My experience with Monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of this tool is that, as long as you enter the tasks you need to complete, nothing ever falls through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is functionality I am still hoping to see, such as when selecting dates, rather than scrolling through the calendar, ability to type in the date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just tracking tasks for projects.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and the interface is clean & simple to read. I also like that they come out with new features all the time and host webinars so show you how to use the new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to really try hard to find something we don't like it is that it can be a little clunky when trying to link 2 boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we started, it was just the marketing team using the software, now all of our teams are on it and it is making it very easy to communicate and collaborate across different teams and to have a glimpse into where everyone is on a project across portfolios.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. It's very intuiotive and I am able to teach others the functionality with ease. We began using Monday for basic campaign monitoring, but it now manages scheduling and a raft of other business critical deadlines. The dashboards functions are invaluable too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves our collaboration challenges - when we have many people working a project Monday.com gives visability to everyone involved. We particulalrly like the dependances feature, where one activity can impact another and it's impact on timelines and deadlines is automatically flagged to the users.

That they won't do a webinar with us to expose the great things we are doing with their tech.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to give our customers the ability to window shop talent, see the forrest through the trees when presenting large pools of available talent, and organizing automation of talent delivery.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been a major part of our business, and it helps us track our process, client interactions, and everything in between.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing specifically that I dislike. The biggest thing is to take the time to learn how to use it effectively, as there are so many applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for full transparency with all of our processes, so we know where things stand with a quick glance. It also allows us to have everything under one umbrella.

Great project management system, CRM, and personal task system!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite functionalities about monday are the organizational tools and boards to keep everything seperate, yet organized into one platform. I love how you can tag coworkers, ask for updates, create priorities, integrate other apps, and create documents and templates within the platform. Another great addition is the search bar functionality; it helps find items much quicker than before. It's great that our business can use this for personal to-dos, employee and project management, and CRMs for business development. It's truly a one stop shop for all of our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I wish Monday had was a better system to copy, paste, and undo. Another issue is the words that show up on a text box on boards - They are hard to see and cannot easily be edited. I would also love to see an easier way to manage notifications for each user- which has been a complaint from my employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us keep track of our items in one place - we used to rely heavily on the google drive, which can get messy/junky and hard to find the information we ar actually looking for. There was no functionality to keep track of project updates, what has been completed, drafts of work, planning notes, etc. We use a custom CRM board, project management board admin employee boards, and meeting baords to keep track of what is most important to us.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team loves Monday.com. We are a small CSM team working with enterprise brands and we use monday to keep all of our customers projects organized. We love Monday because it's easy for leadership to check in on all key accounts in a quick and transparent way. It's also easy for each CSM to update Monday with new info on their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say enough good things about Monday.com. I love their dashboards, widgets, and it's so easy to customize to our CSM team as a whole and also each individual CSM has the ability to customize their boards further, which is great.

We connect our Monday board with Salesforce and I would love to have some more robust connections between the two. It seems slightly limited at the moment but still useful for our purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com provides us transpareny and organization amongst our customer success team and allows leadership to easily get a look at campaign progress and customer sentiment.

Easy-to-use, customizable project management (and so much more)

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a very malleable tool. On one board, I created a kanban model to help me manage some of my to-dos. On another board, I use it as an outreach and recruitment tool, creating fields to help track people through a defined registration pipeline. Each sheet is customized and allows for easy team collaboration and updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Incorporating another platform on top of the other elements (CRM, Google Suite, etc.) can be an obstacle for certain people on our team. While Monday integrates with some of these tools, it does not (yet) integrate easily with all. Nor do I expect it will for all, as it is intended to be its own platform and source.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We established a central hub for collaborative efforts across various subjects, with a focus on project management. Those who have effectively utilized it found this tool invaluable for maintaining focus, encompassing all necessary steps, and ensuring follow-ups.
