Simplicity in understanding the processes

What do you like best about the product?
The boards of Monday are very simplified, and allow easy understanding of organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it crashes when there are too many optimizations.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive project management tool, perfect for agencies with multiple users working across multiple clients. It makes planning super easy, helps us stick to deadlines and it's simple to set up helpful workspaces so you can track progress by month, week, client and user and manage internal resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes adding sub-tasks means that the metrics pulling through to another workspace aren't fully accurate, however this is a minor issue and everything else is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us improve project and task management across the agency, which is helping us plan more efficiently and manage internal resources. The time tracking capabilities also make it easy to plan and budget across our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can integrate Monday.com into almost all external pieces of software we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that we could have multiple column layouts wihtin the same board. I know it defeats the purpose of Monday.com but its something that I'd love to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us to run our agency with ease. We use it to comminicate with clients, track progress on projects, get sign off and then after launch we use it for ongoign support

I am unsure to what I dislike about monday.com.
It is simple and effective to use

What do you like best about the product?
We implemented monday and use it for our agile teams, we currenty have everything under control thanks to monday. We reviewed quite some other systems but nothing beats monday price/quality
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are some bugs but they are moslty handled quickly through support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving our teams tasks which they can track and discuss and gather al the information on 1 central place. Very efficient

What do you like best about the product?
It has so many options regarding personalisation, I think everyone can tailor it to their own needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you can only scroll to the right, and when I try left, the whole page goes back
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping track of things that have to be done. There are also integrations applied, therefore part of the work is being done automatically, so we have more time for the manual part. It's really time saving, I love the colors, helps me keep track of my tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, quick to learn, simple to share with plenty of different team members, subcategories for each section, timeline setting feature, and email notifications when assigned tasks and/or when someone comments on an item you're assigned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not experienced anything I don't like thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing many team members from many different departments collaborate with one another on a large number of different projects with deadlines established for everyone along with the current status of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, you can learn the product in minutes and very helpful for collaboration and team task management
What do you dislike about the product?
Too expensive for the value, let's be honest the product is very basic and the pricing is not coherent with the value added. Also, SAML/SSO is only available within the enterprise pricing
