Cloud-Native Powerhouse with Room for Dashboard Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly like that Monday Work Management is cloud native, fast, and responsive. It's easy to understand and use, which is refreshing compared to many old-fashioned enterprise management tools. The tool is highly configurable and flexible, offering multiple ways to achieve goals, and it allows backtracking if mistakes are made, so it's not rigidly structured.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards need some improvement. They're often the hardest parts to configure. It should be a lot simpler. A lot of the components from the preconfigured dashboards, you can drag across from other dashboards. It should also be much easier to build via AI, like in Airtable. We should be able to describe the insights you want, and it should be able to configure. AI has a little way to go as well. Monday.com AI seems to not be that intelligent. Monday.com would do good to have some accelerators to get you going, design principles, glossary guides, whatever. Just to help the configuration partners come with some documentation. I've worked with two config partners now, and their approaches were completely separate, and there's almost no documentation out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves visibility issues in project execution, providing a clear top-to-bottom line of sight and traceability, which builds trust with stakeholders. It automates report creation, eliminating manual PowerPoint and Power BI tasks, using native data for governance.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface, and I also appreciate how it connects with various tools like Slack, email, and the cloud. Performance is really solid when handling multiple boards, and it offers good value for the price. AI powered suggestions are helpful too

What do you dislike about the product?
While I like most of the features, the platform’s flexibility, while powerful, can sometimes feel overwhelming initially. Setting up highly customized workflows or dashboards may require a bit of trial and error, particularly for users without prior experience with similar tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings communication and visibility for all the projects in one place. It also addresses inefficiencies caused by manual coordination. Automation features help reduce repetitive tasks such as status updates, notifications, and task assignments, saving time and minimizing human error.
Easy-to-Understand Reports and Powerful Project Management Features
What do you like best about the product?
The reports are easy to understand, and it offers many great features. It’s ideal for small and medium-sized projects and makes it easier to share the necessary content. It also supports clear task distribution, which helps make project management more efficient overall. I especially like its project management functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I run into issues logging into my account, and searching across different projects can be difficult. It also occasionally slows down, especially in certain modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me finish projects on time, and we’ve become more efficient overall. It also makes it easier to keep track of our activities and manage projects in different formats. On top of that, it improves communication within the team and makes project monitoring much more straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use when setting up different boards, tasks, automations, and workflows. The workflow tool has saved my team several minutes per task, which equates to many hours saved each month.

The main downside I've found is inconsistencies in the UI, where some data can be hard to locate unless you know where to look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization leverages monday Work Management in two key ways, first as a ticketing system for requests to our programming team and second, as a way to manage projects and tasks across all departments and our organization as a whole.
Easy Task Assignment and Clear Team Overview
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that i can add tasks required for all team members and view it on an overview easily is a huge deal breaker for me in my day to day workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI could be updated a bit more to make sure that the website is clean, because it feels like they just added the features on random places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management, task assignments,task priorities,etc. it is very important for me to prioritize tasks and manage it accordingly to the team and for me, monday is the perfect tool for it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's UI is pretty intuitive compared to it's competitors. We had it integrated with a few of our company's external tools, which made things easier and efficient for implementers/onboarders using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
In our case, the company had to swap to different provider given the high pricing/deal we had with them. So perhaps that's been a weakness in our case

It's great to stablish a roadmap, organize dayily/weekly tasks. Task boards are an essential tool for project management/onboarding, so you can't miss with this one.
Intuitive, Automated, and Simplifies Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I find that it is intuitive. Forms can live in the same space as the "to do" sheets. It sends reminders and it has a lot of automations to take out the manual process. It integrates with other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning it so it can be a little bit confusing at times. I feel like the more I am using it the more familiar I get with it.

With Monday I have been able to cut down on the back and forth emails- everything is stored in one place where the history of the conversation is kept.
Comprehensive System with Room for UI Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface of monday Work Management with its colors and simplicity, which gives really good visibility on projects. It allows us to look at projects at a glance and see progress in a visual way. This helps ensure that projects are on track and we keep them updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say just some of the functionality within projects and roadmaps and the tab to view versus the in-project view. I think there's a little bit of improvement that could be made there.

What do you like best about the product?
I find monday Work Management easy to use and manage, which helps me handle company work efficiently. I really like the Monday boards because they make it easy to create new deliverables as often as needed. The initial setup was also very easy, which made transitioning smooth.

Streamlined Our Education Business Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management for my education-based business as a project management software, and it helps keep my business organized. I appreciate the quick and easy way to organize complex projects and the automations that help keep everything organized. I love how I can communicate with my employees through the platform, and the notifications are useful as they get emailed if missed. Setting it up was very easy, thanks to the tutorial videos. I also find the integrations satisfying and haven't had many complaints about features I need. I could not give up this software because it keeps my life so much more organized and streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very minor suggestion, but it would be nice if we could select having the workspaces all shown on the right hand side rather than it being a drop down menu. It used to all be shown on the side and I preferred that but it's not an option anymore. Other than that, there is nothing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to keep my business organized with a one-stop place for documents. It's efficient for employee communication and automations help stay organized. Notifications ensure I never miss updates. It streamlines complex projects and I couldn't give it up.
