Have been able to add everything associated to my company to keep track of online.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to access everything to do with my company when I am away from the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
They recently changed their archived settings, which causes issues for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing everything that is going on at my business when I am away on my frequent trips. Having an easy followup on tasks that need to be performed.

What do you like best about the product?
It has helped me develop an understanding of project management practices from basic to advanced. I love all the features and the personalization they are easy to learn and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could personalize subtasks more easily without it being the same for all subtasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a spread out organization and it allows for ease in knowing what my employees are completing and what stages we are at without having to hold a tedious number of meetings.

What I like the most is how intuitive it is when programming a workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the element selection interface when doing automation. It frequently does not allow you to select what you want because the box does not adapt according to the path of the screen. It makes it uncomfortable

What do you like best about the product?
I really like it because it is a tool that helps a lot with organizing tasks with your work team and knowing how much time you need to complete a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the issue of notifications in the email; it would be more practical to receive just one saying that you have notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me stay on top of projects, their follow-up, and staying in touch with clients to streamline timelines.

Keep all my activitues tracket and ordered. I can demonstrate, review, plan hours and day spent for every activity.

Activity tracking. Hours spent by user on every activity.
Flexibility of Monday is great.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Monday is the ability to customize everything you want easy to implement your information. There are so many workspaces and boards that can be connected throughout to help streamline processes. The integrations with zapier are also great to have and lots of options.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I would have liked from Monday is having an ability to have a board specific to contacts and thier information. I can customize one but it isn't as streamlined like others that have specific boards for customers and contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have all the information in one place is great. I am able to work with the team and know exactly what each person is working on to make sure we are not overlapping on any project details.

Acredito que os melhores pontos são, as diferentes formas de visualizar um painel, as automações são incríveis e o dashboard abre um leque gigante de possibilidade de relatórios. Além de ser fácil de implementar para o uso diário do time.

Não gosto da forma que o dashboard pode ser exportado, poderia ter alguma forma de exportar direto como uma apresentação, eu sempre precisei usar o google analytics.

Costumávamos usar o pipefy, e tinhamos muitas limitações, pois a plataforma era extremamente engessada e a personalização dependia de reuniões com responsáveis do site, fazendo com que tarefas simples se tornassem impraticáveis.

There is nothing I do dislike, really. it really works perfectly for me.
