User Friendly UI of Blueshift
What do you like best about the product?
Clear and Understandable font and readable english. The color combination of the UI is eye pleasing and good to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really but the lag of loading time for some accounts. possible due to API request and response case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business needs mainly for the marketing business to land on the page where we can validate and take decisions for the SEO/SEM channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift allows me to understand my customers in a way most other platforms do not. The insights I am able to glean and then turn around action within the platform give me the opportunity to scale in a way that other platforms do not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've work with Blueshift now at two companies and one of the things I appreciate is their flexibility and willing to innovate the product to meet my companies needs. If there is something we dislike or find missing they are always more than willing to jump in and add it to the roadmap or do custom work to match our business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small team with limited resources. Blueshift is allowing us to automate campaigns based on data. There algorithm allows us to provide better product recommendations and learn more about customers over time. I look at them as a bit of a secret weapon giving us an unfair competitive advantage.
Best email platform I have used.
What do you like best about the product?
There seems to be no end to the features. Any idea I have had, BlueShift has been able to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, it is clearly a lot more powerful than other email services I have used in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to hyper-target my customer list - I have been very surprised at the amount of targeting BlueShift can do.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy, straight-forward UI dashboard and how it's easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe, just the confusion between the events and other derived events, but it's something to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As of the moment, we're solving an issue about the coupon codes not populating in our email campaigns. The team has been really responsive and we're still in contact with them now. They always make sure that our problem will be resolved.

It's easy to use, not too complicated, and very accomodating customer service.

Since I am a developer - I like the API and the functionality to do almost everything with it. The ability to call Live Content via segments is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the most annoying thing is caching - the data is sometimes outdated (affects only the UI).

This CRM might have some faults but once you outline these problems/faults the Blueshift engineering is working to resolve and improve these issues.
Most robust marketing automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the recommendation feature and use it on a daily basis. it provides me with the flexibility I need to give the right products to the right users.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there are some minor reporting limitations which said to be resolved in the next update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is getting into the inbox or users at the right time for them. this is achieved with Blueshift's time optimization feature which by ways of magic (AI) determines what is the best time for a user to most likely to open an email and delivers it to them!

Blueshift is a great tool for anyone looking for a solution to complex email marketing and marketing automation needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact it is a user friendly platform that's intuitive. There are some cool features that save time such as the campaign section. I like the way you can build detailed segments based on a wide range of factors such as revenue spend, location and demographics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain new terms can be confusing such as mixin. Lots of people unfamiliar with marketing struggle to understand these terms. Perhaps some a dictionary of terms could help with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was assisting the support team and training new hires building segments and setting up campaigns

A great system as it allows for collaboration between marketing, BI and support. The fact you can build segments with very little restrictions allows for lots of possibilities including better customer engagement and increase in revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is powerful and offers a high variety of functionalities. Blueshift's support team is setting high bars for any support team on other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the system offers so many features, sometimes is a bit difficult to quickly find what you're looking for, but that's to be expected with the huge number of things you can achieve through Blueshift.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a developer, I use Blueshift's API to quickly check events, inspect the payloads, and check the counts - it's a good way to test and validate my work.

What do you like best about the product?
We reviewed a lot of systems and choose Blueshift. To have one system for all communication channels - i.e. our emails, on the website, making Facebook and Google segments etc. was a big thing. Being able to work across multiple domains opened up a whole new world of opportunities. But the biggest thing I like about it is the ease of use - i.e. our marketing team can run the show without having IT constantly involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a learning curve... but I think this cannot be avoided when you are doing something new and as advanced as we are doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One platform for communication with our customers. Using trigger based campaigns to deliver personalized messages to our customers.

Put resources behind implementation.

The variety of options that makes out process so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The segment builder could be a little easier, and the website spins in place for a few minutes at least a couple of times a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmentation is much easier, as is maintaining recurring mailings.

More bang for the buck for sure. Anything a digital marketer needs is included in the software.
