Can't function without it! This platform is easy to manage and helps me stay on track with projects.

I like the email reminders that get sent so you don't miss a due date

If someone doesn't use the platform correctly, tasks can be easily missed

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can personalize everything. Monday has a lot of templates and you can edit them with just one click. The platform is super easy to use, I hope to see the results of that really soon. The teams are really excited to use this and I think that will help in the implementation of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's an error when you try to use the templates. I've been trying to use the template called Events and it keeps on screening an error, I don't know why. Other times I think that giving permissions board to board to our team can be a little hard to explain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management with the team and freelancers that work with us. Keeping track of what they are doing and the status of all the tasks they have to deliver, but also knowing if they encountered any problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Our team was thrilled that we changed to Monday so I don't really know what recommendations I can give to other teams. We did use the testimonials on the web page to show to our team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up new boards to track different kinds of tasks across the whole company. It is really intuitive and provides a lot of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like an easier way to link tasks in a board, just like MS Project does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have set all my project management process there. Now I can track every project and know its status in real-time. It is a lot easier to find a document, know who is responsible for a task and get reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe it is a great tool to start creating your processes within any company.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most with monday.com has to be its diverse options with automations and different functions when creating boards for specific purposes. It really has everything to every need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't something I'd particularly dislike about Monday. It can be relatively complex at the beginning, but once you get familiar with the platform, that's no issue anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm personally using monday.com for keeping my day-to-day and long-term tasks & projects organised. So far I've only had positive experiences in using it - the automations help you stay updated with your daily tasks, as you're able to create automations that automatically move tasks to specific boards on specific dates etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely try it out - you'll see how diverse functions and tools the platform is offering that will ease your day-to-day working habits without a question.

The problems we solved were mainly Task Management and Communication. The Benefits have been the ability to coordinate projects and assign Tasks.

It's very user-friendly. The automation setups are outstanding and easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might allow too much freedom. Boards can become cluttered and confusing. I also don't like that it limits the number of tasks that show up in my work.

I like that everyone on the team can see where we are in a project at any point of time.

I have to reload the website very frequently (around every 20 mins) or my updates will not be there when I do reload the page or switch clients.

not solving any problems right now but benefits are the team, while working remotely, can see where we are on each client.
