Inconvenient access to documents

What do you like best about the product?
It enhances collaboration within my team, and I appreciate the engaging nature of the boards, where distinct colors are assigned to each status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmm, this is a case to case basis where I add an item to my board. When I introduce an item onto my board, it is subsequently removed due to the ongoing filtering of my current board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm uncertain about that, as I'm not familiar with the specific issue it is currently facing

Monday dot com - Easy, Customizable User friendly software

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Monday.com to track the progress of my projects, documentation, task follow-up, and fulfillment. Monday.com is super customizable and easy to use. The built-in automation caters to most tasks and you can create an automation script from scratch. It has a host of inbuilt integration connectors that allow it to connect to widely used software. The docs feature caters to any documentation which keeps everything about the project in one place. I would definitely recommend Monday.com to any and all teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if Monday.com provides multi-level nested sub-items. Currently one can have only one level deep.
Another feature is which I would request is to update the status of tasks via email. Currently, it is only possible to provide updates via email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me to track my projects, documentation of my projects' deliverables, and status documentation. Team task assignment and follow-up. Events management as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Why i do like to use MONDAY.COM is:

・I can do any different task in MONDAY, i don' t need to switch another platform .
・I can take over the task from another team easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime we faced a huge bug before, but it's not anymore now. Thanks!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be nice if we can taking over the task with notes.
It might very nice that we don't need review or search again.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has eliminated emails and optimised the way we communicate with clients. It's vital for agency owners who want to optimise their client service and their team performance!
What do you dislike about the product?
CRM capability is not as in-depth as other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers great transparency across all team members and clients and eliminates emails. Time stamping on all communication is a God-send!

What do you like best about the product?
Layout is great. Easy of finding things you need and clear set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit slow to add projects to your task once something has been assigned. Sometimes you need to log out to see them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us keep track of multiple projects which have several tasks assigned to them. This makes creating invoices for clients much easier

Great tool for new Project Managers

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a highly versatile project management tool with a great user interface. There are many templates to help you get off the ground, but its also very simple to set up your own custom boards and workflows to manage your projects and communicate with your team members. I've used a variety of boards to track overall project timelimes, budgets, to-do lists, and a variety of project workstreams. I really like the ability to manage boards using Kanban. My favorite feature lately has been the ability to create a form and share that with my users. When they submit their information, those details are added to the board and I am able to prioritize and manage it as needed.

Having used the platform now for over a year, it has really helped me stay organized. Now that we have launched our system, I use monday.com to manage the support requests from our users. By using a form and many automations on the board I was able to customize monday.com to do exactly what I needed, which has been great. I now use monday.com everyday and it is the first pinned tab in my browser!

I also set up an integration with Slack for every new support submission from users so we receive immediate notification in a project Slack channel as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the templates don't fit my needs or seem a bit complicated to use. Although I review templates for ideas, I often create my own custom boards as those allow me to design exactly what I need for each aspect of a project. I do feel like there is a bit of a learning curve to monday.com compared to a few other tools, but once you dive into it you can learn its features rather fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has been great for task organization and tracking for my project. It also lets me collaborate with team members and assign them tasks. They also have the ability to change statuses on tasks and track their own work, so I appreciate when team members can take ownership of their own tasks. It also creates transparency into our project for our exectuve sponsors who can go in and see everything we're working on, including the dashboard charts we made to show certain project statuses. They basically have an on demand status update whenever they want. The automations are also very helpful, as are the integrations. Given that we use so many tools and apps, I integrated monday.com with Slack to receive key updates when statuses change. When a task is changed to urgent, it notifies the whole team in a specific channel. Being able to copy emails to monday.com through bcc has also been very helpful in documenting why certain decisions were made.

Using Monday.com to manage hypercare and support for 500 users has been great. It keeps us well organized and the Dashboard options have been really helpful to keep track of metrics.

Streamlined Task Management with Room for AI Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of monday Work Management and the ability to adapt different goals according to a wide range of topics. This flexibility allows us to create boards tailored for various divisions, including one sitting abroad, alongside internal boards and those dedicated to specific tasks. This adaptability is crucial for us as it accommodates the diverse topics we deal with in our company. It’s actually quite a great feature, making the tool very practical and effective for task management across different business types.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the limited use and implementation of the AI functions in monday Work Management notable. It seems that there is much room for improvement in effectively leveraging AI to create and manage tasks more efficiently. Additionally, the adaptation period requires a shift in how people approach task management, moving away from double tasking with other tools like Excel and emails. This change requires time for users to fully transition to using monday Work Management as the primary tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for task management, saving a lot of internal emails and staying on top of tasks easily.
