What I dislike about this software is that sometimes it becomes slow and heavy, it would be good if it improved the test speed, although I think that it can also be due to unstable internet connections, otherwise I have no problem its implementation is very simple, it has a support system that solves any problem in a matter of seconds and from the price I can say that it adapts to the quality of its services.

The only aspects that I don't like about Browserstack are its price, which in my opinion is quite high, besides, its speed is slow causing difficulty when testing the speed and plugins of my web applications, however, those are the only negative characteristics from Browserstack the rest I love.

Browserstack is a really fantastic software testing platform that allows us to test the development of any website on multiple devices and browsers, giving us the ability to deliver quality software at great speed to all our clients. Browserstack is packed with unique and unmatched yet robust features and functions that make it stand out from the other competing software currently available on the market. One of the features that I like the most about this software is its user interface, which is very solid and simple, which makes it easy to use and configure, it also provides us with a simple tool to test the usability in all the main browsers that we support as Safari, Opera, Firefox, IE and Chrome, Any user can perform tests from anywhere and at any time in a complete development environment very similar to the real one and as if that were not enough their technical support team is really incredible, since it is very well trained to solve any problem that we may have.

While it is true that Browserstak is an incredible software and adapts perfectly to all our professional needs, the cost of the plans it offers can be a bit expensive which makes it difficult for small and medium-sized companies to acquire. On the other hand, sometimes it can be somewhat slow and it is frustrating when you need to try something small, I have also gotten disconnected unexpectedly, but I do not think that this problem is related to the platform but to the speed of my internet.
