Project Management Tool For Life!
What do you like best about the product?
We like how Monday is modular and always up to date. We use it as a CRM, Production Management Software, and data input. We are able to manage our potential jobs, production jobs, shipping, and all internal data usage. We highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish we would have learned about it sooner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were originally looking for a CRM/Projected Management tool all in one. This basically does everything we need it to instead of running multiple different programs.
Great tool for managing projects and data
What do you like best about the product?
The use of Monday is very intuitive and gets stuff done. We use it as a checklist for training new colleagues, keep track of our team projects and gather data in it through forms. It's awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
No bad feedback. My colleagues are the people who setup Monday, I only use it operationally. And on this front I absolutely love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralised place to keep track of eachothers work and projects. We also use it for dashboards about our review channels fe.

Detail, its real-time reporting and status updates are very swift

Navigation, there is a lot of options and moving around the site can be a little overwhelming

Tracking and real time reporting. Helps to oversee status of projects and time spent by each individual working on it
Customizable as needed
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Monday is super customizable. It has most of the features we need. I like the multiple views and the available apps. Not all team members use it, but the ones that do, seem to like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the flow trips me up, like adding tasks to my daily calendar, seems to be too many steps. Compared to competitors, there are quite a few similarities to Clickup and others I have tried.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly use it so my team can see what needs to be done and assign tasks.
Project management dream!
What do you like best about the product?
Not only is Monday.com incredibly user-friendly, but I also think it's super efficient when tracking, communicating and sharing various tasks with critical stakeholders in our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
We often struggle with little updates/requests being communicated outside of Monday, which may not be fully tracked. This is more of a team problem than a platform issue, but maybe there could be further chat integration for Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us communicate clearly with other internal teams, such as creative and design. We can share clear briefs, keep track of workflow and understand who is assigned to our projects, the progression of the projects and what further information/clarification, if any, may be needed for the team to complete their tasks. It's also useful for us as a project management tool. We can clearly see all projects underway and understand progress and any barriers preventing task completion. It's

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is extremely helpful in staying on top of individual action items, holding colleagues accountable and organized, and tracking the success of the broader team. It's a game changer to understand how fast your team is moving, how much faster you could be moving, and looking back to see how much you've accomplished. Collaboration is built in at every step of the way, which is extremely beneficial in a hybrid work enviroment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team uses Monday for a variety of Project Management purposes. It's out of the box functionality is catered towards product organizations, but it's ease of customization makes it easy to tailor to our needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large team that develops new business units. We constantly collaborate on virtual whiteboards, brainstorming sessions, and hybrid work tools. Monday.com is at the center of our toolbox, keeping us all aware of what other teams are working on, where to go with questions, and where to find the latest iterations of our tools. It helps us manage our products, the day to day tasks, and our burn.
Great and Easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use and organises all my projects really well. I get notified immediately when there's been progress on the project or if someone has replied to me which means I don't miss anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's harder to find projects when they are archived. I've tried looking for them previously but couldn't find them. I think it might be limited to a certain person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is making sure that all the projects that I am involved in are organised. It gives me a nudge as well if I seem to have forgotten about one. I think my productively has increased.

I have to re-type often because adding info between columns gets messy because it's over written.

Reduction of internal emails; team time management visibility; communication across departments
Easy to use and great resources for help
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the possibilities with Monday.com. Across our business each area uses Monday a little differently and it seems to suit many dept's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are some slight gaps in the functionality. Sometimes filtering is a little cumbersome on company-wide boards and I'd like a more detailed calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly project tracking. Ensuring projects are visible and tasks are completed and on time.
Monday.com makes everything easy
What do you like best about the product?
I've used many project management tools and Monday.com is by far the best. It's simple, attractive, and the automations are great. I love it works with other apps and platforms as well (like GA and Mailchimp).
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app can be difficult to navigate -- it can be easy to fat finger, and clunky to scroll and see info about jobs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at a nonprofit performing arts center. We have a lot of shows that come through and this helps us manage them. The requests are great for other departments to use. Monday.com is easy for everyone on our team to use!
