Fantastic Collaborative Workspaces with an Easy, Email-Like Dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
Collaborative workspaces are fantastic. The interface is very easy to use and set up. Users grasp it in less than an hour, the dashboard is very similar to an email client, allowing you to review tasks. I like that I can easily assign tasks to my team and also track work progress, as each person leaves comments upon completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
It meets our needs and has been ideal for visualizing tasks assigned to other team members, managing our calendar, tracking time, and using the other helpful tools available to help us stay organized and achieve our goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s ideal for team collaboration, brainstorming, and centralizing all project data. It lets you add tags to individual tasks, which makes prioritization easier. Task lists and tags can be configured on a per-project basis, giving you a lot of flexibility when tracking and analyzing project progress.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how monday Work Management keeps projects organized, on time, and efficient. It maintains deadlines and ensures status transparency for everyone. The platform is simple to use, easy to train others on, and can be easily expanded as we incorporate more tools. It's accessible for non-technical business owners, who can quickly learn to update, add, or review dashboards to get answers. This ease of use minimizes questions since everyone can see updates from their phones or computers, reducing the need for repeated meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The linking between boards sometimes gets tricky and I would like to see more 'if this, then that' type of tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management keeps projects organized, on time, and efficient. It makes deadlines and status transparent, reducing the need for repetitive meetings. It's simple to learn and helps everyone, even non-technical users, update and view project status easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is straightforward, easy to pick up, and simple to customize. The AI sidekick is super helpful, and there are plenty of integration options. Performance has been reliable for me, and I’ve had zero issues with it so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
For teams that share a mailbox, it would be really helpful to have the ability to send emails directly from a shared or alias mailbox, without needing an integration app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps reduce manual workload and makes data visualization easy. I can clearly see the workload for each team member, which makes planning and balancing tasks much simpler. It also keeps project details organized, with timelines and goals laid out in a way that’s straightforward to follow.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s fairly straightforward and a bit more intuitive than Jira, though it feels far less technical. The UX is clean and simple, and it’s easy to use for managing relatively basic tasks without much setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
It felt redundant compared to using Jira. It also wasn’t as technical as I needed for my work. Overall, it seems best suited for recurring, non-technical tasks rather than more complex or technical workflows.

Perfect for Staying Organized on the Go

What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday Work Management helps keep me organized, which is crucial given my busy schedule throughout the day and month. It's easy to use and helps me know what location I need to be in next, what travel I need to book, and what clients I need to see. I appreciate that the interface is available on both computer and mobile. As I'm traveling in and out of cities and airports, it's helpful to be able to access monday Work Management using my cell phone or iPad. This convenience allows me to sit in an airport gate, pull out my iPad, update a client session, enter notes, and see where I'm going next. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps me stay organized, manage my schedule, book travel, and track client meetings. Its mobile and computer interface allows me to update and access my tasks conveniently while traveling.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the ease of setup. It doesn't require too much information from me. The best part is they also have a free tier available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating with other apps starts at a slightly high price point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say Monday work management is basically trying to solve a very specific problem: work everywhere, chaos nowhere.

Streamlined CRM and Boosted Team Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
I think the functionality of monday Work Management is its main asset. It's incredibly simple to use. I like the alert functions and the live data movement on it, so I can see when people are adding or changing information. It's much more interactive as a sales tool than we had before. We can put in a lot more information, and it's helped improve our customer knowledge and progress new business leads quicker than we would have done previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI function could be improved for us. Myself and the team don't have a full understanding of how that works on the actual platform. It could probably do with a bit of tidying up in terms of how information can be organized, the customization of how information can be displayed, and ensuring that views and displays of information stay as they are after making changes, rather than defaulting to their previous view on your next visit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helped us cut down on Excel files, putting everything in one place with live data access for multiple team members. It solved accessibility issues, improving collaboration and data tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how much I can personalize monday Work Management. I have many clients with different needs, so I can personalize each board how I want. The communication with the team is much easier. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit high. Could be more flexible in storing and sharing documents.

monday Work Management improves time management, efficiency, task management, and automations within my team, reducing dependency. It lets me personalize boards for different clients, making team communication much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and that it's become our go-to platform for boards, which we use every day! It's designed to offer the most engaging work tools, with all the features needed to complete tasks in the most intuitive, fast, and simple way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any problems or issues, and nothing negative to say. It includes the basic functions I need to manage my framework without being overly complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, our organization uses this platform to manage the development of all kinds of projects. It helps us estimate and recommend the number of people needed to complete each project successfully, and it also makes it easier to visualize progress and create analytical reports.

Game-Changing, Intuitive Tools That Streamline Work Across the Team

What do you like best about the product?
I love Monday.com’s simple yet effective user interface, which makes onboarding new employees a breeze. A lot of other project management software can be difficult to navigate, but Monday.com feels intuitive and natural for our team. The wide selection of integrations keeps helping us find new ways to streamline our work, and the built-in AI tools have been an absolute game changer. It’s boosted our performance more than we expected, and now we can’t imagine working without it.

We use Monday.com for project management, HR, CRM, inventory control, and dispatch. Because of that, we’ve been able to replace at least three separate software applications and save a significant amount of money.

Their customer support is always helpful, and there's a wealth of knowledge on the Monday Community Forum.

Overall, it’s well worth the price for teams of any size that want to take their work to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can see with Monday.com is having to choose between Work Management, CRM, Service, or Dev. Using both Work Management and CRM side by side feels redundant since the two could be combined into one amazing software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work Management is helping us add transparency to all data and communication that moves through our company. We never miss a single detail.
