Great service that continues to add value

What do you like best about the product?
We primarily use Blueshift for email marketing. All the features we use, from segment creation, editing emails in HTML, easy to use campaign and reporting tools, are excellent. - The heat maps greatly help us understand our customer's behaviour!
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating the Blueshift instance and moving us to another version was stressful, especially when we had to continue with our day-to-day jobs. Some functionality had changed completely, so we had to re-learn how to create segments entirely. Hopefully, there will be no more updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mailing our customers at the right time with the right message and content. - Triggered campaigns and reporting allows us to test, critique and perfect our message

Very user friendly and one stop shop

What do you like best about the product?
I have been really impressed with Blue Shift, the system was very intuitive to use and as a Marketer I liked that I was able to be self-sufficient and didn't need to rely on a Developer to help me do a project. Also, the metric reporting was again very easy and I was able to easily click around and figure things out on my own
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been pretty please with Blueshift, I would say the only draw back is the stand up of the program. I needed to have the Dev team code all the emails, but I feel that with good platforms a proper stand up does take time. Once we were up and running, Blue Shift has been very user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blue Shift helps reduce the amount of tools and data and allows for a central location, once source of truth for us to use which has been very helpful. We are able to automate all of our customer communication for marketing

What do you like best about the product?
One of the greatest things about Blueshift is the available content for support and training, they are consistently making improvements and generally, any question I have for my account rep has some sort of training documentation to help walk me through it in the future. The platform itself is relatively user-friendly once you get used to it, and is quite intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
With there being so many options and features in BlueShift sometimes the manpower and team that is needed to support some of the backend programming, functionality, upkeep, etc. can be more than what we are able to allocate, which means that we are not getting the best features from the platform if we don't have the capacity to maintain it. I highly recommend that any company that looks to take on this type of marketing platform do an extensive vetting process to make sure you have the bandwidth to support everything you want to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The segmentation that Blueshift supports has helped us understand our consumer behavior in a way that allows us to market more effectively to our end users. We have also been using AI-generated content to help with some of the creative workloads that the team was facing.

The easy user interface and the dashboard contain most metrics I am measuring.

We could definitely streamline the reporting a bit more than now.

What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift always is available to improve the de product according to our priorities. The recommendations tools are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Blueshift could improve the analysis side. Probably a tool to run simple analysis considering platform events, not necessary associate to active campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recommend the correct title to the correct customer.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the simplicity of using Blueshift. Nothing is confusing and everything is straight to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if you could take a completed one time send and clone it to a recuuring event.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us deliver relevant content to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift gives the user the ability to create an automated experience for the email recipients that feels personalized and is constantly updating to their preferneces.
What do you dislike about the product?
I life I wish their email campaigns had a better autosave feature and that the possibly for using in app notification was more previlient because I know it's possible but my rep hasn't fully briefed us on how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to segment our audience and use AI to make personalized email campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift is the best CDP I've ever tried. It can do anything you want it to do. Their customer support team & feature request team are awesome and always get back to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting features could be improved for a better user experience & ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem blueshift solves is letting us trigger emails/pushes to customers on any custom event that we want to create.

What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift is a great CRM platform for business. For someone who has never heard of Blueshift before, I didn't have difficulty exploring the whole platform. Now I use it as if I've been for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that it lacks but I already requested it and the Support Team said it's in the queue. I'm very grateful that the support team is responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to our audience, segmentation, content development and customization, data syncs, data analysis, and reports, calendar-ing, and some more features.

Robust Campaign Builder with Responsive Support

What do you like best about the product?
Creating campaign journeys is a very intuitive process that includes all the features you need (omnichannel, using filters, time optimization, a/b testing features, and more...) The visual layout while creating journeys is my favorite part. Customer support is always very responsive and responds typically within a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting and integrating with some outside apps costs an extra subscription fee and it isn't entirely clear which apps cost more money and which ones don't. Not a huge dislike but just something to note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blueshift helps us to better segment our customers to ensure timely and correct communications are going out. This benefits us by engaging with our best customers and maximizing their value as well as retaining customers who may be about to churn.
