Color-Coded Boards Simplify Workflow and Boost Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
With the kind of office workload I deal with the colour coded boards come accross as very user friendly and unique tool. It quickly helps me analyse what's pending and what's been already done. Thus it reduces confusion and helps me manage workflow efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading larger boards can take a while sometimes but rest the application works well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It segregates whatever's pending and classifies it into boards making it very easy to analyse workflow. Moreover, the most crucial feature for me is the how it cuts down the email threads helping our team to stay on the same page by avoiding confusion.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool has greatly improved productivity by automating tasks that used to be manual, such as onboarding. It also makes it much easier to keep track of projects and monitor their progress. The people columns, in particular, help ensure accountability within the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be quite frustrating when workflows occasionally break. It would be good to have test workflow option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, project portfolio management is the most important feature. I also appreciate the ability to automate manual, recurring tasks, such as generating a weekly slide deck.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how integrated my information can be. It has improved a lot the communication with my team. The automations are life changing, and now the new AI features are going to improve the experience even more.

the mobile app is still not as user-friendly as the desktop version.

Its making our work more efficient in terms of communication and data overview.

the fact that all documents are held in the same place, the ability to customise columns and create automations

one source of truth, intuitive boards , not a lot of training required for users, automation and integration with Gmail/slack

I'm very new to it but it's easy to use and there seem to be lots of possibilities for improving how we run projects effectively and enjoyably for us and our clients. The help function is very...helpful!

The board ownerships and automations don't always work as I want them to and it takes a few attempts to find solutions to them.
