    What do you like best about the product?
    As a small firm with remote employees, we have been able to assign file tasks, update progress, maintain an active file list, contact list, and use an add on to track time spent on files.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I don't like when I'm in the middle of creating a task that it disappears before I'm done and I have to bring it back to finish.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Keeping track of file tasks so nothing falls between the cracks

    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like best about monday work management is how it centralizes projects, tasks, and communication in one place. It provides clear visibility into progress, makes collaboration across teams much more efficient, and helps ensure that deadlines and responsibilities are easy to track. I also appreciate its flexibility, as workflows and dashboards can be customized to fit different teams and processes without being overly complex.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    One area that could be improved is finding archived boards. It can be difficult and time-consuming to locate them, especially when managing a large number of projects. A more intuitive search or navigation experience for archived content would make it much easier to retrieve past information when needed.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    monday work management helps us organize information, track academic processes, and monitor student progress in a centralized way. It improves visibility across the team, reduces the risk of missing important tasks or deadlines, and makes collaboration much more efficient. As a result, we can provide faster follow-up, maintain better records, and ensure academic processes are completed accurately and on time.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that it’s cloud-based and built with a modern business mindset. It helps optimize the entire process and gives me a clear, comprehensive view of projects from start to finish. It also removes confusion about what the next steps are and helps ensure nothing gets overlooked along the way. On top of that, I appreciate the simple, user-friendly interface.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    This product has been a big help for our company. I haven’t run into any issues so far, so I honestly don’t have anything negative to point out. It feels well priced, and the AI features are genuinely useful, helping our team plan further ahead with more confidence.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We use this software as a core tool for end-to-end project tracking. It streamlines our process and gives us a clear, holistic view of the project and what it can deliver. Resource allocation and risk notifications are also important features for us. Overall, it makes it easy to see what still needs to be done, who is responsible for each task, and when deadlines are coming up.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Everything can live in Monday.com. You have to be organized about what you're doing and how but you can truly adapt it to any situation. Its web based so you can access it anywhere and its very collaborative.
    The automations make life much simpler, and I use an app from the marketplace to make the tool even more collaborative and easy to use.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There are only really 3 things I dislike about Monday work management:
    1. reliability- there haven't been many times that Monday.com was down or experiencing difficulty (2 over the course of 1.5 years) but when it is down, it's a huge problem because I do everything on the platform.

    2. the necessity to use an outside tool to truly collaborate from board to board. I use the same item, multiple boards app which essentially allows you to truly mirror a line from one board/workspace to another. Mirroring lines doesn't do the trick. This costs us an additional $500/month but has been key to making collaboration successful on this platform.

    3. I feel like Monday.com started out as a tool for marketers but now they've gotten away from that. When I look online for advice on setting up boards and workflows for an in house marketing team, I get almost no results and what results I do get tend to be for agencies, not in house teams. I continue to struggle as our team and needs evolve but I work it out through trial and error every time.

    4. Not great support- When I was struggling with how to set something up once, I reached out to our Monday.com rep and she offered nothing helpful. She didn't truly listen to my needs and challenges and offered the same advice a high level google search would. All things that I had already tried. No alternatives were suggested and she just stopped returning my emails. I felt like I was bothering her. Our tech stack is pretty deep and I experience much better support from other platforms, despite having an enterprise account with Monday.com.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I have to juggle a lot of campaigns/projects at the same time. Monday work management helps to make sure I am mindful of dates, don't miss any crucial steps, collaborate with others as needed and have a place to communicate about these projects/campaigns that captures everything all in one place. I can also communicate out calendars/schedules through targeted dashboards, etc.
