What do you like best about the product?

I love how simple Monday.com is, and how easy it is to set up even complicated workflows. It really helps me organise my work. Support from Monday.com has been fantastic, and the value it has brought to our organisation is well worth the relatively low licence fees. The tool also performs quickly, even when we’re using more complex workflows and automations.

What do you dislike about the product?

I feel like the navigation between workspaces could still be improved a bit. I can’t quite put my finger on exactly what it is, but I still sometimes get confused about how to get to the place I need without relying on favourites.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Monday.com has enabled us, as an organisation, to streamline our doctor onboarding process, which involves many cross-divisional teams. Because it can all be automated, we’ve been able to address the negative feedback we previously received, and it’s now regarded as one of the best onboarding experiences rotational doctors have had.

What do you like best about the product?

Tasks can be easily managed, and I loved how easy it was to customize the fields. It offers a great platform for users and adapts to each user's specific needs. It includes a risk management module and makes it easy to maintain departmental data.

What do you dislike about the product?

The user interface feels a bit clunky and could definitely look more modern. It comes across as complex at first, but with a little practice you can quickly learn all of its functions and get comfortable using it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The tool helps me manage multiple projects at the same time and makes it easier to track everyone’s activities. It adapts well to different types of projects and offers many features that significantly simplify day-to-day management. Overall, this platform helped us get organized and stay on top of our work.

What do you like best about the product?

Monday is very user friendly and the ability to customize boards to get exactly what I'm interested in seeing is unmatched. It integrates with our CRM, and it's easy to update.

What do you dislike about the product?

There's probably a lot more available that I am not using, and I'd say that their support materials and trainings aren't the strongest out there, compared to some of the other tools we use at our company.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a trainer and I use monday to track my training catalog and the status of training enhancements and improvements annually, in a calendar-of-sorts. This was really difficult to track beforehand, and we were doing it in an excel. Now, it updates in live time and all of our SMEs are able to see everything.

What do you like best about the product?

It helps me prioritize and organize my tasks. I use it for work and personal tasks and when working with multiple clients, it helps me make sure I am giving all my clients equal attention. I am not sure as my company is paying and I don't know the cost, but I find the value to be very high for my productivity.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't love the iphone app interface as much as the desktop interface. It is more difficult for me to navigate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have ADHD and had severe issues completing tasks on time as I couldn't decipher what to focus on and when. This platform clearly outlines what needs done and when and helps me maintain realistic timelines and expectations.

work flow and project management- i can link it to claude and set up boards and workspaces whatever way i want to with good prompting

What do you like best about the product?

One of the best things about monday AI work platform is how simple and straightforward the setup and integration is. The AI assistant and automations help you set up your workflow in the most appropriate case for your environment and the UI is friendly and easy to use. I use Monday to manage workflows in my supply chain team and we use automations, monday vibe apps, and automated charts to manage and measure our team's performance. The automated notifications save us tons of time by allowing our team to easily communicate with the sales team through the platform's update system.

What do you dislike about the product?

One of the issues we've had with monday AI work platform is managing access to boards and tasks. We have several departments inside the organization that use the same boards but managing what each team can access and edit is complicated. I would suggest an improvement to individual access permissions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before integrating monday AI Work Platform the process for making quotes to send to our clients was full of bad communication, lack of management and visibility of tasks. Each member of the sales team struggled to keep track of their tasks and had to contact other team members through external channels. Now with monday every team member can easily keep track of their tasks and upload quotes which are sent automatically to the sales team member who requested it. This has saved a great amount of time and now the team is more efficient and sales on new projects have gone up.

What do you like best about the product?

Its AI notetaker is an excellent feature. The ability to create manual columns for project management is also very useful.

What do you dislike about the product?

Users have to create accounts to access and update boards. Sometimes a frustration for a client.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to review how many concurrent projects we have and assessing specific employee workloads

What do you like best about the product?

Being able to keep track of all workload tasks is exactly what we need as a design company. Being able to personalise how we track everything, amend everything on the spot when and if needed. It is fast working and can make it automate to work with tasks. Recommend highly!

What do you dislike about the product?

The form function doenst work to how we would ideally like it to. But we have worked around that. What would be great is to have the ability to add files to a page like you can tabs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to remind us of dates, calculate dates back from a deadline.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the APIs because they connect to my Hootsuite social media management software, which helps with project management and content planning. I also appreciate the beautiful interface and colors. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and super intuitive.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think it would be great if my social media content calendar in list mode would sync up to show the same information when viewing in calendar mode.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

monday Work Management helps me visualize projects, track status reports, take notes, and collaborate with my team. It aids in planning social media content for the year.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how it sorts and organizes everything, almost like project management for my entire real estate investment pipeline.

What do you dislike about the product?

It’s a bit expensive, and it isn’t really suitable for small businesses.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to find anything in seconds is a huge plus.
