What do you like best about the product?
- Accessible from anywhere including your phone
- Website base. Instantaneous updates to all users

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I'm quite happy with the platform. Don't dislike anything but if I have to say something would be that there is a cost associated to the service which might impact on desicion making to get the service or not for some companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking multiple projects at the same time and keeping everyone informe with updates such as comments and multimedia files.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great tool to keep up with ongoing projects!
I love how organized and granular we can get within the platform, going from separating projects by all types of categories (which can be customized according to your business needs) to have it integrated with your calendar and other tools to make life easier and processed more automated.

What do you dislike about the product?
Within the project management, we found it very hard to keep a timeline going for an entire project without having items have random due dates - even with the correct dependencies and timeframes attached.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps me and my team organized while making it easy to track tasks, dependencies, due dates, and statuses.
I am a very visual person, so through automations and planning my calendar ahead of time it is easy to know what to expect from my work day and have a better idea of timelines and due dates to better organize my time in the background.

Ease of Use and Customization is unlike anything else!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is continually updating to give a better customer experience. We are a niche business sector so to be able customise everything to our buisness needs is amazing. The ease of use is amazing for all our staff no matter the age or computer literacy skills. The customer service is always wonderful too!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt much to dislike. I wish we could customize a calander to our exact needs but would be quite complex to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our project management. Solving issues of communication between outside work and the office. We can easily track "past jobs". It saves us so much time.

The ability to customise the platform to suit the way you and your organisation works. We have been able to input and measure our entire strategic plan automatically from team and individual workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can do too much! Becuase of how customisable it is, there can often be multiple ways to achieve the same result - choose the right way can be tricky.

With many teams working collaboratively across multiple projects, monday.com gives us the ability to apply focus where its needed, when its needed. It also provides reporting at every level to understand the status and intricacies of any individual, team or project.

Monday.com is very easy to use! Even if you are not a tech-savvy person or you are used to doing everything manually, you will be able to use Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a bit of a nitpick but if it could integrate figma into it that would be perfect.

Monday.com helps with delegating work and collaborating with different departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickly organize and filter through projects. Automation increases efficiency and repetitive actions. Subtasks have played a major role in tracking project progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can get a bit cluttered. It'd be nice to have a concise view of daily tasks. The mobile app is also very limited and doesn't have the same views as desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had problems managing our project intake and keeping track of details and deliverables. We tried several different applications and Monday.com has been able to cater and evolve with our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to tag and send encouraging gifs keeps morale up on difficult projects. This tool keeps everyone in the loop. I will always recommend Monday to any employer I am with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation can be difficult to navigate. I could not locate the educational videos provided by Monday to accurately educate myself on this very useful tool. A series of emails focusing on these niche tools can greatly help new users.

This tool helps keeps all the ingredients my designers use in one place. This can keep our projects more organized and makes us more productive as a marketing agency.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the concept of structuring maps, the division by color, the negotiations to automate the panels, and mainly, the dynamics of notifications and the possibility of discussing, informing, charging, monitoring a certain specific topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't like the way the longer numbers are treated, and another thing that isn't interesting is the form and the entire credit card-based licensing process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has been developing significant improvements and monitoring the updates of compatible browsers, this helps me a lot, as I don't have to change tools from time to time.

I love the monday.com API; the documentation is very simple and intuitive, the response time is extremely fast, and the possibilities it provides us are incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
What bothers me about Monday is outlined in this thread https://community.monday.com/t/monday-server-cache/41384, which basically describes that Monday takes about 30 seconds to save data in the database that was created via the API. Additionally, a similar behavior occurs when we open a board's page in the browser, delete n records via API, wait for over 2 minutes, check for the existence of those n records, and Monday indicates that they still exist. The only way to fix this issue is by refreshing the open page.

It is contributing to the entire company's task organization on a single platform, which provides easy and effective data access. As a result, the performance of areas most integrated with Monday has seen remarkable growth.
