    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like most about monday Work Management is its ease of use and visual organization. The boards, timelines, and status columns make it very easy to track tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities. It helps our team stay aligned and improves collaboration because everyone can clearly see project progress in real time. The interface is intuitive and quick to learn.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    One downside is that some advanced features and automations can be a bit complex to configure at first. Also, certain integrations and customization options are limited depending on the plan, which can be frustrating for teams that want deeper workflow automation.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Monday Work Management helps centralize tasks, projects, and communication in one place. Instead of managing work through scattered emails, spreadsheets, and chats, everything is organized in boards. This improves visibility across projects, reduces miscommunication, and helps our team deliver work more efficiently and on time.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It was very easy to get started and explore the many different features. I really like the automations, which help eliminate mundane tasks and make day-to-day work feel a lot smoother. It was very easy to implement into our daily ordering requirements. Since switching to Monday we use it everyday for tracking orders and it was very easy to integrate with our existing processes and if we needed any help their customer service was there to help.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I wish my colleagues could leave comments in Monday without having to pay for extra seats. I wish the number of seats you had to purchase were more flexible.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Tracking orders! We place over 700 orders for materials and supplies for our Trade school and we use it to get orders approved and to track them from the time its submitted to the time it arrives. It has eliminated the need to walk around a request form to start the ordering process.

    Visual Boards Make Team Collaboration Effortless

    What do you like best about the product?
    I mostly use monday Work Management to keep track of tasks and projects for the team, and it really helps in making planning a lot less stressful. I like how I can just open a board and quickly see who’s handling what and what’s coming up next, which provides excellent visibility for my tasks. I love the visual workflow boards - the way everything is arranged into boards, items, and columns makes project tracking a lot more organized and easy to follow. Switching between Kanban, Timeline, and Calendar views is super useful depending on the task at hand, especially how the Kanban board helps with day-to-day management and the timeline view is great for planning larger projects. I didn’t think the visual layout would matter that much at first, but it ended up making a bigger difference than I expected. Collaboration feels smooth since team members can comment, tag others, and attach files right within tasks, keeping everything connected to work instead of scattered across emails or chat threads. The automation features like notifying someone when a task status changes and automatically moving a task to the next stage, though small, save quite a bit of time. Also, using monday Work Management along with other tools, like messaging platforms and document sharing solutions, makes our workflow organized and smooth as it keeps important project details centralized.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    One thing that didn’t work perfectly for me at first was the interface. It can feel a bit overwhelming when you’re just getting started. Another area that could be better is reporting and deeper customization in certain views. Also, when a board gets really large with lots of tasks and columns, it can start to feel a bit crowded.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    monday Work Management offers visibility across projects, reducing scattered updates and confusion. It streamlines tasks from spreadsheets to visual boards, helping my team track responsibilities and deadlines efficiently. The simple automations and integrated comments make collaboration smoother, saving us time and effort.

    I like the organization that monday Work Management offers, especially the organization by person's name, which helps with the personal organization of each team member. The initial setup was easy too.

    I think the visualization of the panels in Monday Work Management could be better. It would be good if each person could have their own tab.
