What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday Work Management is one place where I can keep track of all my projects and liaise with my team. It's easy for everyone to see where I am, where they are, and work in collaboration. It's an easy way to track the projects' trajectory and stay on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get a bit confusing if you have multiple boards and multiple team members, as sometimes things get placed under the wrong project head on. I think that's more user error than monday Work Management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to maintain a priority task list, allowing team members to track project progress and deadlines without constant communication, and it's a place to save project files.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that monday Work Management is very easy to use and user-friendly. It's so easy to integrate into our workflow regardless of the different ages and experience levels within the team. It's pretty seamless and enjoyable to use because it makes me feel productive while being easy to manipulate and make changes. The compatibility is amazing, allowing us to manage projects from end to end efficiently. We're able to add links, comments, and '@' colleagues which makes the project management comprehensive. I also appreciate how nicely everything is contained within the software, making it easy for anyone to pick up and contribute. Full transparency is really beneficial, especially for a global organization like ours. The learning curve is really fast, allowing us to get on board and update projects quickly as they evolve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think if there were more tools to easily extract information into presentation-style decks quickly, it would be very helpful. Also, I'm sure there's room to improve on integrating AI to further automate administrative roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management lets us manage and allocate incoming work, providing visibility and transparency across teams, even globally. It automates workflows, reducing errors, and boosts consistency and efficiency in our large organization.
