What do you like best about the product?
easy to use nice interface. notifications relatively easy to tap on and verify. Like security
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really i dislike. Maybe if there was an easier way to open it automatically on my phone when it requires a push.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes verification to log in very safe and secure for me

What do you like best about the product?
I find Duo very easy is to use & support, also as an administrator the admin portal straightforward & easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is nothing i can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duo is solving issues I had been having with our past solution, it is more reliable & robust than the prior tool.

Unmatched Security and Ease of Use

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Cisco Duo is easy to use and that its interface is very user-friendly. The Duo Push notification works instantly, which is very convenient, and if the notification doesn't appear, I just enter the app and it shows up. The initial setup was very easy. For all these reasons, I would give it a 10 in likelihood of recommending it to a friend or colleague.

I like everything about Cisco Duo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cisco Duo provides greater security when accessing and is easy to use with a user-friendly interface. Duo Push notification works instantly, making the process convenient without the need to manually search for codes.

Seamless Security with Easy Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I like Cisco Duo for its security aspect. It provides an extra security blanket when signing into servers via MFA. The initial setup was also extremely easy; I just had to scan a QR code. Overall, it's a great product.

n/a I am a fan of the security for MFA

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Cisco Duo provides a quick process to authenticate employees when they need to access company files. It keeps our files and resources secure. It's fast and user-friendly, and I've had no issues with it!

I haven't had any issues with it.

Great Second-Factor Authentication Beyond Passwords

What do you like best about the product?
The fact it allows users a second factor authentication method beside their own password
What do you dislike about the product?
If your in a bad area with no service the Duo push will not be received making your log in stall out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing users to have a second factor so we are not getting spoofed and hacked

What do you like best about the product?
It has all the usual options for verifying one’s identity, and the push notifications work very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing to dislike about Duo. In my experience, it’s simply the best authenticator app available on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps prevent unauthorised logons and protects my privacy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Cisco Duo's MFA and device trust features because they improve security while being simple for users and easy for IT to manage. The initial setup is mostly straightforward and user-friendly, though integration with legacy systems may require extra effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup with legacy applications can be tricky, MFA prompts sometimes delay, and reporting could be more detailed for better visibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Cisco Duo to secure user accounts and devices with MFA, enforce device trust, and protect applications, reducing unauthorized access and improving security and compliance.
