Intuitive UI, Powerful AI, and Reliable Real-Device Testing
What do you like best about the product?
I like BrowserStack's intuitive UI/UX and powerful AI features best, which make cross-browser testing efficient and reliable.
They stand out for real-device access and seamless team workflows.
UI/UX
BrowserStack's interface is intuitive and user-friendly, allowing quick onboarding even for beginners. Users praise its simple navigation and ease of use for manual and automated testing across thousands of devices. This design minimizes setup time and lets teams focus on testing rather than the platform.
Integrations
It offers seamless integrations with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress. This supports easy automation in pipelines and local testing for non-production environments. Teams report straightforward YAML configs and Jira connectivity for efficient workflows.
Performance
BrowserStack provides reliable real-device testing with parallel execution that speeds up regression cycles. While occasional slowdowns occur during peak times, features like buffer-free videos aid debugging, and AI self-healing reduces failures from UI changes. Overall, it delivers stable results mimicking physical devices.
Pricing/ROI
Plans start at $29/month for Live testing, scaling with parallels and users, offering strong ROI through hardware savings and faster testing. Free tiers for Percy and Test Management add value, though costs rise for enterprises. Users find it worth the investment for comprehensive coverage without owning devices.
Support/Onboarding
Support is responsive with quick chat responses and dedicated managers on higher plans. Onboarding includes guided tours, demos, extensive docs, and videos for fast setup. Reviews highlight proactive help and uptime transparency.
AI/Intelligence
AI agents like Self-Healing, Visual Review, Test Case Generator, and A11y Detection cut maintenance by 40%, filter false positives, and speed test creation by 90%. These features adapt to UI changes and boost coverage intelligently. They're game-changers for modern QA workflows.

Essential for Cross-Platform App Testing
What do you like best about the product?
I have used BrowserStack for local testing, which supports web applications on mobile, a feature we're normally limited by. The Cross-Platform testing gives us access to all forms of devices without needing to own them individually, and rather than relying solely on virtual devices. I find the App Automate feature allows us to test our applications smoothly, even if we have little to no development knowledge. Additionally, the initial setup of BrowserStack was very intuitive for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've had with BrowserStack is on iOS devices, where access to settings is restricted. It's needed to adjust some settings for testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack's Local Testing and Cross-Platform features help me test web and mobile applications across all devices without owning them. It also supports VPN connections for secure testing. App Automate simplifies app testing with minimal development knowledge required.
Reliable Multi-Device iOS Testing Across Versions
What do you like best about the product?
It allows for us to test our app on multiple different iOS devices and versions to ensure all edge cases and different scenarios are covered
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find that the web app runs very slowly, or that my test sessions stop running in the middle of execution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to test our mobile app on different iPhones and iPads with different iOS version, without needing to buy these ourselves.
Efficient Debugging with Minor Connectivity Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack to ensure the checkout flow works across merchants and devices. It works well on devices, and I really appreciate that you can reproduce issues instantly, which cuts debugging time dramatically. The initial setup was very easy, which is a big plus too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experience occasional flakiness with BrowserStack, where sessions can disconnect randomly.

I use BrowserStack to ensure the checkout flow works across merchants and devices. It works well on devices and lets you reproduce issues instantly, cutting debugging time dramatically.
Effortless Cross-Device Testing That Streamlines Our QA
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to test across a wide range of real devices and browsers without needing to maintain our own infrastructure. Being able to quickly spin up environments and validate issues in real time has made our QA process much more efficient, especially when working across multiple teams and partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always as fast or as responsive as working on a local device, so there can be a bit of a lag during live testing. Pricing can also add up as you add users to the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solves is not having to guess whether something works across devices. We can actually test it! Before, reproducing bugs across environments was inconsistent and super time consuming.

Safari Testing Across iOS Versions Made Easy, with Handy Apple Pay wallet.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it lets us use the Safari browser on virtually every iOS version and on every iPhone. On top of that, it has a built-in way to test payment integrations through Apple Pay, which makes things a lot more convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The boot-up time of the virtual devices can be frustrating. Sometimes I just want to quickly check a specific feature in the Safari browser on a different iOS version or device, but in those cases it ends up rebooting again and takes a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of needing several physical devices to test an application by giving us the chance to test virtually on different devices.
