    What is our primary use case?

    My main use case for monday.com  is project management of various project deliverables.

    A specific example of a project I have managed with monday.com  is with incident response playbooks, where the project was entered into monday.com and tracked for all of the deliverables that went towards incident response playbooks, which also included communications templates and various project standards.

    How has it helped my organization?

    monday.com has impacted my organization positively by being very useful in organization and tracking of deliverables.

    With the organization, task and projects, and processes, it gives a visual status because it uses listings, timelines, and various dashboards that make it easy to understand and easy to track projects.

    What is most valuable?

    The best features monday.com offers include tracking.

    When I mention tracking, I mean it in terms of tracking task deadlines and also seeing other team members' progress working on the same projects that I am working on.

    What needs improvement?

    monday.com can be improved by continuing to support automation as we grow with technology such as artificial intelligence, as long as it continues to evolve based on the evolution of technology.

    To continue achieving success with projects and task management, team collaboration, and workflow automation is what I would like to add specifically about the needed improvements.

    I have been using monday.com for one year.

    monday.com is stable.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I really like monday Work Management's versatility, especially the options to use pre-built templates or build my own using my imagination. The VIBE AI Assistant is simply amazing. I appreciate that I can build bespoke worklists, action tracking, milestones tracking, risk tracking, and progress measurement all on the same platform. Gantt plans and detailed charts can be integrated into dashboards easily, and sharing with stakeholders is straightforward. The intuitive UI, great visuals, and flexibility to create bespoke trackers, boards, and reporting dashboards quickly made a huge impact from the start. The initial setup was very easy with import functions to take in basic trackers to our first boards, and we ran with it from there.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I am unable to share the numerous apps I have built with VIBE, with the rest of my team or stakeholders.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    monday Work Management keeps everything in a single workspace. It lets me create bespoke worklists, track actions and risks, and build detailed charts and graphs. Its intuitive UI and flexibility allow quick creation of custom trackers and dashboards, which made a big impact.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The basic functions are easy to understand, and the tool offers a wide range of features. There’s also a broad selection of templates, and the collaboration options are especially valuable. I also like that it includes different ways to present data, and overall it fulfills its original purpose very well.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Performance can occasionally decrease when working with very large spreadsheets, as they take a long time to load. I wish there was a simpler functions, I find it difficult to adjust the row size.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It’s especially effective for coordinating work and helps me pull out high-level metrics when I need them. The community resources make problem-solving easier, and I’ve found it very useful for keeping my tasks organized. Overall, it greatly simplifies the standardization of project tracking and enables me to model product roadmaps more clearly.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love how monday Work Management helps us manage our leads, customers, and share updates seamlessly. It's very useful for keeping track of each customer's communication and feedback, ensuring every team member is up to date. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was, with everything being extremely straightforward. The guides are good, making it easy to understand. It's awesome that there are mobile applications, which I've used.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I've never used AI. To be honest, I don't use it now. I don't know how it could help me in monday Work Management unless it's integrated with some other software. It's not smart enough to differentiate between all the info, so we can't rely on it to make correct decisions without double-checking everything, which is a pain. Also, the mobile applications could use a bit of improvement to be more mobile-friendly, so you don't have to scroll left and right a lot to view spreadsheets.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use monday Work Management to manage leads, share updates, and ensure timely feedback among team members in different departments, allowing us to work collaboratively. It provides all client information at hand during calls, keeping everyone updated.
