Monday is one of those PM platforms that keeps growing and improving
What do you like best about the product?
Automations are a bit thing, I just love the fact that you can integrate almost any other external system or process into Monday allowing to automate your workflow even more!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside on my part it's mainly related to sales, Monday works with some of their partners which study to become Monday Partners and they are the ones that will be your POC for anything related to your account, it's something that personally I don't like, I would like to have the option to work directly with Monday (I'm talking about Enterprise level accounts)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking is the main reason I use Monday at it works amazingly, keeps me on track, notificates me when it's needed and also provides me with good template suggestions
as a project manager i"m using Monday with 2 project and around 6 teams.
What do you like best about the product?
It is elementary to use.
The template is great to use.
I also like the connection boards and the tutorials.

Some minor bugs (there work around for all of them).

the main problem is make the tasks and project management clear and orderly.
User Friendly Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly and able to easily manage the allocated tasks on daily basis. Also, the option to mark the status and assign tasks are very appreciatable.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing much. All are good. But they can bring some new updates or cool features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, we used to log our tasks on Google doc or excel. But Monday.com has made life easier so that we create, assign, comment, track on one click which reduces the time and stress :)

The ease of use. I am not tech-savvy and do not have much time to learn how to use technology in my day-to-day work. And so the intuitive use of Monday.com was a definite asset.

As I said, I am not that tech-savvy, so it might be an "It's not me it's you" situation, but I was hoping that MOnday.com could help automate some monthly tasks that we have.

Monday.com is great for planning long-term projects, assigning tasks, and managing progress. Monday.com is also a great platform to submit content, that then can be approved, then distributed.

Select features are only accessible by upgrading one's subscription.

Provides at-a-glance workflow management and task collaboration that enables efficient resource allocation and improved team output. Also provides a platform for internal back-and-forth communication hitched to a specific project, reducing reliance on email.
I believe it could be better but it depends on the training.

I believe it's a good place to centralize important information for a team and manage what was done and what wasn't. This way, the team is aware of what it needs or does not need to do during the week.
