Ujet Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Ujet gives us a great call experience. Usually with other soft phones you usually get a lot of issue but with Ujet it's seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much it's more of wifi connection. We usually encounter issue with wifi connection but if it's strongly connected it's the best!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefit with transferring calls and also it is more of user friendly tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good choice a user friendly tool that can offer great experience to call center industry.
Is a very good software, is very simple to use and I don't have disconnections.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very unusual that the call drops and the quality of the call is good. When we receive a call we can't change the status but that means that nobody can't avoid a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the person who I'm talking can't hear me but is very unusual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have helped a lot of customer with very hard issues. Long calls but never fails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Is a great software to speak and provide great customer service as an agent. This tool is fantastic and very easy to uses. When I want to change my status, provide me all that I need, Available, Unavailable, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The tools department has been working with you all to resolve my issues. They came by saying that it was fixed. I haven't received any calls as of.
What do you dislike about the product?
No one has been able to find my issue. They stated that my calls should start coming in. I have yet to start receiving them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not able to send a receive calls.

Visibility of information on the incoming call screen is useful when utilizing this with other programs to resolve current issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple UJet connection glitches with Auxes and timestamps while in certain auxes

Customer Service related problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be very patient with the system, transfer and conference feature is great!
Probably some of the most undependable services I've ever used.

Honestly, I have not had a positive experience yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything. I dislike everything. Nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet either lags or completely freezes in the middle and at the ends of calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I can move the phone call box around in the window. which is pretty cool! I also like how chats and phone calls default to save in salesforce unlike our last chat provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the phone call box could be dragged outside of the browser to be its own window or entity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to have 2 sperate browsers open in addition to our main information data sources to make a phone call.

It is a great product for phone calls.
It's easy to use but it could use a couple of improvements

Easy to navigate.ease of taking calls transferring calls and making outbound calls

The issue at times such as freezing nd not being able to hear incoming calls

What do you like best about the product?
Very simplistic, modern, and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freezing/ connection issues. Once ujet freezes, it forces aux into wrapup.

easy call flow and transferring process.
Easy as Pie
What do you like best about the product?
I love the features in UJET that make my job a bit easier. Such as the ability to change my status before I'm done just in case I happen to forget before I end my chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how there is no timing for people who chat. I wish we had a timer as well that we can see. Also when a customer sends in a picture, the chat just freezes until they say something afterwards. I don't see the picture or anything until they say something or I have to scroll all the way to the beginning of the chat so that I can see the picture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I notice that the chat sometimes gets frozen on the pick up. Meaning when I click to get the chat it freezes. I love that we can request the photos from the customer when they don't know how to send it in themselves. This is a super handy feature
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend a timer for chat users. Also for the chat to not get stuck when we get a photo from a customer

It contains primarily everything that you need to know in a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it drops calls without apparent reason

It promotes consumer goodwill and it helps me to communicate with them easily
