I don't know how I would do my job without it.
What do you like best about the product?
The layout of the software is user friendly. It keeps me and my team organized. I like that there is an app that i can use if i don thave my laptop i can still check my teams updates. It completrly structures my work week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont see any flaws in monday. The only suggestion would be a live chat for the people on each board. Maybe some new colors for labels. I dont have anything negative to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me and my collegues to work on our tasks from anyhwere. I can see their updates, and make immdeiate changes if needed. It helps me schedule work weeks in advance.
A great platform for managing research projects
What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful to be able to keep track of all my projects in one place but also have separate groups for managing each one. The UI is simple and clean, making it easy to organise all my tasks and manage my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations on the education version mean it isn't great for managing many research projects but the paid version is too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am new to managing projects and monday.com has helped organise my PhD research and manage the people I am working with

No outlook plugin for email attachment for onprem exchange.

Central client contact list, lead tracking and project management.
Great organizational tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great tool for those who need to manage their business needs and want to communicate changes in live time to their employees/partners alike. It has a wonderful colour coding system and actively sends reminders to all users to boost work productivity and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I feel completely satisfied with my experience using Monday. I do not have any issues or negative points to comment on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping our team better organize our workflow to ensure no tasks fall through the cracks and remain unaccounted for.
Excellent Business Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Having a system that can organize and track all of your inventory or items related to your departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I'm using the system to its full potential. I believe this tool can really help scale a business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having 1 system to connect to other systems together. Having a space where all staff can collaborate together in different roles and departments.

The downsides are the delay of uploading new info

It's very easy to use. It's a great tool for organising projects for your team, communciation of tasks and keeping the comms within Monday.com not lost in a string of emails. We love the fact that you can set the due dates, importance ranking and continue to update with status. High recommend!

Finding quick learnings to use the tools effectively, there's so much we don't know!

Comms aren't lost in emails. The whole team has visibility on what projects we're focusin on, the status of the project, who's responsible and when it's due.

To have information too spreadout. In Monday everything is in one spot and we can communicate with the team easily. workflow is simplified and efficient to solve task on time
