Agile and Flexible Management with Monday Work Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that monday Work Management allows me to create specific forms for my team to request transportation for field missions, thus facilitating the organization of the vehicle departure schedule. Additionally, I find that the customized boards are very useful as they offer me the flexibility to create different types of projects and schedules. The setup process, despite initially seeming overwhelming due to the number of features, turned out to be quite simple by following the available options. It also helps me to be agile in vehicle assignment and to precisely control their use, knowing who is using each vehicle, at what time, and at what hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Monday Work Management to allow working offline. It would also be useful to better integrate the tool to optimize or perform analysis of the generated tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to organize vehicle requests and track field activities, improving agility and accuracy in resource usage.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and customizable monday work management is. The visual boards make it easy to track tasks and projects at a glance, and the drag and drop feature feels so seamless. It is also great that our team can collaborate in real time, keeping everyone on the same page without endless email threads. Also, its integration with tools like Slack and Google Drive is a huge plus for keeping everything connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish the reporting tools were a bit more robust without needing a higher tier plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems such as disorganised task management, poor team collaborations, lack of project visibility, missed deadlines and others. Monday work management has streamlined how we manage client projects and internal tasks. It has help us cut down on miscommunication by centralizing all our updates and files, and the timeline view helps us hit deadlines consistently. Our team feels more organized, and clients have noticed faster turnaround times. Our teams productivity has noticeably improved. Thanks to Monday work management!

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing tool to manage projects and products being released with multiple view options like charts, table and more which makes it highly useful. Easy to assign tasks and sprints to different teams. The option to put in notes and comments beside deadlines is really helpful. The platform is easy to use and has good integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product experienced some outages at first, which led to a few issues. Additionally, there are limited customization options available in the main workflow. The learning curve is quite steep for non-technical stakeholders. I also think the platform could benefit from more AI features to help automate various tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a very helpful project management tool, as it makes managing projects and tasks much easier by allowing us to track deadlines and monitor the work completed by different teams. It is easy to track and share the progress of new sprints. Overall, the features make it especially useful for technical and development projects, simplifying our workflow.
Somewhat good for a bird’s eye view
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how intuitive it is, as well as the presence of certain hierarchy features and options for managing time and dependancy.
What do you dislike about the product?
To get a complete overview of who is working on what, it needs to be connected to monday dev. It also offers very few integrations with other applications, which can be limiting. Additionally, it does not provide an option for a personal workspace outside of the main project space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to keep track of internal company tasks, and it works fine since only internal stakeholders are involved.

I really love how simple and easy it is to use monday Work Management. I can easily put my work assignments and other necessary tasks for myself to view later.

There's not really much to hate about monday Work Management.

I appreciate how monday Work Management presents my tasks in a clear and straightforward way. I was able to customize the format so it made the most sense to me. I also like that they offer a range of layout options, allowing you to pick whichever style you prefer.

The software is not much accessible through multiple accounts on multiple devices.

Allowed us to set workly goals and push items that were getting forgotten due to the amount of work thrown at us. Allowed us to organize and meet quarterly goals.

Cost is prohibitive and the restriction of user access dependent
