Organizes work life
What do you like best about the product?
It gives me the option to make a list in detail of everything I must get done with dates. I can set dates and click on done when I'm done. It also lets my boss put task on there for me to do and I just check it daily to see what needs to get done and by when.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing wrong at all to say about Monday. It's an excellent organizational tool for work that the whole company can use. It gives a way to better communicate with peers without directly speaking with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a way to track my daily tasks. It also allows my boss to give me tasks to do daily without having to email or message me directly. I also have the option to send messages there to my boss if I'm stuck on a task.

Why it facilitates task organization within the company. This results in more organized demands and deadlines with coherent completion times according to our availability
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see improvements in the display of tasks. It would be interesting if it were possible to work with a flowchart with the order of tasks that have already been completed and those that are still pending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday, our company's tasks are well defined and clear for those who will perform them. Both regarding deadlines and urgency, as well as guaranteeing the order in which the activities must be carried out and who is responsible for them.

It is an effective tool for assigning and tracking tasks! Very easy to pull reports. Great UI and UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI upgrades and updates occasionally happen, but I believe no prior notification is sent.

What do you like best about the product?
Project tracking is key in our business and allows us to fully understand the pipleline of events from concept through to installation of cabinetry. The visual tracking helps see progress in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday seems to use a lot of data when working remotely. This can cause issues on-site when signal is low and Monday requires a lot of bandwidth to be successfully used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us improve our efficiency and engage with tasks more effectively. Using Monday as a time management tool has helped us improve all aspects of our working day.

Monday has all the functionalities and integrations we need without being unnecessarily complicated.
It's easy for the team to use and keep track of tasks & notifications = higher adoption = better efficiency & internal communication = data is clean & reliable.
Easy to search for/ find information quickly with minimum clicks. More intuitive & user-friendly for the end user (team members) than ClickUp.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some limits to dropdown options, recurring tasks could be easier to set, would like to be able to change columns per board inside the same section
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task & project management and a hub where all client-related information can be funnelled into and accessed. Integrations allow us to minimize manual entry of info and ensure data is current an accessible to the relevant team members as needed to minimize back and forth communications

You can easily navigate Monday.com and is user friendly and handy. So it is best to be used by anyone doing business and and office work to be able to help them systemetically.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I dislike about monday.com because it helps people do their job faster and with ease of arranging business structure which really helps business to succeed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can track business at ease and we can delegate task properly and we can monitor business easily with the use of Monday.com since it is an application that is easy to navigate.

I liked the interface. I enjoyed being able to keep track of all the items such as our deliverables.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like the calendar interface as much. I believe AirTable to have a more systemic and easy to use calendar.

You can import spreadsheets, everything can be tailored to your liking,

Maybe they take too long to update things that are needed but so far so good

It's a nice way to keep every thing organized and accessible to everyone

What do you like best about the product?
I've been working remotely for the past three years, and monday has been great to assign specific tasks to my team, and follow through with them. It's also very user friendly and pretty much intuitive for people who aren't necessarily tech-savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It offers a wide variety of features and there isn't a lot of tutorial on how to make the most out of them. It would also be very helpful to have pre-determined templates for some of the boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me to have a more organized workflow and set short and medium goals. It is also a great tool to visually organize which tasks will have priority in my work week and assign them to colleagues I have to coordinate with remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
The live tracking and live reminders for projects is extremely helpful - a vast improvement over working in spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve. It is not very conducive to note-taking.

Monday helps us track projects and tasks, and offers real-time status updates. It has helped us migrate antiquated spreadsheet tasks to a more functional platform.
