Time-Saving Test Solution with Device Variety

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like BrowserStack very much for testing my mobile application because it's time-friendly, allowing me to test faster compared to real devices. It's great for comparing two applications at the same time using different devices, which would take longer on actual mobile devices. I also appreciate the variety of phone devices available on BrowserStack for testing mobile applications. It's user-friendly, and the initial setup was super easy and quick with just an email and password.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are a few devices where the application doesn't work. When typing, you don't see the password, but maybe this is related to network issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find BrowserStack time-efficient for testing mobile apps, allowing quick comparison between apps on various devices without needing real hardware, which takes longer.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most about BrowserStack was how easy it was to use, along with its wide device coverage and smooth integration with our existing workflows. Together, these made our cross-browser testing faster, more reliable, and easier to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I liked least about BrowserStack was the occasional slowness during real device testing, along with the limited number of parallel sessions, which sometimes reduced efficiency and slowed down my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-browser compatibility is a big plus for me because it eliminates the hassle of setting up multiple browsers and devices locally. It also addresses device fragmentation by providing access to a wide range of real mobile devices and operating systems, which helps when testing across diverse environments. On top of that, it reduces infrastructure overhead by removing the need to maintain in-house testing labs, saving both time and resources. Scalability is another strong point, since it supports parallel automated testing and helps reduce bottlenecks in QA cycles. Finally, it closes integration gaps by working smoothly with CI/CD pipelines, so testing fits naturally into the overall development workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about BrowserStack is how easy it makes cross-browser and cross-device testing without needing to maintain physical devices. The real device cloud is fast and reliable, and it saves a lot of time during development. I also like the intuitive interface and the ability to quickly debug issues across different environments
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about BrowserStack is that it can sometimes be a bit slow, especially when launching devices or running multiple sessions. The pricing can also be high for individual users or small projects. Occasionally, there are minor performance or connection issues that can affect the testing experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Versatile Device Testing Made Simple

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of devices that BrowserStack provides access to. This access helps me see what my customers are experiencing, especially since I often don't have access to real tablets or different size screens. It gives me an understanding of how my customers interact with the web pages I build and how I can improve their experience. I also found the initial setup of BrowserStack to be very easy and uncomplicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes what you see in the emulation does not stick to real life. Different sizes of the padding or margins limits usually get fixed by just clearing cache, but just a few times this happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps me test websites when I lack access to real devices, giving me insight into customer experiences on various screens, allowing improvement.
