What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great team management tool that simplifies communication and enhances productivity. Users can easily tailor their boards to suit their team's needs with customizable templates and various color schemes. The ability to assign tasks set deadlines and track progress in real-time helps teams stay on top of their goals. Another fantastic feature of Monday.com is its integration capabilities. It integrates with many popular applications, such as Slack, Trello, and Jira, which allows teams to centralize their workflow in one platform. What do you dislike about the product?

Automations, ease of use. I like the fields name templates, the possibilty to create your own automations

Nothing, so far. There a more to improve, but the Monday team is working on.

Gathering all the infos in one place. Possibility to create budgets.

What do you like best about the product?
The variety of ways you can use Monday boards means we rely on it for nearly every aspect of our business, from internal project management, workflows, product building, freelancer management and personal task lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you can't customise as much as you want and ocassionally it can be glitchy, but the continual updating with new features means that Monday is always trying to improve features and UI for customers. There are still a lot of ways we would like to connect items from different boards which isn't possible yet. Increased functionality of the mirrors columns would be useful, eg being able to use them in automations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
task management, freelancer capacity and availabilty. We've also connected it to our own online platform using Zapier automations.

That I can organize the things I need to keep track of my employees' performances.

It has developed quite a bit in the last few years, not much to complain about.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday provides our team the ability to get information quickly, at-a-glance while having the option to dive deeper into details at their own discretion. This allows us to scale as a team quickly, keep track of numerous projects and products, and ensure we're each accountable. The ability to create "template" boards and item groups has been huge for our growing team as we train and onboard new members and keeps our processes consistent!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I struggle with the Monday mobile app because it is not as easy to navigate as the desktop/browser version when you're expecting a nearly seamless or similar experience between the two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday takes the inefficiencies of traditional excel-based project management and allows modern teams to be more agile, on-the-go and synchronous with their teammates while managing complex, detailed, and process-driven projects on-the-go.

I love how easy is to create a board and the gant charts to present the progress and planning of all my projects

It was a little complicated at the beginning to synchronize with our company outlook for the notifications.

We are performing audits and Monday is helping us to save and administrate al the evidence to assign and follow up the corrective actions.

The limitation of automation, you cannot change the some other board with yousing the connection to the item, also speed needs to be bit impvroved, getting stuck

To give the owenership and work management, now i can eliminate the bottleneck becasue I can clreary identify the where the task get delayied or held up due to
The platform is very intuitive and adaptable for the different uses I have for it.

I really like the automations. It makes a lot of steps in process go a lot smoother and keeps things from being missed. The analytics have proven to be very helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just think it would be great to have an option to pre-select a deadline in a form so that any projects have to be at least a certain number of days in advance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't think of anything specifically, but anytime I have reached out to see if a feature was available, the people I spoke to were either super helpful with showing me what is available or have sent it through to be an option soon.
Amazing for Productivity!

I love how I can keep track of everything from clients to projects and map out all the steps needed. It saves me a lot of time in my day-to-day tasks, and I have not found another way to do this in such a seamless way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone app could be a bit easier to navigate, but the desktop version is perfect as is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my organization keep track of all of our clients without constantly reaching out to each other for more information.
