Reliable Cross-Browser Testing Platform That Saves Time and Effort

  • March 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is extremely easy to use and quick to get started with, even for teams without deep testing expertise. The ability to test across a wide range of real devices and browsers without maintaining physical infrastructure is a huge advantage. The UI is intuitive, and integrations with tools like Selenium, Cypress, and CI/CD pipelines are smooth. It significantly speeds up cross-browser and mobile testing, and the live testing feature is especially helpful for debugging issues in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a bit high, especially for smaller teams or startups, and concurrency limits can sometimes slow down workflows. Occasionally, there are minor performance lags or delays when accessing certain devices. The debugging tools, while useful, could be more advanced, and session recordings sometimes lack deeper insights that would help with troubleshooting complex issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack eliminates the need to maintain a large in-house device lab, which saves both time and cost. It allows us to quickly test our applications across multiple browsers, OS versions, and real mobile devices, ensuring consistent user experience. This has improved our release confidence, reduced bugs in production, and accelerated our QA cycles significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the access to real devices that BrowserStack offers, as it gives accurate results and simulates real conditions. Additionally, I appreciate that with the same money, I can test on multiple devices instead of using just local devices. The initial setup was also very easy, which I found to be convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance where sessions get slow, especially on real devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for testing across multiple real devices and browsers. It gives me access to real devices, providing accurate results and ensuring testing under real conditions.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate BrowserStack's simplicity, which makes it easy to use for basic testing. The initial setup was simple, which was really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer it to work on the complete workflow testing rather than just UI. A deep testing tool like Selenium.

Streamlined Test Management with Integrated CI/CD

  • March 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for centralized test management, and it really helps that multiple people can run tests quickly in parallel and see the results and completion quickly. I like that it provides clear reports on test cases, test runs, and coverage percentage, and it's great for comparing test cycles. The easy sharing of results with others is a plus, and the reduced maintenance effort is really helpful. The BrowserStack AI assists in creating test cases, which lowers the manual workload. I appreciate how smoothly it integrates with CI/CD tools, making it a breeze to include in the pipeline. The UI is simple and quick to use, which I find very convenient. I like that issues get fixed soon after being reported. The initial setup was easy and straightforward, and the guided steps were quite helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
All data cannot be included in the dashboard view. Only certain filters and specific chart types are allowed. For example, I created a chart for total cases and not-automatable cases. I want to show the percentage of cases automated by calculating 'Automated cases / (Total cases - Not automatable cases)', but it's not feasible in project dashboard view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for centralized test management, enabling multiple people to run tests quickly in parallel. It provides clear reports on test cases, reduces maintenance effort, and BS AI helps create test cases, reducing manual effort.

Reliable cross browser testing without the setup hassle

  • March 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how easy it is to test our web apps across different browsers and devices without setting up physical machines. I can quickly switch between environments and check how features behave in real conditions. The platform is smooth and saves a lot of time during testing cycles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Session loading can take a bit longer during peak usage.
Pricing can feel high if you need access for a larger team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing across multiple browsers and devices is critical for us since users access our platform in different ways. BrowserStack removes the need to maintain a large device lab and gives instant access to many environments.

Reliable Cross-Browser Testing on Real Devices That Speeds Up QA

  • March 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about BrowserStack is being able to test across a wide range of real devices and browsers without having to maintain any physical infrastructure. It’s especially convenient for quickly spinning up different environments and reproducing issues that are difficult to catch locally. Overall, the platform feels reliable and easy to use, and it integrates smoothly into our testing workflow, which helps us speed up QA and release cycles.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is performance speed when testing on certain older devices or under slower network conditions, as it can sometimes feel a bit laggy.
In addition, the pricing can get steep for larger teams, especially if you need extensive parallel testing. Overall, though, these feel like minor drawbacks compared to the value it provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the challenge of testing web applications across multiple browsers, operating systems, and devices without having to maintain an in-house device lab. It helps save time and resources while improving QA efficiency, making cross-environment testing much easier to manage.

BrowserStack’s coverage and tools cuts Physical Device Dependency and increase automation efficiency

  • March 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Browser stack provides a lot of capabilities that support automation, such as image injection and local testing enablement. These features help us automate tricky scenarios, reduce manual overhead, and increase our automation test coverage. The interactive debugging in app-automate is also an added benefit; it sometimes saves time and helps us narrow down script issues more quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI gets stuck on app-live, and the session logs out or expires before the configured session timeout. Also, the app’s automated new dashboard UI isn’t very easy to understand or use compared to the old one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browser stack helps a lot because it offers a wide range of devices and capabilities. This reduces the dependency on physical devices and also cuts down on manual effort.

Powerful Test Run Management and Analytics—With or Without Browserstack SDK

  • March 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the test run management and analytics it offers, whether or not I integrate the Browserstack SDK. I also appreciate the quick turnaround time from both vendor and client support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Browserstack sometimes doesn’t show test runs or the interactive debugging mode. This is probably due to latency, possibly because the SDK isn’t integrated. Overall, though, that’s mostly the only issue we face as a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a test automation team, we needed a plug-and-play test run analytics dashboard, which is exactly what BrowserStack offers. It’s easy to use and secure for our internal systems.
