Excellent Project Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Creating boards for different projects, adding sub-items to tasks and assigning staff members to projects and tasks. Found the checklist function very useful
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can currently think of - the system meets my business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a vast amount of stakeholders and customers in our business, yet a small marketing team. The system enables us to ensure that no request is missed, it provides transparency across our department.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to track tasks and their statuses.

I found it hard to use at first, and it took me a while to realize there were more complex features I could be using

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use, ituitive, easy to understand even for those who never use a software like that.

The ability to create huge databases inside, for our necessity its incredible
What do you dislike about the product?
There's still a few things missing, like we use as item stock and when 1 item comes out of this storage a button that decrease de quantity instead of doing manualy every time would be nice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Record demands and ensure that all service steps are being carried out, in addition to accounting for the entire team's demands via PowerBI and setting goals, its great

What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful in keeping track of tasks given or working on both individually and as a team.
You can tag and task each team member and see progress on the task board.
I like that it sends alerts on email as well on any pending tasks and when a team member updates anything on their task board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it only allows a specific number of people to be added by the admin per the subscription which the number should be added to allow every staff to be onboard the job board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management on tasks.

It makes it easy to fast track on tasks given.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use and accessibility. Our team has this on their phones and desktops allowing easy access to their project information wherever they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only wish would be to allow unlimited automations regardless of package level. I'd also love to see more content on how to use automations in different industries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between many fast paced and busy teams. I can give each member access to their own boards with information allowing them to keep track of changes and things still needed for upcoming projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday.com. It makes tracking tasks and seeing updates in real-time so much easier. The visuals are beneficial. Navigating the different boards and being able to edit/add columns shows that this is a very adaptable tracking system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any issues using Monday.com yet. I have nothing negative to say about it, and I wish we would have started using this system much sooner. It would be beneficial to anyone who utilizes it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us visualize all the tasks we need to complete with full information. We can make updates in real-time, and since it is not a shared document, we do not have to exit to make updates.

Used for aggregated roadmapping

What do you like best about the product?
Easily configurable and intuitive. The templates are also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The roadmap visualization is clunky and not useful. I usually source the data from Monday and create a roadmap in Google Slides instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A place for our teams to aggregate roadmap information into categorizations and outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
Its like Excel on steroids. The automations make it very easy to use and you can integrate it with lots og sites, software and apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works fine for me, i need to look into the Programming aspect to make a custom API
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes the process smoother and more efficient in maintaining employees and and automating emails for repetitve tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is a beautiful yet approachable platform that allows teams to collaborate effortlessly across several departments. Utilizing monday.com has inspired our teams to collaborate and create unlike ever before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! There are a few times we've had to contact support or our account manager to address how to utilize boards best for our organization. However, support and the monday.com team is always so helpful I haven't been left unsatisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating our current platforms and bringing them together so all our teams can collaborate in one place. We cut down meeting time exponentially as well as follow up time as everyone can immediately see everyone's project status.

What do you like best about the product?
The whole system is very easy to use. Everything is explained clearly with a lot of information to help online too. It can be easily tailored for any business' needs, and there are many ways the system can be personalised to suit how everyone likes to work (eg. different visuals available, different automations to save duplication of work, etc.) Workflows are made smoother and processes are streamlines using Monday.com
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't come across that many, and I've been using Monday for over a year now. There are a few features that I think could be made better, but whenever I search them they tend to have already been discussed and a Monday representative is already aware and it has been passed on for further development stages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had everything spread accross a large amount of spreadsheets, which meant gathering and reviewing information was a lengthy process. Now, everything is in one place and management can get a quick overview without having to search around.
