Monday Project Management

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we are able to build out the system to best fit what we need and the templates can be easily updated as we go
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automations are hard to work. For example with our design team process I would like for things to automatically move from one board to another and also updating in the current board. For example our design tasks come into one board, when assigned I would like them to populate on another board and any updates made would be updated in both places
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management and process flow are much easier with monday. We have also started using it for an agile process with our development team and it makes it much easier to handle all tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation features are great -- especially since they can be integrated into so many channels (Gmail, Slack, etc). That makes it easy to keep track of projects and for the rest of the team to have visibility on progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI of Monday boards can start to appear cluttered pretty quickly, which can detract from the ease of using the platform quickly and intuitively for project management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my team have visibility into the projects that I'm working on so that they can quickly track progress. It is also a helpful collaboration tool when working on projects with others.

What do you like best about the product?

Perhaps that some features for reporting are not available in my version

What do you like best about the product?
- extensive feature list: board views, kanban, gantt-charts, etc.
- the interface is easy on the eye
- good for teamwork
- quite complete, not really things that are missing
What do you dislike about the product?
- could be slow to respond, especially the workload view
- subtasks not visualized in the workload view
- too much notifications (but this is customizable)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- getting a view of the workload in each department
- manage tasks and project deadlines
- viewing team member's availability
- see how the work is distributed across team members

What do you like best about the product?
Great for Tracking Projects, it keeps people accountable for time management and progress reports great for data output with the amount of project being put and and complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
probaly the my most disliked thing about Monday is that it could be a little more user-friendly to use and understand Monday. You must take the time and figure out many of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking Projects and the workload of the number of projects being taken on.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the cloud-based intuitive, flexible interface that allows our team to plan, manage and execute workflows seamlessly and integrated with other teams and departments across our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a bit costly, especially when adding features and users. There's limited customization capabilities. Sometimes support is really hard to get through. And finally though it is nice to have access to my account on desktop and phone through the app, I find that the app is sometimes glitchy and delayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are particularly enjoying the ability to create custom workflows and automations, set deadlines and reminders, track progress, collaborate with team members, and integrate with other tools such as Google Drive, Trello, and Slack. With Monday, we track out own tasks as a department, manage communication plans and execution and more.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an organized one-stop shop for keeping everyone on the same page. Monday.com has helped us stay accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find any downside to using monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything transparent for the team. We can all keep track of projects together in one place. Helps up be more productive.

Streamlines processes

What do you like best about the product?
Really great about streamlining team processes and sharing action/work within the team to produce visibility and clarity. The integrations have been fairly good as well to consolidate this visibility with our other tools/processes such as Jira, Hubspot, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations have fixed number of executions within each plan, so not a lot of flexibility if your org is on the edge to just add the number of integrations needed unless a huge price increase to jump to Enterprise plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and process integration across teams. This has enabled us to reduce emails/slacks and focus on the key elements of execution for our projects.

Monday changes our way to control our process

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helped us to control all our processes.
We can communicate with all areas, register the process and save the historic of changes
Automation helps us not lose our deadlines and organize our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
On Monday we cannot create automation using OR; we can only use ONLY IF, and then I have to make multiple automation for a different type of status.
Also, the fact that we cant reorganize the automation makes me lose a lot of time searching for the automation that I have to update
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us to be able to put all our processes in only one platform and solved the problem of communication between the areas. Now, we can see all the pictures more accessible and make the changes we need to be better
