Effortless Setup, Real Device Testing Rocks!

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack to test across devices; it solves the problem of browser incompatibility. The feature I enjoy most is the Real device cloud, which lets me test how mobile interfaces interact with my ASP.NET Core APIs on actual iOS and Android devices without maintaining a physical device lab. The initial setup process was way easy and stress-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the occasional latency and cost of course 🙂. If the scaling on the infrastructure can be worked on to make it less sluggish and buggy and the price is a little bit not pocket friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to test across devices, solving browser incompatibility. The Real Device Cloud helps test mobile interfaces with ASP.NET Core APIs on real devices without maintaining a physical lab.

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy to use the tools offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price. Too expensive. Nickel and dimed on everything. Also, support is a bit slow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows use to test on mobile easily since there's a device farm. Also, the new a11y testing looks promising since you usually can't find open source tools on mobile a11y testing.

Easy, Seamless Recording with a User-Friendly Interface and Fast Test Case Creation

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The recordings can be done easily, the interface is very user friendly and seamless. The test cases can be recorded quickly. We can use cloud services as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time tracking is not there, for processes which involves slowness tracking, expected data fetching time, browserstack is unable to cater those requirements. Sometimes the application is working but works slow due to incorrectly deployment method. This needs human intervention. Also, the complex cases where output varies , user is unable to automate the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack is enabling me to test generic cases which are BAU and not involve much change in behaviour every time it is executed. I can easily save lot of time depending on the complexity and duration of operation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to use different devices and GPS locations with BrowserStack. It's great for testing location-specific problems or bugs without having to visit the site. The initial setup was very easy, as I got an email invitation and it worked on the first occasion when signing in.
What do you dislike about the product?
onboarding could be better to teach the software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for testing navigation applications, tackling location-specific issues by simulating routes without physically visiting sites. It solves GPS-related testing challenges and offers device and geographic flexibility.

App Automate’s Interactive Sessions Save Tons of Debugging Time

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about BrowserStack, in my experience, is the interactive session in App Automate. It’s very useful and can sometimes save a lot of debugging time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about BrowserStack in general is the new dashboard. I don’t find it very visually striking, and in some places the text overlaps with itself. Overall, it feels much less easy to use compared to the old dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem BrowserStack solves for me is access to multiple virtual devices with App Live. We sometimes run into device-specific issues in the app, so being able to test it across multiple devices helps me identify and fix those problems.

Essential for Cross-Device Testing, Lacks Some Automation

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack mainly for mobile device testing, and it provides us with brilliant test coverage across a full and broad range of mobile devices. I really appreciate the capability to test on iOS devices with our website UI, as the Safari browser can render page elements differently compared to Chromium-based browsers. This allows us to catch those issues much earlier and avoid defects in production systems. Not having access to iOS browsers or devices in our dev and test team is challenging, but BrowserStack reduces the need to purchase these devices. They have all the latest devices, so we don't have to worry about the purchase cost and maintaining older devices to ensure backward compatibility. Setting up BrowserStack was also straightforward, with no problems at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if it was possible to run automated test scenarios across a number of devices and have a detailed report response. Also being able to automate a visual comparison between the ideal design and the rendered view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for comprehensive mobile device testing; it gives us great test coverage and helps us spot iOS-specific rendering issues early. It also eliminates the cost of buying and maintaining iOS devices for testing.

Simplifies Cross-Browser Testing with Robust Features

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how BrowserStack makes cross-browser and cross-environment testing easy without needing to maintain our own infrastructure. It provides quick access to a wide range of browsers, operating systems, and device configurations, allowing us to validate our application behavior efficiently across multiple environments. I appreciate how well it integrates with our automation workflow, especially running Playwright-based end-to-end tests, helping us detect compatibility issues early in the development cycle. The debugging feature with logs, screenshots, and session recordings is really helpful for quickly identifying the root cause of failures. The tunneling capability is invaluable for testing local or staging environments not publicly accessible. Furthermore, integrating BrowserStack with Percy for visual regression testing allows us to catch unintended UI changes and maintain consistent design across releases. Overall, BrowserStack significantly simplifies cross-browser testing, improves the reliability of our testing process, and saves time by eliminating the need to manually manage multiple test environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
While BrowserStack is very helpful overall, there are a few areas where improvements could make the experience even better. Occasionally, test sessions can be a bit slow to start, especially when running multiple automated tests in parallel. This can slightly increase the overall execution time of our test suites. Another area that could be improved is the debugging experience for failed automation runs. While BrowserStack does provide logs, screenshots, and recordings, sometimes it takes a bit of time to navigate through the information to quickly identify the root cause of a failure. There are also times when certain browser or device environments may feel slightly slower compared to running tests locally. Improving performance and reducing latency during live debugging sessions would make the workflow smoother. Additionally, clearer insights or analytics around test failures and performance trends could help teams diagnose issues faster. Enhancements in reporting and easier ways to analyze failures across multiple runs would make the platform even more powerful for larger automation suites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack streamlines our cross-browser testing by providing instant access to various environments, simplifying the testing process. It helps detect browser-specific issues early, ensures consistent user behavior across platforms, and allows secure testing of local builds with its tunneling feature.
