Blueshift and Zigazoo
What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift offers excellent all-in-one solutions for launching email campaigns. It provides great customer support and is easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many different tabs to accomplish one task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blueshift helps us send mass emails to our users. It allows us to reach a critical mass in minimal time.
User friendly platform and really speedy customer support!

How easy to use the platform, but also the speedy and detailed answer from the customer support!

It can be at times slow to save changes.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting started with Blueshift was a breeze and integrating with their SDK's and new data connectors was straightforward. With a small dev team we were able to get our Native and Web Apps set up to send and receive data and messages quickly. The entire Blueshift team is dedicated to making sure that both during and post implementation, our system is running smooth and is optimally setup to meet our goals.
Since implementing orchestrated messaging through Blueshift, we have seen a positive impact to both our bottom line and growth projections. We look forward to our partnership we have built and are excited about the vision for the product and features yet to come.

What do you dislike about the product?
As with any system with robust functionality, there is a bit of a learning curve, this can lead having to try a few things until you get the expected results. The system can sometimes feel sluggish when loading reports or dashboards, but this is understandle as there is a lot of data powering the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have distributed apps on Android, iOS, and Web. As a small startup, leveraging Blueshift allows us to not only collect all of the Zero and First Party data we need easily, but those same integrations allow us to message users as well through those platforms. This was incredibly helpful to us as we planned our markerting and messaging strategy. What we found was that Blueshift ended far deeper into the user experience that we originally had imagined since we can now manage modals like in-app messaging or live content without the needs for developers to get involved with every design change.
Beyond just the messaging, we have a complex inventory system that requires sound data structure in order for us to message users transactionally about stock changes or other potential reservation issues and communications. Tapping into the catalog features and recommendations studio have been extreemly helpful in delivering these messages with conifdence that the underlying data is accurate.

Easy to use yet powerful platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the ease of use, there are very powerful features that have been encased in a very usable and intuitive user interface.
They also listen to user requests and have had the experience of a request of put team being actually developed and put into production.

The reporting aspects were very basic originally but they have managed to improve them with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is succesfully managing the communication both manually excuted and automatically for one of pur clientes. It includes many triggers and automated journeys.

It is both highly intuitive and highly flexible. You can do some pretty custom stuff without using developers. Also, when you need help, they are awesome! Their customer service is great and our account manager absolutely cares about our success.

I really don't have any negatives. It's not hard to accomplish what I want to accomplish.

We use this as our primary vehicle for connecting with our customer base.

What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift is truly one of a kind in the industry of Marketing Automation. This tool is flexible to fit any business, with a bevvy of user friendly features to assist any marketer in creating powerful, impactful campaigns. The AI in Blueshift is top-of-class and a key reason we chose the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Blueshift is flexible for any industry, if you are not a retail business, there is a steeper learning curve. Thankfully Blueshift provides plenty of resources to master the platform and it's many features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blueshift has allowed our company to marry our demographic and account specific knowledge of our customers with their digital behavior. Not only is this tool a great marketing automation platform, it also backs that up with a robust Customer Data Platform. We can self serve segmentation, manage omni-channel campaigns and leverage AI learnings to make the most of our marketing tactics.
The perfect CRM for segmentation!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Blueshift to make sense of and categorize data from our events. With all of the options available, we are able to target the right people at the right time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit complex. Not the hardest CRM in the world to use but somethings can certainly be hard to find in the platform. I come from a Hubspot world, however, where everything is always in front of you.

Blueshift helps us capture additional data and realize business opportunities for our distillery. Using its segmentation tools we have run successful email campaigns that really work!
Built for Scale
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing leader of a financial institution, we need a scaleable marketing tech stack that can address our marketing needs of today with an eye on how to continually improve our member's and prospects' experiences in the future. The fact that Blueshift is a powerful omnichannel marketing tool is what caught our eye in the first place. When you add in the native CDP that is part of the platform is what got us talking. And lastly, the powerful machine learning and predictive AI are what sealed the deal. Now that we have fully implemented the solution, the performance of our campaigns and customization of our workflows that drives our business goals keeps us committed to the partnership with Blueshift into the future.

Blueshift is a powerful tool to and setting it up can take some time. Our onboarding and data mapping was more complicated than we had anticipated but the onboarding specials we worked with was helpful and patient with us as we worked though our data design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving from a batch and blast email tool to an omnichannel marketing automation platform enables of to trigger our touchpoints based on what we know about our audiences, how they have interacted with our marketing messages, and using predictive AI.

Not everything we needed was ready right out-of-the-box, but they are very receptive to feature requests.
