Fast, Easy-to-Use Interface We Love
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use, and it’s fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is very easy, and after using it for some time, we’ve really come to love it. We tried using other platforms, but we didn’t like them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with my team is much smoother because we have collaborators in different countries, and with monday we can collaborate easily.
I Tried it and I Like It! Daily Work Management with Monday
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to color-code my work goals is extremely helpful for me. I also appreciate that I can view everything for a single day all in one place. On top of that, there are plenty of options for organizing my work by priority using specific labels, which makes it easier to stay on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com interface can be cluttered and distracting. Sometimes I feel like there are too many options and features to use. Additionally, I didn't find the AI feature helpful because it's not intuitive so I was messing around with it to create a board. I ended up just creating it from scratch myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, its providing a single, capable space to store, organize and prioritize my work goals and list their specific tasks. As a person who has traditionally used analog tools for that, Monday.com has made it user-friendly enough to try out shifting to an all-digital way of tracking my work. In my case, using Monday has allowed me to better align with the organization I work for, fit into their style of work and feel a level of success at platform management.
Effortless Organization with Intuitive Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I find monday Work Management very easy to use and create a system of organization for my work. It's very easy to locate all the information I need. I like how easy it is to use, and I appreciate that there are templates I can already edit. The initial setup was very easy, and all I simply did was input my information into the template.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe inputting an easier way to undo work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management makes organizing work easy and allows me to locate all the information I need effortlessly. The templates are handy because I just input my information, which simplifies creating an organized system.
Monday is the best HRIS system I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
I’m able to utilize its tools the way I want to. I especially love the automations tool because it lets me set up certain things ahead of time, so I don’t have to do them manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing—I’ve loved everything about Monday.

It helps me keep track of all my candidates and where they are in the new-hire lifecycle, and it also makes it easy to track background checks.

Easy to Use and Highly Customizable for Job Lifecycle Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is really easy to use. I also love how simple it is to build and customize it to fit my needs—it’s both impressive and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations are probably the main area where I’d recommend some improvement. Our company uses Monday as a job life cycle tracking system, and it would be really helpful if it integrated with our CRM, Ring Central, and Outlook calendars. While there are some bits and pieces that do work out for us, it would be so much better if it were a complete system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has given us a clearer picture of where everything stands in our life cycle. We use the automated email system to send updates to our customers, and while it doesn’t completely fit our needs, it does work. Overall, it has helped streamline our process by reducing the time we spend tracking things down and sending out updates.

It’s incredibly easy to stay organized, keep track of all your projects, and collaborate smoothly with others.

All the projects can feel a bit overwhelming at times, but that’s not Monday’s fault!

Great Time-Tracking Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The UI that allows us to separate multiple boards with time-tracking integrations allows me to better manage client load across our teams and improve performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could add different columns for different groups within the same boards and that the AI/Intelligence was actually helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with managing all of our projects across different team members and clients, but now we can see where different projects are and easily jump in for support when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how monday Work Management helps streamline my daily operations. The tasks feature stands out for me, making it easier to keep everything organized. I find the approval status date features amazing to use, which adds a lot of value to my workflow. Also, the initial setup was so easy, it didn't complicate the start for me.

Advanced workflows is missing.

Easy to Use and Attractive, But Slow Loading Times
What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday Work Management is easy to use and also attractive. It's accessible on the move, which is really convenient for me. The color-coded tabs make it easy to identify tasks and are playful to use. It solves my problem of organizing the week's work schedule and keeping all tasks in a timely manner. The initial setup was very easy too, which I appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of time to load. A lot of times when I need to move things around or update a tab, it takes more time than it should to load the changes.

I use monday Work Management to organize the week's schedule, keeping tasks timely. It's accessible on the move, with color-coded tabs that are easy to identify and playful. However, it takes longer than it should to load when updating tabs or moving tasks.
