It's a user friendly and accessible tool
What do you like best about the product?
You can communicate with everyone, it's well structured and accessible for everyone. You also can send big files without losing quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
About a few months from now on, the app is very slow when we used it in de workload view. However, we do not encounter any problem with this in the overview/main table

We use monday for scheduling our projects,briefings, etc

The organisation and the way you can communicate with your collegueas and create seperate groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workload tab is too slow. We need to put task on done or slide it to an other day. If that is slow we just can't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my workflow easy. At the start of the day i can sea what's on my plate and can communicate to my collegues if there is an issue.

An adapted online help. Great ergonomics that facilitate discovery.

A somewhat cluttered side. You must understand the logic which is not always intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assistance with the structuring of the program. Monday thought about quite a few operational problems such as breaking down the subject into sub-elements and sub-tasks.

Monday.com is very flexible, We can create custom workflows and boards that can be used for a wide range of tasks and projects. This makes it an ideal platform for teams that work on a variety of projects with different needs and requirements. The platform offers a range of integrations with popular tools like Slack, Dropbox, and Google Drive, making it easy to manage files and communication within the platform.

It is a very useful platform for our organisation, and makes work flow easy, not I dislike about Monday.com

Flexibility in playing around the boards to have any number of custom columns.
Also, I don't have to keep an eye on the tasks those i have planned for the week.

What do you dislike about the product?
If there is offline mode access, more helpful in this current hybrid working model or while traveling to use hassle-free.
Also, I am trying to get used to its mobile version. Happy with its desktop version.

Gives me a confident that everything is going good in its right track and on time. No miss outs. Makes my reporting easier with quick access of pulses that are related to.

What do you like best about the product?
Workspace management, as it's easy to find each project and their boards quickly.
Also the "My Work" tab is super helpful to see all tasks allocated to you instantly.

Tasks/sub-tasks arrangement. It's not immediately clear if an item has sub-tasks allocated to it and even if you open up a task's card yo ucan't access any of the sub-tasks there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I knwo what tasks I'm allocated to and having so many short projects running at the same time, it's very easy to just check what's needed next. Saves a lot of time not needing to arrange meetings or just reach out to your senior to aask for new tasks all the time. Also great for feedback on artistic work as we have a trail of updates/feedbacks/requests on the same project.

More difficult to work with people from outside your organisation.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the functionality of the product. It was the easiest solution rolled out in our business. Its ease of use has made Monday.com our main work go to platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not actually sure that I can share any downsides. Only upsides for me.
