What do you like best about the product?

I love how easy and intuitive Asana is to use. I really enjoy how it allows me to view task status, forecast delivery, and manage multiple accounts all in one place. Additionally, the ability to add the same task into multiple projects makes management so much easier!

What do you dislike about the product?

I think mostly the status organization - the fact that a task can be only incomplete or complete - to have it as ready to start, in progress, in review, etc. would be amazing, and also the fact that the columns are not that flexible. It would be awesome to have comments as columns for example.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asana allows me to view task statuses, forecast delivery, and manage multiple accounts in one place.

What do you like best about the product?

Being able to effectively and seamlessly communicate on projects with my colleagues without being together or having to use several different platforms and apps

What do you dislike about the product?

I can never access the project files in the mobile app, which is really frustrating—especially when I’m out in the field.

Organization across various offices and teams — it makes it easy to complete my tasks Ava to hold others accountable

What do you like best about the product?

Asana is easy to use and makes it simple to organize tasks, collaborate with teams, and track project progress. Its intuitive interface and automation features help improve productivity and keep work organized.

What do you dislike about the product?

The main drawback is that some advanced features take time to learn, and a few useful capabilities are limited to premium plans. Aside from that, the overall experience is smooth and user-friendly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asana simplifies task and project management by keeping work organized, improving collaboration, and providing visibility into progress and deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?

I LOVE Asana! It helps me track all my work in one place, saving time searching for messages and files related to each task. Its clean, intuitive interface also makes it easy to organize work and quickly find what I need.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only downside is that it is not used across my entire company, so some work and communication still live elsewhere.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves me time because I no longer have to remember whether a message or file was shared through email, chat, or another platform. Everything related to the task is available in one central location.

What do you like best about the product?

It has helped with not letting smaller tasks or projects slip through the cracks. If there is something that can wait to complete in the future, I can save it in Asana and come back to it without having to take the mental load of remembering smaller details. It has helped overall department performance.

What do you dislike about the product?

It took a little time after onboarding to get accustomed to how projects displayed on the left menu bar. Now that I have been on the platform for a while, it is easier.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Departmental integration simplification, more of our departments are able to collaborate easily and held accountable with clear deliverables and timelines.

What do you like best about the product?

As a project manager I have used Asana at multiple companies at this point. It is the only way I feel like we can stay on top the wide range of projects we have going on at once. It is easy to use and allows for people to see it in different views depending on their preference. It is easy to cater the project/task to whatever you need.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes I don't know the best way to build something out in Asana. Also sometimes there are so many different projects going on and I don't know the best way to get a bird's eye view of everything that is going on without looking at each email that comes in/manually looking into the tasks.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability house all the different projects in one page.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that Asana keeps everything organized and operates in real time, which is great for our group projects and submitting tasks. I especially enjoy the ability to create and update my own boards, allowing for prompt communication with team members and setting deadlines effectively.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like best about Asana is how easy it is to navigate. The interface is intuitive, making it simple to organize tasks, manage projects, and collaborate with team members without a steep learning curve. It has a good variety of features for tracking work and keeping projects on schedule. While I do think it's on the pricier side compared to some alternatives, the overall user experience and ease of use make it a strong project management platform.

What do you dislike about the product?

One downside of Asana is its pricing, especially for smaller teams or businesses that need access to premium features. Some useful functionality is locked behind higher-tier plans, which can make the cost add up quickly. I also found that as projects become more complex, managing custom fields, automations, and dependencies can take some time to set up and maintain.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asana helps us keep projects, tasks, and team communication organized in one place. It makes it easy to assign work, track progress, and stay on top of deadlines, which improves collaboration and reduces the need for constant follow-ups. Having a clear view of project status has also helped us work more efficiently and keep everyone aligned on priorities.

What do you like best about the product?

I love how Asana helps break down our agency’s silos and bring everything together through organized, easy-to-follow workflows and easy-to-use dashboards. I’m especially impressed by the automation and AI features, as well as the level of support available to users through Asana Academy. I find that Asana does an excellent job in simplifying otherwise complicated workflows and coordination. Asana has saved our team countless hours.

What do you dislike about the product?

I feel Asana has the potential to add more rules and automation features, since the current options are somewhat limited.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

A major challenge for us has been how work gets split across team silos, individual checklists, and private email threads. Asana brings all of that together in one place, which helps our team reduce duplicated effort and avoid miscommunication. The dashboard feature specifically solves issues regarding capacity and workload.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the automation workflows and the project boards.

I would love the ability to create columns per section/group that are different.

Project Management
