Inter-department Project Management lifesaver!

What do you like best about the product?
I loved Monday because it made it so easy to manage projects that spanned through different departments within my company. If marketing was collaborating with sales, or HR or even the C Suite, I could easy see how the project was doing, if anybody needed help and so on. It was easy to assign projects as well as well do check ins with the people who report to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasnt anything that I didn't like to be quite honest. there was an issue with customer suport at one point when someone got locked out of their account. It just took too long for them to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a remote company, Monday work management was solving a big task management issue we were having. It made it easy to keep track of where tasks were, workflow, and assigning projects to people.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us keep all of our projects organized. It is where we can store all information in one place which makes project management easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there was a way to search the updates section.

Monday allows us to lump all portions of a project together so you can get a complete sypnopsis of the project as a whole with one clock.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build templates, board and have the ability to track work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was simple to use but not that impressive overall. We need something much better to track sales and run campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
1. User Friendly interface
2. Ability to create custom workflows also includes automation to streamline your work.
3. Multiple features like easy integration with other platforms, team collaboration and simplified task management makes our task easy.
4. Easy to implement and best part is the customer support that they provide.
5. We use this tool almost everyday to streamline our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slightly expensive for small teams or small organization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If there are multiple projects going at a time then it will be a task to have a clear understanding about the pain points in each projects. This tool benifited us a lot in that way. It is easy to use and provides good visibility on the different projects all together.

What do you like best about the product?
Great one stop for all our team's real estate commissions, hires and projects. We use it EVERYDAY!

Have yet to find any dislikes or disavantages to using the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how aesthetically pleasing it is and all the colors. It really helps with organization for me. And how you can add users and give them access to certain things. Brilliantly created in my opinion, and would recommend to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the pricing is a bit expensive for startups/1 person users especially if you're just starting. It would be awesome if you could do less seats. I still think it's worth the price but if you're a 1 person business, you have to budget for and have it saved up in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using monday work management for several months now, and it’s been a game changer for our team. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and has helped us streamline our workflows in ways we never thought possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides visual dashboards that provide a clear overview of tasks, deadlines, and progress, ensuring everyone stays aligned. I can easily check on progress on a project without having to wait for an update from the Project Manager. I can quickly view our accounts payable, pull up invoices and problem solve with our customers, again without having to wait for input from acccounting. Monday.com tools make project management and working between sales and operations a more efficient and smoother process. I use Monday.com every day
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any real dislikes about Monday.com. Perhaps the only downside is there is a bit of a learning curve to set up project workflows. It is not 100% intuitive but to be fair the learning curve on other platforms is equal or a higher bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a global company working across many time frames, Monday.com helps us communicate about projects, workflows and our accounts receivable system. It allows me to quickly see project updates, status and timeframes. I can easily communicate with our operations team about incoming projects - giving them visibily to the sales pipeline.
