Our team loves Monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has really brought our team together and keeps everyone on the same page. All clients and products live in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are not a huge fan of the time-tracking analytics. We wish there was more to it. More ways to filter the data etc. We ended up using a TT platform in addition to monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All clients, vendors and projetcs are now in one place! Prior to monday.com all communicaitons and files lived in email. Which was invonvenient when muntiple people are working on the same project.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to build out everything you need for Project Planning to cost analysis, lead management.

I've been using Monday.com for my business, for my day job and for personal use. I find it highly valuable to scale in CMS, CRM. Anythign you need.

I also became certified in it because I love the tool that much. It also helps
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is that they don't push out enough features fast enough. The amount of time it takes for new features is maybe once every other quarter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps with cost analysis and managing vendors, managing clients.

Primarily what I love about it, is that it's like a visual Excel but better. I can manipulate features and various boards together and see cost breakdowns.

I love the form function is very user friendly however they definately need to update it to latest form functions on various competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Monday.com helps me keep track of the projects that i need to get done, and helps keep them in an order to help me prioritize the ones that are most important.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Monday.com would have a feature where the items that were high or low priority were automatically sorted from least to most. If i have a lot of projects it would make the organizing easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping solve the issues where i have trouble self regulating my projects, or if i have a long list of projects that need completed it can help to sort them out visually so i dont forget projects.

Easy tu use. Acceccible on multiple plateforms (PC, Phone).

Some charts are just unreadable or unhelpful.

It helps manage remote workers in multiple countries. Working on a multi layer project requires better visibilty, Monday helps solve that.

Easy to create and customize automations. API to get external data.
What do you dislike about the product?
High costs per member in Brazil and Latin America and high price adjustments.

The monday.com platform greatly facilitates the transition of projects across various departments and enhances communication between these departments.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to communicate with my team members.
The interface is really intuitive and I like its design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, no complaints. It would be better if my whole company used it. Just my team uses it.

Really allows everyone on the team to communicate more quickly and efficiently. It helps us keep track of our projects.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a central location to store and sort all your information. We are able to create our weekly sprints during our weekly meeting and update them in the field through the app with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been hard to have it link with our google calendar, it may be a user error, but it continues to be a bit glichy and inconsistant with its syncing to google calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us to communicate issues in the field better and keep them in one locations so that they don't get lost. We are able to isolate the issues and take care of them quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
How it helps you store data and keep track of your conversations with clients. This helps when remembering certain things next time you speak.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the amount of data, it's quite slow which can be tough when you're speakign with loads of people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us keep notes on relevent custoemrs accounts and helping communcation grow.
