What do you like best about the product?
I like the little llama view in monday Work Management, and it helps me keep track of some tasks I need to do. The task tracker has AI columns that extract important details from PDFs, giving me a quick view of all the info I need without diving into the PDFs themselves. Setting up monday Work Management was pretty easy, especially with the help of all the monday videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well sometimes the AI columns can be a bit buggy, and it would be nice if those worked more seamlessly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management lets us track orders, keep item lists, and chat all in one spot. The AI columns extract details from PDFs for quick info access, saving us time.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place. I’m able to track project management, finances, teamwork, and forms all together, which makes it much easier to stay organized. The integrations are seamless and easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. It's a bit costly, especially as I am just one person. The AI can take some time and be a bit slow in some cases

I can track the progress I’m making and the hours I work for clients on a daily basis. It also offers multiple viewing options and helpful summaries.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday vibe has been an incredible addition to the toolset. I use this to build the basis of boards and it saves hours of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to get subitems within subitems, however I beleive this is coming which would be awesome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track customer queries in our customer-serving app is invaluable. We can easily refer back to past queries whenever we need to, and archive them when necessary. The different columns also make everything straightforward and easy to manage.

Monday Work Management has completely changed the way that look at project management. The automations that you can create simplify the whole process and keep everyone informed!

There is nothing that I disklike about Work Management. It's done everything that I've ever needed it to do and is very user friendly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving a team communication problem. Each board is laid out and has the appropriate team members invited to it. There is no longer any guessing regarding who knows what.

What do you like best about the product?
I like monday Work Management for its ease of use, which makes organizing projects straightforward and supports both my company's needs and my personal workflow. Adding and removing members from boards is seamless, fostering collaboration on multiple projects. The color-coding feature enhances speed of recognition and organization. Additionally, monday Work Management is easy to tailor to fit our company's needs, and it's reasonably priced, offering good value for money. Its setup was very easy, which was a pleasant surprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't view PDF documents attached unless I download them. The documents or files added also can't be organized into folders within the column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for organization, communication, tracking conversations, scheduling, and daily planning. It helps with handling project management, approving AR and AP, and tracking estimations and materials.
