Super flexible tool for all workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility. Regardless of your specific role and workflow, you can leverage monday. Leverage it to make your workflows more organized or create calendars, dashboards, etc to share with the rest of your team and the organization that you work for
What do you dislike about the product?
Very tedious, but for the Calendar view, I'd like the ability to delete without having to move to the main table.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the entire marketing team on track and informed of all of the various projects everyone is working on.

Monday.com has changed my life!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has allowed us to create workflows to suit our business and help us achieve a level of automation that would not be possible with our standard suite of programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major complaints. Most historic issues have been rectified by the dev. I find that sometimes the automation aren't quite suitable and I feel the customizable automation could be built out to become more flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product manufacturing schedule, marketing plan, general to-do list, new product pipeline, project management. We have been able to improve record-keeping and improve communication between staff enabling us to improve automation and streamline processes.

Just get started & build something amazing.
Great platform to organize and build relationships and business
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which I can navigate, customize and work within the project management app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading files sometimes is challenging and needs to be repeated a number of times. Not sure what causes this issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com eliminates the need for emailing back and forth to clients. It greatly improves our customer contact and touch points during a project

A Great Way to Manage Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the user interface is and how I can organize all assets and information regarding a project in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it could integrate with Salesforce. Maybe it does - I just haven't figured it out yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has created much more efficiency for a team that is located in different places. When we bring on new customers, it is very easy to assign tasks to other team members.

It is a very intuitive and easy platform to use

can be tailored to not only your own company's needs but to individual staff needs

notifications but you can turn these off

knowing exactly what staff are working on, seeing beforehand if staff are meeting targets so can identify any issues early and resolve

throughout lockdown and working from home this has been invaluable in connecting all staff together

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to easily collaborate with colleagues while working remotely or even in office!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much a dislike but more a learning curve, there is so much that can be done on Monday, and thankfully, they have great tutorials!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who is part of multiple meetings being able to have automation with reminders and tagging and assigning to others has really solved things!
Great Task Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com's flexibility has been the best feature for us - it has allowed us to utilize a single platform for much more than just a task management system, which compared to a few other task platforms is leagues ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've really only run into two complaints: first being the flexibility on recurring tasks (ie. setting something to recur annually on a specific date is not very straight forward - or on a custom quarterly basis), and second it would be great to have additional review features (ie. being able to leave comments on an image asset, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to use boards almost like spreadsheets, allowing us to add automation and rules whereas before just using spreadsheets we were left using multi-step processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We've jumped around from several competing task management systems and Monday.com is so much more and a more reasonable price point than their competitors. Could not be happier with the platform!

What do you like best about the product?
We use it throughout all aspects of our business. It has so much flexibility and customization to be used in any situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone app is cumbersome. Loading up pictures takes a lot of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to control spending throughout the production process. Before an item is purchased, a notification is sent for approval before the item is purchased.

Monday platform review
What do you like best about the product?
The fantastic capability to make each board and task your own with lots of customization and visually exciting features. We have used other platforms in the past but this one is so much easy to use and integrate with all departments in the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing specific to dislike, just that I can't keep up with the features they introduce each month. I wish I could use every single one of them and that the whole organization can benefit from them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The massive benefit of internal communication, the opportunity to see projects and workflows are pretty visual for the C level executives, and the archive for many of our core information as a company

Monday.com is the best platform you can use to boost your internal communication, teamwork, and project management. We have been using it for more than four years and I wouldn't see my workday without it
