    What is our primary use case?

    My main use case for monday.com  is organizing ourselves as a company and as an organization, but we also use it for clients as well, embedding it into clients' ecosystems.

    A specific example of how I used monday.com  with a client is when they had a lot of paperwork they needed to do across many different systems. We used monday.com to integrate it, streamline it all into one place, and then automate many parts of that system, which they were very pleased with.

    How has it helped my organization?

    monday.com has positively impacted my organization by making things more efficient. For example, we used it to review applications, and having applications all in one place made things very convenient.

    Regarding the efficiency gains, saving time was the significant benefit.

    What is most valuable?

    The best features monday.com offers include automation, which is really excellent and made things very easy to use.

    In terms of features, integrations were very useful, and dashboards were also very good for sharing information across different parties.

    What needs improvement?

    I think monday.com could be improved by being more flexible at times.

    For needed improvements, I believe there were sometimes use cases that we could not do easily because the system was rather fixed in its approach.

    There are no other improvements needed that I have not mentioned; there are no other pain points or limitations I experienced.

    For how long have I used the solution?

    I have been using monday.com for almost all of it, from probably about six months in.

    What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    monday.com is stable; I have not experienced any outages or reliability issues.

    What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

    Regarding scalability, monday.com is easy to scale up as my needs change.

    How are customer service and support?

    The customer support from monday.com is very good; when we set it up, we had someone from monday.com help us and it was brilliant.

    I would rate the customer support on a scale of one to ten as a ten.

    Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

    Before monday.com, I am not certain we had a solution in the same way; I think it would have just been very manual before that.

    How was the initial setup?

    My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing included licensing being somewhat challenging, having to choose which users we had and such things, but other than that, it was all good.

    What about the implementation team?

    The customer support from monday.com is very good; when we set it up, we had someone from monday.com help us and it was brilliant.

    What was our ROI?

    I have not seen a direct return on investment with monday.com; we were a charity and were getting it for free, but there were obviously savings. I just cannot quantify them.

    What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

    My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing included licensing being somewhat challenging, having to choose which users we had and such things, but other than that, it was all good.

    Which other solutions did I evaluate?

    I did not evaluate other options before choosing monday.com.

    What other advice do I have?

    I would rate monday.com eight out of ten.

    I give it an eight out of ten because it was very good overall and very helpful, but a few things in terms of being more flexible would have made things even better.

    My advice to others looking into using monday.com is to go for it; it is really good software.

    I have no additional thoughts about monday.com before we wrap up.

    Effortless Team Management and Collaboration

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like the ease of use and the user interface monday Work Management offers. The ability to create different teams is very helpful for admin/permissions, and it's great for both internal and external collaboration on projects. It helps me keep my teams organized, track deadlines, and give asynchronous feedback on specific items. I also appreciate being able to outline deliverables for larger projects. Having a place for my team to see the scope of projects, plan ahead, and receive task assignments with reminders is invaluable. It's also fantastic for managing workload and providing visibility into the status of projects. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I wish there were more ways to build template tasks and subtasks. I also wish there were some better reporting/analytics functionality.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    monday Work Management keeps our teams manage projects and campaigns, stay organized, track deadlines, and allows asynchronous feedback. It helps me manage workloads and provides visibility into project statuses without always have to check in with individual team mates.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Monday.com is user friendly, easy to look at with the UX/UI, and connects projects for the team. As someone in nonprofit, the plan is affordable and we get a lot for what we pay for. Onboarding staff onto it is very simple, and the software has a lot of integration internally to make sure transparency is reached crossfunctionally.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There are always some downsides - some functions and automations could be clearer for our usage, but otherwise, smooth sailing!~
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It is solving the need to connect multiple teams in a larger organization. This is our Bible, our bread and butter of where a project or campaign is. Everyone can access and see what is needed.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like the project system, it allows for collaboration between teams. It has an excellent user experience design and user-friendly software for managing projects and tasks. I appreciate the ability to assign tasks directly, it has all the necessary features for a management system.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes it's overwhelming trying to find the right assignment, I with it were easier to select older files. Updating the project status is taking longer that usual.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It enables efficient monitoring and helps you manage projects in a professional way. It’s a great way to get a clear overview of all tasks while keeping communication in one place. It’s also easy to use, and assigning tasks is straightforward.
