What do you like best about the product?

I find monday Work Management easy to use, and I appreciate the automations. I like that I can color code things, which is important for me because my brain works in colors, so it helps me tell at a glance what I need to work on. The direct communication feature saves me time, allowing me to send messages without manually typing an email. These features not only keep me organized but also reduce manual work, saving me time and making it more likely to keep track of project details without dropping the ball. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive, and overall, I find it to be a very useful tool.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sharing information with people who aren't already familiar with the platform or using monday Work Management can be frustrating. Team members who don't already have a monday Work Management account or external stakeholders, like third-party collaborators, can't really be brought into my monday.com environment. This means those communications have to stay through email or other means, and I then have to manually transcribe them into monday Work Management to keep track on my end. There may be a workaround for this, but I am not aware of one yet.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

monday Work Management helps me track time and tasks, preventing missed responsibilities and improving team communication on projects. Automations save time by reducing manual work, color coding organizes tasks visually, and direct communication streamlines project details and keeps everything in check.

What do you like best about the product?

What i like the most is the easy user interface. It's super intuitive, clean and has held up as the most used tool in our marketing team for the past 4 years.

I also like the automations and the extensive integrations list. We integrate with Slack which is essential for notifications.

We use it for reporting for our organic socials and for tracking marketing projects across our global team.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the connections between different boards can be a bit less clanky.

I also think it would be great if the boards synched quicker/ without having to refresh as we often have multiple people work in the same board at the same time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest one is project management and social media reporting. But that's just for the marketing team.

I find it incredibly simple and reliable, and it helps me keep my projects organized without any unnecessary complications. I really like the customizable project templates and the secure, unlimited file storage. I also especially enjoy the task and timeline management features, which make it easy to track progress and manage both straightforward and more complex projects.

It offers advanced features and strong capabilities. Its performance has been truly incredible, and the clean, simple interface fits my needs perfectly, making it easy for me to manage tasks and deadlines efficiently.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is the best application on the market for optimizing and streamlining business operations, thanks to its integrated automated tools. It helps us standardize data protection impact assessment and compliance review workflows quickly and consistently. It also provides centralized document storage, which ensures clear traceability for all audit evidence and makes it easier to keep everything organized in one place.

I find monday Work Management incredibly user-friendly and customizable, which is a huge help for organizing our social media content calendar with many moving parts. The platform allows us to include details like item names, links, and captions, making it much easier to keep everything on track in one place without visiting multiple platforms. The setup was pretty straightforward too, as our project manager and monday reps guided us through the process. Thanks to its robustness and ease, I'd definitely recommend it to others.

What do you dislike about the product?

It's not easy to copy and paste on a Monday doc for some reason. When we're out in the field, we have to copy everything to our phone notes before posting what we need, which is kind of inconvenient.

I find monday Work Management solves my issue of tracking social media content with its robust, user-friendly, and customizable calendar, making it easier for me to manage everything on one platform.

What do you like best about the product?

Monday has an extremely user-friendly appearance, from the initial log-in to the departmental and responsibility-driven home screens. The search feature is comprehensive and allows the user to find quotes and invoicing information with a few simple keystrokes.

What do you dislike about the product?

We have experienced a lag in the updating of information, such as when quotes are converted into sales orders. Sometimes, it takes several minutes for the system to "catch up" and send out the proper notification emails to our salespeople.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of laborious communication with sales associates through email and other means. It is one stop shopping in terms of the workflow between sales and accounting functions, with automatic notifications that are extremely useful and time-saving.

I think it's easy to use. IT's quite flexible and I like the automations you can set up for reminders

Because its flexibility you do need to know what you want to set up. However, there are templates to help with that.

Project management across team - it gives everyone accountability and helps with just staying on time

Accountability. We’re able to hold staff accountable and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?

It helps me keep my day on track. Without Monday.com, I wouldn’t always know the status of my day-to-day tasks, and it’s where I start and end my workday. It keeps me focused, on task, and organized. There are so many helpful features, yet it’s still an easy platform to learn and use.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only downside I can think of is that I’m not using Monday.com to its fullest. It feels like there are so many other things I could automate or incorporate to help me run more efficiently, and I’m probably missing a lot of what it can do. I just wish there were an easy way to dive into Monday.com and really learn its true potential. Also, I wish it could send texts, not just emails and notifications.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The dashboard for our top producers is supposed to let me filter and view quarterly results, but it’s really wonky and doesn’t filter correctly. However, with the new AI Monday.com is bringing in, I can stay right in the board and ask AI questions there, and it can pull and analyze the data for me easily.

It makes managing my workflow a lot easier on a day-to-day basis.

Sometimes it feels unnecessary for smaller things.
