Easy to use and customer support is wonderful!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly this system is, the support is kind and quick! I do not have many complaints and am over happy with the service!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it cuts out, or merges calls, or does not warn for calls before putting them through. Can make us look unprofessional! Mostly easy to work with but can have some hiccups!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to help customers faster, resolve issues and create comfortability between myself and the customer! This system is user friendly and the support team is easy to communicate with!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I do recommend it, gives a fair warning when working well, Make sure you are paying attention and merging tickets with phone calls! Its very easy to use and the support team is fast! I appreciate the staff and even though I do not use it as often as other coworkers, this is a wonderful system and i am happy we use it!

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is so easy to use & implement. The customer success team is also AWESOME and great to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The native reporting is a bit lacking. They have been able to make up for it in a few ways, but if you don't use a BI tool and rely on native reporting, it might be a little more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for an easy to use telephony solution that integrated with our CRM to provide realt-time monitoring and insights into our service. We're able to maintain very high CSAT using Ujet, as well as specialized queues and routing based on customer information to get the right customers to the right agents. We've also gotten great insight into how our agents are spending their time using the custom statuses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you understand your reporting needs and have a plan for how to supplement them while they build out better native reporting. Also make sure you invest time in setting up your network correctly and have enough bandwidth to support your calls along with all of your other activities.

What do you like best about the product?
i like that it is on screen and the it is easy to use it all functions are on screen
What do you dislike about the product?
that some time it has connection issues and the ujet freezes

it is easy to get them over the right department with transfere botton

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Ujet pulls up our customer's information within Salesforce, making it easier to verify our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that there is no timer for each que for chats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving are that I am able to reach multiple customers at a time. The benefits are being able to reach multiple customers in chat, at a time, and being able to verify customers easier.

Easy to Use and Efficient

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to change between channels and to use the system as a whole. It is very easy to speak with customers and transfer calls. It also makes it very easy to send smart actions to customers as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes confusing when the channels overlap, so sometimes I'll be in Available and the widget will say I'm in Wrap-up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use UJET for every part of my job. It tracks everything that I do during the day. It really benefits me to know where my time has be spent throughout the day and it also helps when I'm looking for end of the month statistics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that this is a great way to track what you're doing. It is easy for managers to go in and look at what their employees are doing and how long they have been in a working field. Ujet also provides a tracker for what is going on in that moment which lays out what everyone is doing and what status they're in. That is super helpful when looking at areas that are in need.

knowing and seeing the selections for different departments upon transferring
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it's lagging for example going back on avail from break or lunch upon pressing the avail button it froze

it's much easier to navigate mute hold transfer

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it notifies you the number of chat in the queue and how many messages a client/customer/shopper has sent.
I also like how it times my breaks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like to numerous glitches that take place.

When you end a call and it automatically put you back in a new call without warning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me organized with my calls and chats.

UJET Makes Work Easy

What do you like best about the product?
UJET alerts me when I have a call. I’m able to easily answer it and end it, if need be.
What do you dislike about the product?
UJET would be more helpful if the ring of the call lasted till it was picked up or missed. If the rings go away, I think that someone else has the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET has made it easy for me to do my job. I am easily able to talk to the customer and transfer.

If you need a place to answer calls, UJET is the service to use

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet Is really easy to use and have a friendly interface, as well we should keep in mind that the design is very intuitive, so you do not have to be an expert to use and take advantage of all the tools it has to offer
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that I dislike the most, and I am not really sure if the issue is on Ujet's side, is the fact that sometimes I am not able to find the recordings of the calls, It would be great if we could find it directly on Ujet instead of going to another place (We use Zendesk)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet Shows me all the information I need In real-time, and it uses colors, and graphics to make it understandable for everyone.
