Essential for Cross-Platform Testing, Needs Improved Peak Time Performance

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for testing our front-end web applications, both in web and mobile views. I appreciate its availability of different web browser - OS combinations and the wide variety of devices on the cloud device farm, which really helps validate our applications effectively. I like the availability of different web and mobile devices for use at all times. Newer features like Percy and accessibility testing tools are a great addition to our team's test coverage. Percy helps us identify visual issues (UX issues) on our application by comparing with stable reference images, reducing the effort needed to identify such issues manually. It was simple and straightforward to set up; I logged in to the platform and started using the devices/browsers right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see connection time out errors during peak usage hours. The overall experience also feels slower at that time. Some devices are also unavailable during those hours. These issues could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for cross platform, multi-browser testing. It offers various web browser-OS combinations and a wide variety of devices in the cloud, helping us validate applications effectively. Features like Percy and accessibility testing reduce manual effort by highlighting visual issues and ensuring our sites meet standards.

BrowserStack Makes Cross-Browser Testing Fast, Reliable, and Effortless

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about BrowserStack is how easy it makes testing across different browsers and devices without needing to manage physical devices. It saves a lot of time and helps quickly identify issues that only appear on specific environments. The platform is reliable, easy to use, and fits well into everyday development and QA workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about BrowserStack is that sometimes the sessions can feel a bit slow or laggy, especially when working with real devices. Also, there is less support for older devices so for an app developer its hard sometime to test. Also debugging through the remote environment can occasionally be less smooth compared to testing locally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the challenge of testing applications across multiple browsers, operating systems, and real devices without needing to maintain that infrastructure locally. This benefits me by saving time, reducing setup effort, and making it much easier to catch compatibility issues early in the development and testing process, Also I have besin using it from last 4 months and its helps us a lot for my apps to test on different devices and catch early bugs

Clean, Familiar UI with Handy Test Case Organization

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is clean and familiar. It has nice features to short and organize test cases. This will be a good interface with our mobile product testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI seems clunky and over reaching. I did not find clean reporting on the testing as we are doing it. Importing of test cases was a little more time consuming than expected. I was hopping for better integration with Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the AI to create test cases was nice. Great work with our mobile testing on BS.

Huge Potential with AI Capabilities, But Performance Hiccups

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that BrowserStack uses AI agents for generating both automation and manual test scripts by analyzing requirements. The self-healing feature is pretty beneficial because it automatically adjusts if locators change. It's helpful since my current application changes frequently. If a test script fails due to some locator change, it clearly shows why it's failing and identifies the new locator, providing the XPath. The initial setup of BrowserStack was quite straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced slow performance and session disconnects with BrowserStack. Also, it has slow mobile loading and limited parallel testing capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for cross-device and cross-browser testing. The AI agents help generate test scripts and adapt when locators change, which is great for my frequently changing application.

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack to review the application and report bugs as part of my daily sanity testing. The Auto-Heal feature is especially helpful because it reduces random test failures and improves test stability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Preview of network logs are not available for longer sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to quickly run tests on real devices in the cloud. It also helps me easily review issues, capture bugs, and debug problems during daily testing

Effortless Local Testing with Occasional Glitches

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack to test web apps and native apps. I love the 'local first' feature, which allows me to run things through my machine and intercept requests. The dev tools are quite useful to me. I appreciate being able to test in a lot of different devices. The setup was quite straightforward and in my past two companies, it was a breeze to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things get laggy and hard to deal with and I have to restart the session try again or sometimes even the dev tools don't show things correctly. Honestly, sometimes it lags and the session doesn't work, it's like the device is unresponsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to test apps on many devices. The local first feature lets me run tests through my machine, intercepting requests and seeing live changes. Dev tools are useful too.

Extensive Device Support, Slight Learning Curve

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of different iOS and Android devices/versions you can use with BrowserStack. When you click on it, you can select any iPhone or Android from a wide range, including older models like a Google Pixel 6. Helping a variety of clients means I need access an app on various platforms or software versions, and it allows me to go on and have the exact same app experience that they have. This is really helpful when something's wrong so we can fix it or show clients how to actually work it properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very user-friendly at first, but that's only because of how much it actually supports. Once you know how to use it, it's very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to assist customers with current or outdated devices, offering solutions across iOS and Android. It provides access to a wide range of devices, helping me replicate customer experiences and resolve issues effectively.

Reliable browser test on real devices

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that BrowserStack provides real devices and not simulations, which leads to more meaningful and reliable test results. The initial setup was absolutely easy and caused no problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Testing on multiple devices simultaneously should be standard and not incur additional costs. One should not have to pay extra for simultaneous testing on multiple devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for testing on many different devices, which increases the reliability and significance of the test results.

Effortless Cross-Platform Testing with Seamless Setup

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for cross-browser and cross-platform testing. I really like the emulator part of BrowserStack. The sensitivity feature and viewport change features are particularly helpful, as I need to test multiple applications and websites on different devices and viewports. These features really help me test my applications on various platforms. The initial setup of BrowserStack is very easy: just login and choose the desired platform and device.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile compatibility, like if I want to test an application as an emergency and I don't have access to a laptop, then I should also be able to test applications on mobile devices on BrowserStack simply by logging into the platform on a browser. There's a dependency on laptops that I'd like to be eliminated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the challenge of cross-platform testing with its emulator, sensitivity, and viewport change features. It lets me test applications and websites on various devices I don't have, across different environments and viewports.

Essential for Cross-Device QA, Quick Setup

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that BrowserStack keeps hardware profiles for older devices and web browsers while also staying current with the latest releases. The connections to these devices are quick and easy to use. I also find it very helpful that I can replicate issues with older browser versions without needing to downgrade my work laptop, as I can just use BrowserStack to access any specific version needed for testing. The initial setup was very easy; it was just a matter of registering and beginning to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times where connections to devices were a little slow or unavailable. There's also a growing number of features that are visible in the UI but are locked behind higher subscription tiers. That can get annoying, seeing consistent features that would be nice to have, but are locked to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to test webapps across many devices without needing access to them physically. It maintains older hardware profiles and browser versions, so I can test specific versions without downgrading my equipment. Connections are usually quick and easy.
