I really appreciate how monday Work Management enhances cross-functional communication, especially when our teams are spread across the globe. One of the elements I find most appealing is its intuitive and easy-to-use interface, which simplifies navigation and operation for me. Additionally, the high level of customization available allows me to tailor my experience to fit our specific needs. Setting up the system was a hassle-free experience; I quickly got my account credentials, accessed the necessary boards, and was ready to jump into work with no barriers. It’s this seamless start, combined with its dynamic functionalities, that makes monday Work Management an invaluable tool in our daily operations.

Sometimes, when repeating tasks, the AI assistant becomes overly persistent even after indicating that AI assistance is not desired for automation tasks.

I appreciate how easy to use and easy to understand monday Work Management is, which simplifies the recruitment and project management processes for me. The automations and integrations are incredibly valuable, as they save a lot of time in our workflow. For instance, by automating emails to candidates and setting up reminders for health boards, I can streamline these repetitive tasks, enhancing efficiency. The straightforward initial setup also adds to the overall ease of use, making it a seamless addition to our existing systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the dashboards in monday Work Management could be more customizable. They currently lack the flexibility needed for more complex data analysis and presentation. Additionally, the absence of advanced data cleaning features limits my ability to refine and manipulate data effectively. More sophisticated graphing options that can handle multiple data sets are also needed to better support comprehensive reporting and visual analysis.

Work Management is very user-friendly and has a very intuitive interface. The drag-and-drop functions make organizing many of my tasks very simple. I can see exactly where they are at a glane. It provides clear visibility on the status of projects and my team's workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the least about Work Management is the pricing structure. The requirement of having to purchase 5 or more seats when we may only need two or fewer. On larger boards, we experience slow loading.

Work Management eliminates information silos and creates a single source of truth for our projects. We know exactly who is working on what and their current workload is. The Workflow Automation frees up time to focus on high-value tasks.

I find it very easy to customize to suit the specific needs of our team. The feature that stands out most for us is the automatic movement of tasks from one board to another, along with the ability to link boards, which significantly enhances our workflow efficiency. These attributes contribute to making monday Work Management a powerful tool that meets our team's unique project management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find some aspects of customization and setting up the templates in monday Work Management to be complicated. Additionally, the process of making documents doesn't feel intuitive, which suggests that it may need an upgrade or different version to improve usability. The initial setup is also not as straightforward as it could be, deserving only a five out of ten in terms of ease. Once the setup is complete, using the tool becomes easier, but the initial steps could be streamlined.

I use monday Work Management to keep an up-to-date, automated task list, replacing spreadsheets and simplifying team assignments.
