Amazing about 90% of the things i need is there but there is this 10% of things you don't find them.

What do you like best about the product?
The flow and the experience of it, love it.
Customer support is great used it sometimes back.
I and my team we use it almost everyday even in weekends.
The features in it are amazing im much focused on the main one not going ahead with any products.
Easy to implement any quick plan or board.
What do you dislike about the product?
things that seems such small things are supposed to be there in monday but you don't find them in monday and that gets frustrating.
Integration is not as good as its supposed to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The prible they solving is easy bopard making and the dahbosrad to eaisly create, love that, and all the automations too.

What do you like best about the product?
Infintite flexibility. Tools that can streamline, automate, enhance business process, whilst also wrapping around unique process and challenges.
Easy to get started and use. Great forums for ideas and inspriration. Very responsive support when required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linking complex process together can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We plan and deiver many projects that fundamentally differ. Some very detailed where we lead on very complex multi stakeholder solution delivery; others where we are simply a part of a wider solution. As such we require very flexible tools that can adapt around our requirements. Monday.com offers that flexibility.

What do you like best about the product?
Automations within the application which allow data to transition seamlessly within flows. It means that keeping track of individual streams of work is far less time-consuming.

The licensing model is a bit inflexible.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has become an invaluable tool for organizing my DevOps team’s tasks and tracking progress daily. The platform’s customizable boards and user-friendly interface simplify task delegation and enable real-time updates. This keeps everyone aligned and focused on execution without needing constant check-ins or micromanagement, which saves a tremendous amount of time and avoids the usual bottlenecks we faced with other tools.

With Monday.com, all team members can see task progress at a glance and update statuses seamlessly. It also reduces confusion and allows for better prioritization, enhancing overall productivity. The intuitive design and integration capabilities further streamline our workflow, making it easier to stay on top of complex projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com is incredibly effective for managing and tracking tasks, one downside is the heavy web interface, which can sometimes feel sluggish, especially with large boards or multiple tabs open. Additionally, the mobile apps don’t offer the same smooth and intuitive experience as the web version. The mobile interface feels less polished, which can make it challenging to navigate or update tasks on the go. Improving the mobile app experience to match the web platform's functionality and usability would make Monday.com even more versatile.

Monday.com us very user friendly, and the number of functions is countless
We use this program on a daily basis and its has made a major difference in our communication.
Its easy to implement and if you need assistance the customer support on this app is supper helpful and fast
What do you dislike about the product?
That I did not know of it sooner.
It is a bit expensive

We are a remote business and this eases communication for us
We get to collaborate more easily on projects and its a very effective tool in time management
