What do you like best about the product?

This platform lets multiple users collaborate on the same spreadsheet and saves any new data in real time.

What do you dislike about the product?

It’s really inconvenient that I have to select dates instead of simply typing them in, and I also can’t copy and paste across multiple fields.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

This platform simply keeps senior mgmt informed of the progress we are making with onboarding new business.

What do you like best about the product?

I use monday Work Management for tracking tasks and storing lists of contacts. I like that it's pretty intuitive and easy to customize. I also appreciate the cross-board links and automations. The cross-board links allow me to see relevant information about specific items from other boards, like linking a database of customers to project planning without having to leave the board. The automations help by making repetitive tasks much easier.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't like column summary being the default view, I think it's not a default at all and have to turn it off each time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use monday Work Management to track tasks, store contacts, and avoid missing crucial steps. Cross-board links let me see related data without switching boards, and automations make repetitive tasks easy.

What do you like best about the product?

The integration with Gmail is very helpful, as well as being able to create automatizations

What do you dislike about the product?

Having to update it all the time instead of being able to upload my Excel and it updating it instead of creating something else entirely. Also, pricing is a bit expensive

The platform help our company to see the amount of work we have to complete with which deadlines. It's great to see the big picture, as it runs very smoothly as well

What I like most about the monday AI Work Platform is that it feels built around getting real work done, not just generating content. Instead of acting like a standalone AI chatbot, it understands the context of your projects, tasks, and workflows, which makes its suggestions more useful and relevant.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes there is a delay with the automation but its okay.

It makes my job so easy, I can track which is the most and least priority

We teach many languages and emails come from different languages. It helps a lot when translation is needed.

The option to add columns with specific values, such as percentages, dollar amounts, phone numbers, etc.

Documents uploaded don't always appear on the board where the information lives. For example, for real estate purposes, when an agent uploads documents to the existing property listing, they might not be find-able on the listings board, but rather the incoming response board.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking and sharing of information in 1 easy, accessible place.

What do you like best about the product?

It makes it easy to keep track of my workday and workflow.

Onboarding and learning the platform can take a bit of time to get the most out of it.

Collaborating within our team has improved and reduced the number of meetings we need to have.

It would be useful to have multiple status columns for different users, that don't 'resolve' the item if one person's status changes to 'done'. More flexibility with automations.

Organising tasks and ongoing project management. It's great to see all of my individidual tasks and track project progression in a simple, visual way.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the way it organizes data with items and subitems, and the ability to add custom columns of any type. I can also attach a link to a file as a backup to the item I posted. Another plus is being able to share tasks with co-workers.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have so many workgroups that I sometime cant find what I looking for
but is probably more my fault than Monday.com

The ability to simply keep track of many tasks happening all at once, and to keep detailed notes on the progress of each one easily and efficiently.

I use monday Work Management to manage orders throughout their installation process. I love how visual it is, making it super visible to know where we are in the onboarding journey and what needs to be done still. I like the groups and the ability to add sub-groups, seeing their status with set colors. I use groups for each stage of the process and move the cards through the groups as we go. The sub-items allow me to specify what needs to be actioned and mark them as done. I also love the calendar view. Monday has a lot more customizable options than Trello, and although I was hesitant at first, it is working 10x better for us now. Once we played around with all the different customizable options, we began using it and have kept adapting it since then by adding various tools that are available.

What do you dislike about the product?

It would be good if you could share a version of the board with an outside collaborator, but only let them see selected cards (we have named orders).

I use monday Work Management to keep everything super visible during the installation process, which helps track the onboarding journey and pending tasks. I organize with groups and sub-items that specify actions needed, marking them as done, which is incredibly efficient.
