code I should be in and to quickly notice when I am not in the right code. The large and minimal font makes it aesthetically pleasing and easy to use.. I also like that I can refresh my page without being logged out of the software. I like how quickly it is able to refresh and return dropped calls, and show my stats in real time. The software has been consistent with different headphones and doesn't require additional setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
That codes are not organized by category or alphabetically, which would make finding specific codes easier. Since I am not an admin, I do not know whether this is possible. I additionally wish that there was a "favorite" options for more commonly used codes, I believe Five9 had this. Without that feature it is easy to mistakenly go into "Available" for inbound calls and chats. It would be nice if aux codes could be reorganized so that I can create further preference to the codes I use most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET drop down menu is occasionally unresponsive to clicks, and I have to minimize and maximize again before it will work as expected. The different colored codes is a huge perk, it helps me to realize when I am in the wrong aux code more quickly, this helps to avoid incorrect client billing and getting work occurrences by staying in break or lunch for an extended and unapproved amount of time. UJET does not have a notification system, this would be beneficial to also avoid going over my breaks and lunches.
UJET is extremely helpful in allowing me to log in and out of specific AUX states to do my job.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fluidity of UJET's system, and how I can transition from one AUX state to another with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
That my company didn't switch to it sooner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very seamless in the ways that it allows me to do my job, contacting customers and ensuring my company is appropriately billed for my AUX states. I am able to keep a consistency across my time with UJET's capabilities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with UJET, and if you're hesitant, don't be! It's a great platform and is very easy to adapt to and learn and use on a day-to-day basis!
