What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy build-in AI feature which makes it easy for less technical users to engage with Amplitude Analytics. As the sole analyst on the team, this feature means a lot less ad hoc work for me and allows me to focus on deeper questions. Our implementation manager and PSP person have both been good partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I don’t find it as intuitive as Mixpanel. The chart creation process, in particular, isn’t as strong—it doesn’t flow as smoothly and ends up feeling more rigid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics helps us better understand our funnel flows and both app and web interactions, which makes digital product analysis much smoother. It also democratizes access for less technical users, cutting down on my ad hoc workload and freeing me up to focus on deeper, more meaningful analytical questions.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude makes analyzing user journey data very easy. Charts and dashboards are simple to set up, and there are options to receive weekly chart updates by email or activate alerts when the data looks off. Overall, it’s a great tool for gaining insights into user behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first few days of using the platform can be tricky, but the more you use it (and stay open to testing), the easier it gets. Amplitude is like a great car—you just need to learn how to drive it so you can really get up to speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the best use case is mapping the user journey—seeing which pages users visit and what actions they take after each visit.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how custom Amplitude Analytics is, and how deep it goes into visitor journeys and its improvement and commitment to A.I. I think lots of paid advertising digital platforms work exceptionally well with Amplitude. The customization and depth in visitor journeys help make Amplitude valuable to me because I'm able to get answers to my questions faster, and provide readouts that are rooted in data rather than gut feelings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Syncing audiences to platforms like Taboola and StackAdapt
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude Analytics to track how my team's advertising grows our audience and understand audience behavior. It fills retargeting gaps, improves ROI, and helps provide data-backed insights quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Amplitude Analytics because it helps us dig deeply into technical questions. It's great for segmenting and re-segmenting data by audience, creative, or region. The platform provides capabilities to pull activation data, regional data, and funnel performance data, which helps improve how we reach out to end users. I appreciate its built-in features that improve targeting and support our new, less data-savvy users in making decisions. The initial setup was very easy, and while it does take some instrumentation and support, it's very powerful in driving growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to use if you've never used Amplitude Analytics before. A new team member asked for training and I directed her to Amplitude training and she still found it difficult. It would be helpful to have more templates or references to existing dashboards so that when building a new one we can reference what others have built.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude Analytics to pull activation, regional, and funnel data, improving user outreach. It provides detailed insights into dropoff points, enhances targeting, and helps data newcomers make decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it lets us track our performance clearly. The variety of chart options is great for analytics and ongoing tracking, and it’s especially helpful that we can track performance separately by market.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a less technical user, I find some parts of the UI a bit confusing. It’s nothing that couldn’t be addressed with a bit of training or a short course.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my team and me to monitor our conversions and track how well we sign up new users and convert them into account holders.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX options are limited, which actually helps. It saves me a lot of headaches when working with stakeholders, since we don’t end up wasting time on things like colors and formatting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI isn’t reliable enough for building dashboards or for answering detailed questions accurately.

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently still lacking full integrations with Braze, overview of available custom attributes, events or nested attributes with clear definitions would be helpful, more onboarding on AI agent

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Amplitude Analytics is we can crreate custom Dashbaords combining multiple events, and it's easy to add multiple grpahs and data in one particular dashboard

There's nothing that dislike , it's great analytical tool we just need to map events properly

At Way,com I lead 'Auto Repair' business vertical, I am using Amplitude Anlaytics to track consumer behavior, where my most of the customers are dropping and with the insights that I get from Amplitude I make necessary enhancements.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Amplitude Analytics is how it delivers deep, actionable insights into user behavior through advanced funnel, retention, and cohort analysis. Its intuitive, self-serve interface lets teams explore data on their own without needing to rely heavily on engineering. With real-time analytics and flexible segmentation, it’s straightforward to spot trends, understand feature impact, and make data-informed product decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Amplitude Analytics is the learning curve that comes with its more advanced features, which can take new users a while to fully grasp. On top of that, the pricing can scale up quickly as event volume grows. I also find that keeping event tracking clean and well governed takes ongoing effort, since it needs regular attention to maintain accurate, consistent insights.

Amplitude Analytics addresses the challenge of understanding how users truly interact with a product by offering deep visibility into user behavior, journeys, and engagement patterns. It makes it easier to spot drop-offs, track feature adoption, and evaluate retention with clear, data-driven insights.
