What I like about UJET
What do you like best about the product?
Basically, that is an excellent tool to use during calls. There is no bad signals or disconnection. Rarely happens that!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing for me to dislike this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calls with customers.Easy way to communicate.

I like how easy it is to find what i look for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are, on occasion, some slow blips and glitches that cause the system to slow down while I try to work through my day but they are far and in between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET has been used to outreach to customers for my company FAIR.com and there are so many different ways to transfer calls, allocate additions of others into the call. It works seamlessly and just the way I need it to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation for any and all others who are looking to use UJET. DO IT. UJET has been nothing but a huge success for me and for my company and I am pleased with how little issues have arose over the course of my year using it. I feel as though UJET and their employees are working diligently on keeping their product up to date and without bugs or issues. I am very glad to be using such a reliable service and plan to continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

the crashing of the response for calling, sometimes it crashes and it shows a funny face or redirects us to sign in

Let's Make Telephony Great Again!
What do you like best about the product?
The easiest UI of any telephony system I have seen. Able to train up new admins in a matter of hours vs weeks. UJET support staff is super responsive and makes you feel like you are helping them shape the product roadmap. Great to see innovation in a relative static industry
What do you dislike about the product?
As a newer telephony product UJET lacks some of the features that others provide but I found these 'extra' features were not needed (even though legacy vendors try to convince you they are)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Telephony system we could stand up in matter of weeks and iterate quickly

What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple and practice to use, a person without computer experience could use it, you can use this program combined with other ones like salesforce or hybris, if the call is drooped you are able to contact the customer back, also you can transfer the call to another department that the company has or you can transfer the call to another company, you have a lot of options at work like, break, available, unavailable, meal, wrap- up, coaching, meetting .... etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometime it goes offline, we are on a call and the call stop for a couple of seconds... but it is not a big problem one the call is connected back we are able continuing with the cases and help them so we can resolve their problems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer's tech problems, cx billing problems, sales, order manegement.. we simplify customers problems by taking their calls and troubleshoot them. The program simplify our job because it is like we are talking to the phone without one, we can use both hands for other reasons like typing or search more information on the web site.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very usefull tool if you want to work with people on the phone, it is a practice program if you have a company that resolves tech support problems without going to custumers home, also you can sell your products via Ujet and interact with the customer. So if you want to do that, Ujet is the best program to do it.

SImple and easy to use tool for managing cases.

Ujet sometimes has bugs if in any case you transferred it to a different window.
