Great for improving productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Create trackers to manage my workflow. Visualise weekly tasks at hand. Easily assign team members to tasks. Automate the workflow. Saved me a bunch of time compared to creating manual trackers on excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I need to clear a tracking sheet I have to manually select each tab to clear the cell. If I could select the complete table and empty the table that would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday to track all our projects. Assign respective tasks to field team members. We use it to track our invoices, estimates, projects and to do lists. Basicially if Monday was to disappear we would be in a bind.
An awesome customizable ogranizational tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Helps keep our team catalog all of our projects company-wide while also having the ability to create specific campaigns and house each project under one event. Easy platform to use to look at project statistics, project history, approvals, etc. Beats out any other project managing platforms for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the functionality is great, we experience downtime fairly often, where the servers require maintenance, etc. Never has been day breaking, but has certainly been noticed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As graphic designers, we produce hundreds of projects a month. Monday allows us to manage our time efficiently while also aiding us in tracking our to-do's. It has greatly boosted our performance by giving us a confidence to succeed.

Monday.com has a user-friendly interface, customizable features, and extensive integrations with other tools. It allows teams to collaborate, manage projects, track progress, and share information in real-time, which can improve productivity and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to add tasks to a team member needs to be better thought out. Additionally, I am still trying to figure out the best way to receive reminders, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a single place where a team can see and share ideas and save documents and work together on a project.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the ability to communicate with colleagues! It allows for the simple and complete organization of resources as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I have never had issues with navigation, system crashes or issues, or anything else related.

I believe it allows the company to stay on top of our clientele at every stage! It also helps to organize our other resources and information. It is easy to access and navigate, which allows for the convenience of use! It is so easy to find everything you need through Monday, and is easy to communicate within the system if need be!
Excellent platform to keep track of all the activities of workforce
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface for users. It's pretty simple to create boards and cards to keep track of all the activities we made in our company. I haven't use any other platform for project management
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the main downfall is the lack of additional grphics to show the advances of all our projects. I wouls like to have more automated notifications to share with my team

Inform my team of the advances of our projects and also keep track of new ideas to improve our service platform.

What do you like best about the product?
We just started using the new CRM option within the Monday.com platform, and while there is a learning curve for us, everything makes sense! We love how easy it is to streamline communication between our team and ensure our guest experience is always great, with nothing falling through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint with Monday.com is that sometimes it is super easy to delete critical information accidentally. I know an archive option exists, but we have found this challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me stay organized with my tasks. At a glance, I can see what needs to be done on what day, and it is honestly the best tool I have found! It also streamlines processes and communications within our team.
Efficient and Easy-to-Use Task Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about this task management software is its user-friendly interface and efficient organization of tasks. The software allows me to easily add new tasks, assign due dates, and prioritize them according to their importance. Additionally, I appreciate the ability to categorize tasks by project or team, which makes it easy to keep track of what needs to be done for each project
What do you dislike about the product?
While the default settings work well, it would be helpful to have the ability to adjust the frequency and timing of reminders to better suit individual needs and preferences.

Monday is an excellent tool for staying organized and on top of daily tasks. Its user-friendly interface and efficient organization make it a valuable asset for both personal and professional use
Monday helps me prioritize and break down silos
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable it is. I can set up things in templates and make adjustments to make things work best for me. It's a one-stop shop for all of my work-related things.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still figuring out the best way to use it internally between all of our teams so everything melds together nicely (board mirroring, automations, etc.). It's likely just not having set it up optimally yet as we are new to having a significant portion of our team on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has grown significantly in the past few months and having everything in one place in Monday helps us be aware of one another's work, know that Monday is a place to go to find info without having to ask others, and it keeps us on track. Once we really optimize it for our growing team it will make us unstoppable!

Awesome Team and Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I am using monday.com more than 3 years, very easy to manage my task and status. Easy to track conversations and every day I get notification about my tasks and pending items.

nothing to say, its neat and clean and easy to understand
