It provides a single place for everyone working on a project to share information, so nothing gets lost along the way.

It can’t communicate with people via text.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

They’re working on AI agents and integrations with other systems, and it’s already helping me get things done and connect some dots that otherwise would have taken hours.

I like that I am able to keep on top of projects and remind myself of all that is left before the project is fully executed.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don’t like how manual it can feel at times. I often end up repeating the same actions, and the automations are far too complex for me to understand.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

With this project management tool, I can stay on top of the projects that are most important and clearly show my manager all the work I’ve completed.

I find monday Work Management easy to read and understand, which really helps in making the sharing of information among team members more efficient. It makes for a shorter time span to get direct information to team members. I also find the initial setup incredibly easy and appreciate the help of online sharing of information.

What do you dislike about the product?

Date and Time. Date is fine but Times could be broken down to 5 minute intervals and selecting.

I find monday Work Management enhances team sharing by streamlining schedules, workflows, and information management. It's easy to read and understand, reducing the time needed to communicate directly with team members.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how you can comment to other people within your company using monday Work Management. It's also great that I can customize all of the columns to fit the specific needs of our business, which aren't always standard. It adds value because I'm able to communicate with workers even when I'm not in the office. Setting it up was very easy and didn't take much time.

What do you dislike about the product?

I'd like to see integrations be improved. And I'd like to see automations be improved.

monday Work Management helps us schedule our weekly work and ensures employees know their daily tasks.

I use monday Work Management for logging all interactions with accounts, managing appointments, follow-ups, tasks, etc., and I find it very user-friendly. It is especially helpful in reminding me when outreach is due or overdue, which is valuable for not keeping track on paper or forgetting important tasks. Transferring information with monday Work Management was easy during setup.

What do you dislike about the product?

When I first started using monday Work Management, having training from a company trainer would have been helpful. Also, having monday tips and tricks to share from other users within or outside the company would be beneficial.

I use monday Work Management to streamline repetitive tasks and data entry. It's user-friendly and helps me by reminding me when outreach is due, so I don't have to track on paper or forget.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the versatility of monday Work Management, which allows us to adapt to changes in our internal processes. The tracking with filtered views is great, and the consistent addition of new features like automations, agents, and vibes makes us even more effective and efficient. We're able to forecast based on submission dates and task updates, and each team member can track their own priority workflows with personalized filters and views.

What do you dislike about the product?

Overall, I think dashboards could be more intuitive, and further training should be provided for newer features like Agents and Vibe Apps. Since I'm not privy to our plan details, I'm not always sure how many AI credits we have and don't have a say in that since I'm not management, but I do use both often. If I knew the structure better, I could be more effective without crazy prompting back and forth and using credits.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use monday Work Management to keep our content library organized, track updates and edits, and manage submissions from other teams for necessary changes.

What do you like best about the product?

The best thing about Monday.com is it`s usability. It`s very easy to use and anyone can build boards and automations with ease compared to other platforms. Mirror columns and cross board automations facilitate cross departments workflows.

What do you dislike about the product?

It`s not the best when it`s data heavy. It can start lagging.

We are using it in all departments from marketing to legal and finance. Some examples of use: build legal documents based on certain criteria and templates; tracking client journey from the service pitch to invoicing.

I like that it’s a platform with features for everyone who needs to interpret the agency’s information. It keeps everything related to the project in one place—deliverables for review and conversations—instead of a bunch of emails. And if someone is out of the office, it’s easy to check the project’s status and see where things stand.

What do you dislike about the product?

We can customize it to fit our needs, and each department can access the information that’s most relevant to its role. It includes everything we need, and it’s priced lower than most competitors.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Monday has been an excellent tool for keeping us on top of our tasks and finances. It adapts well to different circumstances and workflow needs, which helps my agency and team stay focused on the work at hand.

I like monday Work Management for its easeability and all the extras it offers. I can attach my calendar to it, allowing it to pull anything that's on my calendar over. This integrates seamlessly with my day-to-day, so I don't need to remember to copy and paste into Monday. It's already there, and I just need to adjust maybe the title or the timing. The initial setup was fairly easy, which is a plus.

What do you dislike about the product?

One of the issues I have is the restriction on how many items can be done for a particular topic. I think there's something like 900 instances for a specific topic, but it should be more than that. It should be unlimited.

I use monday Work Management for tracking my time and projects, which helps with documentation and notes. It integrates my calendar, pulling in entries automatically so I don't have to copy and paste, saving me time.
