Unmatched Workflow Organization and Accountability
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com Work Management is one of the most robust platforms I've used for organizing work flows.
The accountability via stored history is unmatched. As the manager of a remote team, it's incredibly valuable to see who changed what, and exactly when the change was made. These features allow me to actively coach and follow up with my associates to ensure they are following our current processes and protocols.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike about Work Management. If I had to be picky, I'd love to be able to further customize the interfacing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work Management has helped our team improve accountability; we can easily see who talked to which client, and when, allowing us to quickly resolve any confusion around a client request. The archive features also empower us to stay organized while still maintaining a searchable history of client data.

As a 3D artist, I love how Monday.com provides an intuitive project board that keeps all my creative work organized. The visual layout makes it easy to track multiple projects simultaneously, and the customizable columns allow me to monitor render times, deadlines, and asset versioning. The automation features save me significant time on repetitive tasks, letting me focus more on creative work.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com is excellent overall, I wish there were better file attachment capabilities for large 3D files and render assets. The platform can feel slow when handling heavy project loads with numerous tasks, and the mobile app lacks some features available on desktop. Additionally, integrating with specialized 3D software pipelines could be more seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the critical problem of project fragmentation in creative workflows. As a 3D artist managing multiple concurrent projects with complex dependencies, I benefit from centralized task tracking and deadline management. The platform streamlines collaboration with team members, reduces miscommunication about project status, and provides clear visibility into project timelines. The ability to customize boards for different asset types and render phases dramatically improves efficiency and ensures no deliverables fall through the cracks.

I really appreciate how this tool helps me manage projects, enhancing my daily performance and even my memory. It lets me break down each project into smaller pieces, allowing for a much more thorough and effective execution.

There are likely features I haven't discovered yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to delegate and assign tasks, as well as break down larger projects into smaller, manageable components, has been a real advantage. It helps my team stay on track with projects, often eliminating the need for time-consuming meetings. As a result, it saves time and helps me stay organized.
A Powerful All-in-One WorkOS for Seamless Project & Workflow Management
What do you like best about the product?
As the resident expert for my organization, I have implemented many workspaces and project boards across departments. As a work management solution, the platform truly lives up to the expectation of being a "WorkOS" as they call it. It's an all-in-one solution for project tracking, status reporting, analytics dashboards, logging information, documentation, commenting, and other functions that make up a comprehensive system of work. It's crucial that work management platforms provide clear ways to differentiate project boards that are used to track items and manage processes and workflows, from projects that are time-bound and require reporting up through portfolios with RAG status models. Not to mention, the integrations are seamless and powerful, connecting tools within our existing tech stack to the platform for ultimate synchronicity and forming cohesive workflows without juggling multiple tools at once that could otherwise be consolidated into monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
Weaknesses are minor. Some minor features available on other platforms aren't yet available in monday.com as of the writing this review. Things like placing one task across multiple boards, or using Docs in monday.com to serve as a knowledge management system. Also, the universal search function could be improved as it feels a bit outdated. Functional, but still not as up to par as other search capabilities in Notion or ClickUp, for example. Otherwise, monday.com project and work management capabilities are suitable for almost any team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is solving a ton of issues for our team, primarily by providing everyone working across the Microsoft stack in various ways with a single source of truth for project and workflow management. It reduces the number of tools teams have to rely on, allowing documentation, communication, and work items to coexist within a single system. The ability to connect boards together has also been a huge benefit for teams building new boards and for reporting purposes.

I love how monday.com helps us stay organized across teams and gives clear visibility into every part of our operations. It’s made tracking projects and progress so much easier and more efficient. We use this tool daily. It also easily integrates with our other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes monday.com can feel a bit overwhelming — there are so many features that it’s easy to overcomplicate things when a simpler setup would work better.

monday.com helps us centralize and track work across multiple teams, so nothing falls through the cracks. It’s improved collaboration, accountability, and visibility into our operations, which saves time and keeps everyone aligned.

Overall, these aspects greatly enhance my ability to stay organized and efficient.

I often encounter issues with monday Work Management where it does not perform as expected. Specifically, I face problems with notes not loading properly and the page sometimes locking up, which interrupts my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
So before we used Monday work management we had everything notated on paper. Now that we have everything digital looking back on past actions became so much easier. It has now become something we must use everyday to keep all documentation accurate. Changing from paper to digital only made our system of moving around so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside from monday is that we need to be online at all times. So when we have a power outage and we become offline we have to resort to keeping everything on paper and keeping a more direct line of communication.

Organizing all work that passes thru everyday without having a stack of papers. Everything can be tracked down with just a click of a search bar

Monday makes it easy to brief in work with a large team, easy to keep updated with progress and most importantly an efficient workflow.
It integrates well with Outlook and you can reply to comments directly from email rather than logging into Monday each time. Which is crucial when using the program several times a day.

It can be a bit daunting when first using Monday but once you are familiar with the layout, its a breeze.

Monday is fixing the issue that often comes with project management with large teams, often from third parties and how projects can be delivered in an efficient manner.
