What do you like best about the product?
I like having all our options on one window. No need to change tabs or have a disorganized browser. Ujet makes it nice, simple, and easy.
Regarding the other systems I've used, like Cisco for example, I only got the number of the customer. No Name, account information, nor so many different customizable options that UJET provides, as also opening the case, basically creating the work space needed insead of us having to manually create our cases. I love how easy UJET has made my work days and just the full experience of an easy and helpful system.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor crashes here and there, but overall Ujet is pretty good. One thing that we usually have issues with is the metrics of calls handled by the day, the average duration of the call sometime being sloppy and the CSAT score not showing at all, always being on 0.0/0.0.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Technical support calls as well as some customer care help. Mostly, tech help for Nest Cameras and Doorbells where the customers need assistance when they can't pair their products to the account, when the cameras or features are not working correctly or as intended, and I assist the customers with billing information and application managing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get UJET. It's very simple and easy to use, and the managers can have strict control of the time the agents have been logged in. Also, as to what I have seen, it is pretty easy to manage and organize.

UJET has a very simple/minimalist interface that's nice to look at and easy to use

UJET occasionally freezes up during use sometimes.

UJET is utilized as a direct line of communication to assist customers in a timely manner. It's great having an easy to use product so readily available.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of function and rarely have dropped calls. Support is always eager to help and give the advice necessary to complete your daily work seamlessly. The upsides to using UJET is the user friendly technology and the ability to quickly answer phone calls that come in. All associates that are online and available will reach reach out and the ease of transferring calls is also a huge plus. We really appreciate the customer service that we have encountered whether it was from a phone call or an email, we've always been treated with utmost respect and knowledgeable clients to help with any questions we have as a company.

Sometimes my wrap up doesn't last as long as other times. I've reached out to our team and let them further discuss with support and we have always had very impressive help but it can be longer wait times to get in contact with a person but I appreciate the service once they do answer. I've noticed that I can sometimes experience an echo, but typically if I put it on hold for a second it catches it up.We have purchased additional wifi and adapter strength to acheive a greater quality of signal and it has helped but we are still seeking the best possible option to get a perfect call with a customer. I do realize that through this service the ability to hear the customer is very impressive and we're able to hear each other much better than a competeting service that our company utilized for a short amount of time.

Larger screen function would help with the older people that we have in the office.

Ujet takes away the need for actual phones in the office.

Extremely efficient. I enjoy that I can talk on the phone and multitask within my computer. Quality of calls is always clear and it makes it like I'm using an actual phone.

sometimes when wifi is iffy, there is a lag and call quality can be compromised.

Very easy to report a system issue. Easy to learn how to use. And a good interface for manager access.

When logging in to a different device, it goes to unavail automatically.

Some browser settings are affecting UJET performances after I used it for almost a year.

Might have system issues but support is fast.

How easy it is to work with UJET, it's amazing to be working in a call center and having such a great tool to work especially with the IVR system.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I've had just a minus amount of inconvenience with UJET but nothing that we couldn't handle such as unexpected disconnections.
