I also enjoy the real-time collaboration, which enhances team coordination.

What do you dislike about the product?

Pricing can be expensive for smaller teams and some advanced features have a learning curve. The notification system becomes overwhelming in large projects. I want more customization options for reports and dashboards.

It’s very clear to use and offers lots of customization options.

Since it’s another application to use, I have to keep track of it on top of all the others I’m already using.

It’s easy to see my entire workflow and all my tasks in one simple interface. It also connects with others, which helps me avoid missing tasks. On top of that, it runs smoothly and fast.

If I had to choose one area for improvement, it would be the governance required when scaling Asana across large organizations. As projects grow, maintaining consistency and visibility across teams can be challenging. However, with the right processes and structure in place, Asana remains a very effective platform for managing work and driving collaboration.

Asana solves the problem of disconnected work by providing a single source of truth for projects, tasks, and collaboration. It benefits me by giving clear visibility of priorities, ownership, and progress, helping me manage projects more effectively, improve stakeholder communication, and ensure work is completed on time.

What do you like best about the product?

I love Asana's UI; it's way too good, honestly. It's super easy to use, and we don't have to waste time teaching new people how to use it, which is great. The initial setup was very simple, like just installing it and getting it done. Asana really helps me keep track of what's been done and what's still pending. It also ensures that my team members can't lie about the work done.

I use Asana to keep track of completed tasks and pending ones. It ensures transparency among team members, so no one can lie about the work done.

What do you like best about the product?

Asana is very intuitive and easy to use. I especially love all the integrations allowed to make work easier and accessible from one platform. The Help Center and the onboarding have relieved a lot of my stress in rolling out to a large organization.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have not encountered any downsides to Asana. All positive.

Cross-department collaboration, communication silos, making workflows more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that Asana is intuitive, the templates available are easy to use and refine based on our company's needs. I also like that it integrates with other tools we are using like Outlook, Teams, ChatGPT etc. I appreciate that it is quite easy to pull reporting from the project board dashboards and the overall status updates are very helpful in reporting to our Board members without having to dive into the nitty-gritty. The addition of the AI tools has been really helpful as well in generating summaries. The phone App is a fantastic tool as well, it runs seamlessly on my phone and updates to the web-based version without issue. We have not needed much support as the platform has been so easy to work within but our onboarding was quite thorough and helpful in teaching us what features we would get the most value from. Price-wise I would say it's fair.

What do you dislike about the product?

Having used a different platform in the past, the only things I dislike about Asana are 1) the automations are more difficult to set up than other platforms out there, it feels like you need a more in-depth computer background to set them up in Asana rather than them being almost like copy and paste options and 2) when there is more than one user in the platform it often shoots you down to the end of the board. It's really not a big deal, it's just a weird glitch that shunts you out of whatever it was you were doing in the board.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asana has really helped us with KPI reporting internally and workflow management. The integrations with other programs have really streamlined my own productivity and have freed me up from some of the more administrative tasks that I used to have to spend time doing. I feel like as a project management tool it is excellent, really top tier.

It’s easy to use and offers lots of options for staying organized. It’s very intuitive, and the workflow processes are easy to understand. I also like that I can triage tasks, set priorities, and take advantage of other customizations.

What do you dislike about the product?

Hmm, I can’t say I dislike anything about it. It keeps me organized, and I genuinely like using it. If I had to point to one downside, it’s that it might be harder for other people to pick up or adopt quickly. That said, Asana does make it easier to learn the key concepts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main thing I like about it is that it helps me stay organized, especially as someone with ADHD. It’s much better than using sticky notes, trying to remember everything on my own, or relying on my mind to stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?

A sauna integrates well with Microsoft and performs extremely well in scaling our work and allowing us to track what we are doing. It works well with on boarding and supporting our employees and helping them accomplish their task. The user interface is very easy to follow and the price is very affordable. We have used the AI some and it seems to work very well.

What do you dislike about the product?

My dislikes with a sauna mainly have to do with very niche problems that we experience for example, some of the dependency rules and scheduling due dates based off of the rules could use some improvements to become more dynamic and reactive. So mainly the issues become with dynamic role assignments and dynamic due to a assignments that can interact automatically without us having to over program the.

Asana is helping us solve our current scope of work problems buying allowing us to expand and complete task at a very quick and efficient rate while also tracking what is being done so that we are not missing any steps as we do our work so we are able to work proficiently and excellently across the b while being able to track everything
