What do you like best about the product?
Monday AI Work Platform turns messy HR work into something that i can actually report on without chasing many spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes setting up guest access so that Client A cant see Client B takes up setup time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday AI Work Platform I spend less time on admin and more time advising. Clients gets transparency and I get to manage Multiple HR projects without dropping balls.

I like how I can see product, engineering, sales and customer success boards in one place.

If PMs dont update ticket status, AI gives bad risk calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how AI can summarize project status, flag budgets overrun, and drag emails for me in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how AI answers are only as good as how clean my boards are, so messy data still gives weak results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has given me instant insights across all projects, bids, and risks without digging through many dashboards. This helps me to make decisions faster from my office instead of chasing updates from the field.

We track specs, BOMs, drawings and margin per machine. The platform dratfs follow up emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
If sales representatives do not log calls or update stages. AI forecasting misses.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday AI Platform helps track goals, check-ins, workout plans and renewal dates. The AI flags at risk members with suggested actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trainers need faster way to log clients notes between sessions.

The dadhboards shows reports instantly hence quick decision making and no manual reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how visual and flexible it is. You can set up boards for anything; marketing campaigns, sales pipeline, HR onboarding without needing a developer as well as Integrations with Gmail, Slack and Google Drive mean we don't have to switch tabs constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many columns, views and automation that new members needed about 2 weeks to feel comfortable. Also the mobile app is good for checking tasks but not great for building complex boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before monday AI Work Platform i was juggling Google Sheets, email threads and scattered to do lists , things were falling through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the monday AI Work Platform. The AI agents I created—after a few rounds of tweaking until they were just right—feel like magic and perform really well. They save me a lot of time that I used to spend on manual entries and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI can get overwhelmed when it’s given vague or incomplete instructions. Learning how to interact with AI is a must; without that knowledge, you may never reach your goal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an AI agent that flags and reports any errors, scope creep, and project progress delays. These reports help us mitigate a lot of risks before they turn into bigger problems.
