What do you like best about the product?

I like the colour coding and the ability to share to-dos with many different people at once. It makes it easy to see everyone’s progress at a glance.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish you could adjust the sizing of certain functions, i feel like performance wise, it could be bettered.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saving time, practicality

What do you like best about the product?

I like the potential of monday Work Management. It’s customizable, and I can provide workarounds for my team when we need something specific. I like having everybody’s contact information in one spot, and I use it to keep track of recycling weights and other information. It seems like a great place to keep track of a lot of information and communicate with the team, with room to grow. Setup was easy because I already had the learning curve from my old job.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have a hard time sitting down and getting monday Work Management set up, and I’d like more access to help. I feel like I get charged for a lot of extra things, so I’m afraid to try features in case they cost more. I’m already at the most I feel comfortable spending, and I worry I’ll be charged for tokens or for using AI to run a report. The AI has never really worked properly for me, and it seems confusing. I’d also like to watch videos on how to use it when it’s convenient for me, rather than only live. I’m frustrated that I can’t just talk to someone for help setting things up, or that I have to pay someone when I’m already paying for the service.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use monday Work Management to keep track of the weights we collect for recycling.

What do you like best about the product?

I think it's a solid platform that allows me to work with multiple teams and vendors on various projects at once. I love being able to have a central place I can go to to review dates and get files, which can be a tedious task if you were to do so through emails. I currently have been unable to connect monday.com to my work's copilot, the MPC being blocked by our IT team. This is unfortunate because the ultimate efficiency and information consolidation would happen by connecting the two, which I'm sure many people are benefitting from, I'm just not able to do.

the management of all projects is what it supports me in - staying connected, informed and organized

It compiles all the information related to a topic in one place.

monday has made it much easier for me and my team to keep track of all our tasks, even the ones we haven’t touched in months.

The platform is easy to use and navigate, making the use of PM so much easier.

The desktop app for Mac needs some improvement. Would rather use a desktop app than a browser-based one.

Helps my team manage workflows, automations, project management, the day-to-day, and support our business.

I like that monday Work Management keeps everyone on my team aligned on their projects. It helps me keep employees and co-managers on track with shared goals and deadlines. It’s really user friendly, with a beautiful and intuitive interface, and its AI features are really powerful. The integration with some of our other tools was seamless.

There really isn't anything I disliked about monday Work Management.

What do you like best about the product?

I use monday Work Management to coordinate and report tasks, activities, and projects I have in development, and it has given me great results. I like that its interface is friendly and very easy to handle and understand. The colors allow me to emphasize what I communicate or call to action. It stands out from other tools; it is intuitive and natural, and I find what I expect it to do without having to request special customization. It also helps me track topics: I can see when the last communication was, when it was planned, what stages we have completed, and what's next. Setting it up was very, very easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't like that the task list appears everywhere; I've had to remove them. Since it was a template, I solved it by creating a different template.

With monday Work Management, I can provide traceability: knowing when the last communication on a topic was, when it was planned, what stages we have completed, and what's next.

What do you like best about the product?

Monday is a good tracking tool for project management and easy to use. I like having multiple templates to choose from because it makes my job easier to track

Sometimes it can be cumbersome and overwhelming.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Typical software problems, however, they are always updating and solving issues as they arise. I am not always aware of every issue all I know is the system is always working as needed.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that monday Work Management is simple to use and easy on the eye, and that new people can use it easily. I can make a copy with Excel, though I don’t like working in Excel, and I can do everything I want in monday Work Management. I can track deadlines, organize tasks into different groups or by customer, and get reminders through notifications. Setup was very easy, the board is amazing, and the new AI makes things much simpler.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the AI should improve. I’d like it to do more than help me manage tasks—to understand things and even do some tasks. I think that may happen in the next few months, but it’s okay for me for now.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use monday Work Management to manage my tasks, see what’s most important, and keep track of each task’s process. Deadlines, grouping tasks by customer, and reminders help me know what I need to do.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s been really helpful for building reports and refining our tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?

I’m not a fan of having to buy tokens to use it. I wish there were an economical annual plan with unlimited tokens. With other platforms we use that include AI, you typically just purchase a license or plan for the users who need it, rather than managing tokens.

I mainly use it for building custom reports and for setting things up for the board.
