What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com solved SO many problems our company was having in the operations departments like managing projects, internal communication, timely followup, organization, reporting and record keeping.
We had tried many other platforms, some included in our suite, some other paid solutions.. but after trying a bunch, we liked the clean and efficent look and flexibility of Monday.com. As we learned all the great ways of managing out projects, with an app store to get even cooler add ons, we knew we would eventually go company wide with all our departments, like quoting, order tracking, programming, shipping, RMAs, milage, HR, etc etc etc. That has since happend and it's been wonderful and we couldn't be happier with the switch over. We have over 100 users now, still ironing out how different deparment's share data, but at least we have a bunch of options and no longer losing important information in an email.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only drawback I have seen, is when you export data to excel, it doesn't look very clean and the data lives much better in Monday.com. If you are a little handy with excel its easy enough to clean up. I'd like to see better solutions about backing up the data, maybe even if they had their own desktop option to open the data up in the same format as it is on the website. I know this may compete with the subscription model, but I'm sure they could figure that out somehow, like making it read only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday does a great job allowing you to make custom work flows for your project type. It has all the built in features to get most takes under control, and an app store for the hard to find functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday every day and it keeps my work on track. I love how intuitive it is. I jumped right in with minimal training and have been more productive than ever before. I also like how you can react to posts and use gifs, etc. It makes the workday more fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm trying to think of something and honestly, it all just works so smoothly I don't know what I would change!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me organize my projects in a way that makes sense to myself and the rest of my team. I especially like how I can send emails to the project and keep a trail that way. I still use my email to track some tasks but it's much less now that I use Monday. Monday also helps our team keep tabs on one another's availability so I don't overload someone when they're busy on other stuff.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use and learn. It helps my team stay organized and focused. We are able to collaborate on projects and see what each team member is doing. Works great as a Scrum board.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team would like a better way to connect between boards that doesn't require everyone to have access to both boards. As an example, if I have my own board for my tasks but I want them to update into a team board where applicable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps my team focus and collaborate on projects and be in the know for what everonoe is working on. It helps us be more productive, get more done, and see our what has been accomplished.

The best tool for organising and prioritising various projects
What do you like best about the product?
Monday enables my team by offering a variety of features focusing on deliveries and project management. With Monday, my team was able to navigate complex projects and still know in which phase we were on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the platform is a little too complex for an everyday user. It takes some time to get used to, and a lot of features are on screen, creating the illusion of clutter. Also, tracking time is hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves my team's problem of having too many projects to focus on. When we create projects inside the platform, we are able to sort projects from low to high impact and with this, track how long we take at each project. Since using Monday, my team's performance increased and we solved problems quicker than before.
Turn being organized into super organized
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface with good customization options, being able to tag collaborators and set deadlines for projects and Always On tasks. It's friendlier than most platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get confusing to filter between projects, but this might be because I work at a big organization. Maybe some screens could be maximized or navigated through tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration between areas of a very big company, which has been transitioning into combining digital functionalities with brick & mortar stores for a while and needing more agility.
Monday.com is a Great Tool for Client Management
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday.com internally to keep track of our clients and all of the tasks that we are working on. The best part of using Monday is having everything in one place so when we have meetings, it is clear what everyone is working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I have with Monday.com is that I feel like I am not using the platform to its full potential. We use it for contacts and for our client to-do lists but I know there is much more that I could be doing. We had a demo when we first came onboard, but I think we need another one!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us to keep us on task with all of our clients. We put every task that we are working on, sorted by client, into Monday.com. By adding deadlines and status updates, we stay on top of everything.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the collaboration feature as my team is able to stay up to date on our team back-log and stay updated on the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a little more User Friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps keep my overall goals and workload organized. This is beneficial to me as I know exactly what needs to be done and allows me to set expectation.

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow flexibility and automation capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of guest access for users with our same domain. I would really like to see more customization for Item Cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are elminating communication waste/time from our creative development request and fulfilment process. Additionally, we can organize all of our event data centralized in one item and automate some of our planning.
Best Decision I've Made for My Business
What do you like best about the product?
The nearly limitless variables that can be created on a board and being able to integrate information from one board to another makes this a very powerful tool. We run our entire business on Monday, and we've not looked back since implementing this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to build formulas into boards is not always intuitive. Also, the need to hire experts to help create solutions - I wish we could work with Monday.com directly for help with solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday's superpower is communication. To connect our clients to specific projects or share details internally or with our contractors makes this a game-changing software. We used to use Basecamp and after a few years began using Monday and we find the difference to be night and day. Monday is so much more than project management.
