It is great, could see everything you need to focus on and whats due without any hassle
What do you like best about the product?
You are able to see all the works that are due and be able to see what was finished first to be able to focus more on that to be able to have proficient work

Few bugs that switch things around but could be fixed fast. There isnt much I dont dislike about monday

What do you like best about the product?
It is highly customizable and relatively easy for the layman to pick up and use. We have been able to build a system that serves the needs that "come up" as our business grows.
What do you dislike about the product?
No HIPPA protection in any plan but "Enterprise." Other companies could use such protection and don't need everything that the higher package comes with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It tracks all of our subcontractors, where they go, what rates they receive, how many hours they work, etc... We also use it to store information related to the subcontractors and facilities we work with. It is primarily used as a scheduling platform; we also have dual CRMs to manage subcontractors and facilities. Our sales system is being custom built within Monday.com currently and, we use it for much more.
Organization Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Before my company started using Monday, organizing our schedules, memos, and progress notes was an absolute nightmare. Monday has provided us an amazing centralized hub that allows us to keep everything we need in one, convenient place!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could be better. It's very difficult navigating the app in the same way the website functions. Drop-down menus don't often load or appear when selected. Clicking links often doesn't work either. The mobile app is definitely the biggest area for improvement here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we began using Monday, a lot of communications existed in a decentralized place, like sending Google Doc forms into the ether and being unable to track them unless and administrator emailed us at the end of the month. Monday puts all of this in my hands and let's me keep track of my work in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropping files for sharing also keeps my computer tidy and with space.

What do you dislike about the product?
Plugin for Google Sheets is decent to connect the two however creating visible dashboards that function well without having to update manually still needs work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continues to offer excellent training on how to get the most out of Monday so I can be more efficient with an already efficient platform
Mostly intuitive task management and project tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I love the labeling system. Being able to mark a project as awaiting feedback, done for now, blocked, etc. without swapping assignees or pushing due dates is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always feel easy to find my way back to the parent project of a task. It takes me to a board or a pop-up preview of the task, but not an actual task page. So a little adjustment is needed after being in Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team needed a solution for marketing planning, product requests, road mapping, integration with Jira, and Gantt view. In the past year we've been in Jira, Teamwork, Asana, and Monday. The latter is the best fit for us so far.

What do you like best about the product?
It so easy to use, but also packed with amazing features making work easy and enjoyable. Integrations and automations save my time. Help guides are well made andeasy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating a workspace can be challenging due to number of available features, widgets etc. It takes some planning to avoid adding too many features and automations. It can be challenging for less tech savy colleagues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration in real time. Ease of tracking OKRs. Quick overview and dashboard view. Keeping all things in one place with multiple funcionalities, like document storage, communication, deadlines etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really helpful in bringing multiple departments together in one consolidated place! We can strategize, design and go through approvals all in one system. It's seamless to take projects from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's so horizontal and sometimes things get lost. It's hard to keep track of details at the scale our department uses the tool. I really like notion and how things are in a card review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us solve communicating and collaborating with multiple departments that are spread out between teams and buildings. It streamlines our projects and helps keep track of progress and reviews.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to share projects with multiple team members. I can tag certain people for their input to reduce the number of email messages to them. It helps penetrate the clutter.
Great customisable system that grows with our company.
What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to customise the system to function for us at many different levels across the company. We use for all client project management an marketing integrating other systems and processes through Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not allow you to plan work by hours is a huge problem in consultancy project management. Also its connectivity to Xero is poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides one place for all project management work and collaboration with the team. We have customised to track time against budget, report on conversion rates and allows complete customer journey from quoting for work through to delivery of a project.
Great way to manage our editing queue!

I like the time tracking features. It's specially helpful with editing projects and making sure we're efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot. Maybe a slightly refined user interface? More color options?

Figuring out who is working on what project and how long they should be working on any given video.
