Could not live without Monday.com!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Monday! It is a great project tracking tool and makes sure I adhere to all deadlines in my roll.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I love it all! The automation, the layout, the workflows - it is fantastic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Our company started using Monday.com this year as a workflow tracking tool. We have gained valuable insights from data collection as well as the ability to keep track of jobs from start to finish preventing issues of jobs slipping through the cracks. Our team has been able to become more efficient overall. We also have gain a lot of valuable information from dashboarding which has allowed us to identify bottlenecks in our processes and build efficiencies. Wonderful product for a growing company
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like more powerful dashboarding where we can monitor trends. Also teaching users our workflow can be difficult as most of the trainings Monday offers are around how to build boards in monday.com also working with 3rd party apps has also sometimes proven to be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow tracking and data collection. In the past we had a lot of difficulty around knowing simple things like how many times we have been at a job who did the job or even if the job is complete Monday.com has provided us the ability work walk a job from through our process and always know where things are at and what has occurred on a job
The Best Platform I've Worked
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use, how organized and that processes are very simple in comparison to other platforms. It's also easy to keep things in order without it getting out of hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes with new updates glitches appear and it makes it difficult to view. When the platform style changes it also makes it a little confusing to navigate, but overall all well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with an agency that manages many deadlines and people, it makes it very easy to use Monday. I particularly like how to use tabs to keep track of things and keeping things in order when it comes to dates of publishing.

I love the trackers and being able to keep all calendars in one place!

It can be hard to learn, but once you figure it out - it works so well!

It's expensive and some of our team use it much less than others but effectively cost us the same.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being organised, having all my projects at my finger tips with each task involved and then being about to track the progression of each task and project. I also love being able to add comments into my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I am a one man bad and I have to purchase a minimum of three seats. I only need one seat and would love to use other functions of Monday.com without paying for seats I will never use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me to see what projects I have and plan out the tasks involved to allow me to set timeframes so I know when I can take more projects on or when I'm behind.

What do you like best about the product?
Create tracking boards for processes in my support and customer service area, as well as maintain control of indicators.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is not much variability to use formulas

Response speed between areas, monitoring of collaborative activities
An essencial organizing tool for our workspace
What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps our team to stay organized and have access to updated informations about every step of the project that we are currently working on improoving our productivity in general. The automations are very usefull not to loose time when updating the boards too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we can move things on the boards or update a data that wasn't the right one and it is hard to find where the error is once it's updated. So, it would be very usefull to have a kind of return button to undo what was just done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our operational team to comunicate better with the IT team and other areas of our company. It also helps us not to lose precious time just to update each other on our tasks. And it helps us not to lose track on projects that take more time to be completed or keep our memory fresh on finished projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com keeps our team organized. We love that we are all able to collaborate and edit. It is also super user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I wish Monday.com could send different notification updates (and I'm sure they do, I probably need to look into it haha!).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com keeps us all running smoothly. We are able to stay controlled and have information anytime anywhere about any of our jobs. We are able to keep more information there instead of trying to ask and nag others for it.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday facilitates collaboration and does a good job at streamlining information and document sharing. It's also easy to integrate with slack and email, so receiving updates is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor issues have been experienced with sharing files and accessing files. Sometimes files did not attach to a task, and other times it was difficult for users to know that a file had been uploaded in a task. A better visual alert that a file has been attached to a task would be helpul.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps many people within my organization on the same page, and allows for more efficient collaboration than most other previous platforms we had been using.
