Essential for Remote Teams, Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how monday Work Management allows our remote team to easily plan work and share updates without relying heavily on emails or phone calls. It helps us map out every part of a project, assign the appropriate people, and communicate everything we need without anything getting lost in an email. The user interface is one of the more user-friendly ones I've experienced, striking a balance between simplicity and having enough features to track updates. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and I love the available templates that let us create different things based on how our work centers monitor project progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could get more benefit out of the mobile app. I have to admit that I'm not sure what I'm looking for, but the experience on the phone and the experience on the desktop feel like two distinctly different experiences, but not in a way where they feel like they're the same product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like Monday because it is the day to organize priorities, align expectations, and set the pace for the week, avoiding rework and improvisation.

I don't like the excess of accumulated urgent demands that could have been organized earlier, which disrupts the week's planning.

I like the flexibility of monday Work Management. I appreciate the ability to create automations independently, such as setting automatic reminders. The initial setup is also very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like monday Work Management's clear and very user-friendly style and structure. It's organized in a way that anyone can jump in and plan a project easily, put together a time frame, set deliverable goals, and add all the contributors. It's very well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the integrations with other software. It would be better if it could extract information from our accounting software more easily or produce dashboards that are more visual. I wish it could intuitively create the dashboard to the way I'd like it to look instead of just giving a basic layout.

I use monday Work Management to keep everyone aligned on projects, manage task interactions, and complete projects on time. It also helps with organizing, storing documents, and collaborating. It's user-friendly, making it easy to plan projects, set time frames, and add contributors.
Keeps Us Super Organized with Shareable Employee Lifecycle Checklists
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps to keep you super organized. I personally use it for the employee life cycle checklists, so for hiring or terming an employee, it helps me remember everything, and I like that I can share my progress with my team. I also like that they have 1-2 minute training videos that walk you how to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I can think of that I don't like. I know the price is a little higher than I would have anticipated, but other than that, the platform is great.

Monday helps me keep organized and stay on track with my projects, which is great.

takes up alot of screen real-estate. far worse than excel equivalents which makes navigating larger data sets challenging

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has changed the way I work. Its collaborative features allow me to get a clear, real overview, while also tracking metrics that might otherwise disappear into the void.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about monday work management is that, at times, the integrations can be difficult to manage and operate. We’ve had to invest heavily in personalising these integrations to make them work the way we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and accountability have been the biggest improvements; it has largely transformed the way our business operates across departments.
All-in-One Platform with Great Aesthetics and Easy In-House Updates
What do you like best about the product?
having everything in one place, the aesthetics of it, and the fact that our team is easily able to make changes in house if a certain element isn't working quite right for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are things that can’t be changed, and that can be really annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s solved the problem of having everything—from pipelines to lead info—spread across different places, and now it’s mostly all in one place. We can rely a lot less on Excel and Google Docs now, which makes it much easier to keep things organized and consistent.
