A good platform for a growing business!

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com was a helpful tool for our company. It was a great way to stay organized, check in on project updates and to communicate with the relevant parties working on a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first began working at my company, we were in the early stages of offboarding from monday.com and moving to a new platform. As a result, some of the processes with reviewing deliverables became a little clunky, but this was not necessarily monday's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us prioritize and ensure the clients received what they wanted when they wanted it. I did not get too much time to become familiar with the platform, but it served its purpose.

Easy and transparent team organizing

What do you like best about the product?
Aesthetically pleasing, easy and intuitive platform that helped us manage teams within multiple departments. Automations, diversity of available field types and views make it easy to use in various scenarios. We have organized our boards to represent a workflow which made it very easy to get a quick overview of where items are in the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. If I had to point something out is the user's ability to sort boards and not being able to restore default sorting or have a shared predefined sorting across all board member, meaning if you sort and them move items up or down within one group, the other user are not able to see it, but there are workarounds :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us get away from having multiple platform (trello, sheets, etc) to keep us organized. This made our work more transparet and allowed colleagues to see exactly what are we working on.

Use Monday.com for projectmanagement

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides an integrated platform for poject managers to keep track of complex projects.

The ability to give different levels of acces to useres (co-workers, suplieres, contractors) enables you keep track of your projects progress in real time.
The different levels of accesability let users manage their own project specified tasks and provide feeback to the project manager when needed.

With the help of powerfull automations broing repettitive task can be done by Monday.com for you, giving you extra time to do other tasks that requir your expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
As this is a new webbased system, it is constantly in development, meaning that some featers, that are for instance present in microsoft project, still nee to be added to Monday.com.
To make the transition easier from the old legacy programs like MS projects, it would be nice to have a dedicated import feature for ms project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is constantly updating their bugs and adding new features during the year. The ability to connect multiple users with different levels of acess, means that most of the work can be done by the project suplieres and contactors that are assigned to the task

Huge learning curve but helpful once you figure it out.

What do you like best about the product?
There is so much you can do with Monday.com, so I love how customizable it is. You can organize your team's projects and goals and communicate in an effective way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a huge learning curve with Monday.com. I've been using it for several years now and I still don't know what it is fully capable of. The resource articles aren't that helpful - you have to learn by playing around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating about projects via Slack or email is very disorganized and things often get lost in the shuffle. I love how with Monday.com, everyone on a board gets notified with project updates. You can include due dates, notes, and tag others.

Monday makes managing my business easy

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interfact on monday and it makes what I was doing before on spreadsheets much more visually engaging and easy to understand, and the automations make my life bliss
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a minimum of 3 seats on all plans, I am a small business owner, and I have to pay for more seats than I would like/want. This is quite irritating. Changing this would be big for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all of my leads and clients in one easy place. Visualising where everyone is in the weekly process, and lead flow, so that I can make sure no one is getting miss out

What do you like best about the product?
A few years ago I tried out several project management tools. I found Monday, and have brought it along to each workplace I end up at. I've also suggested it to many clients who still use it today. A fantastic and easy-to-use tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that could be improved, but it might be my own learning - so i won't mention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily track projects, tasks, blockers and it helps our team have accountability.

Quick, easy, and detailed

What do you like best about the product?
I have the tasks detailed, organized, and I can identify where I have more difficulty in resolving issues. I can share it with the team and see where I can help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I became aware of other apps that could be more useful to me. I agree that it is a simplified way to help, organize, and share with each other. We can explore a little more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I have already described above, it has helped me organize my operational tasks with what is done, what I have to do, and the urgency. I can share my difficulties and thus identify problems.

Monday literally thought of everything!

What do you like best about the product?
As project manager, I love seeing where all of my team members are at with their projects at any given time. This platform significantly increased our productivity by helping with accountability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a feature or an option to work with a Monday specialist, tell them the automation and setup that you need, and they could implement it. Not everyone on our team was able to create their processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity and accountability. We know where everyone is on every project, takes the guessing game and unnecessary meetings away. Which is a win win for everyone!

Simplify planning and traceability

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the ability to create your fields for your planning and tracking needs and the traceability it provides throughout time. It also has a lot of integrations with different platforms like Slack, and others that can be integrated for a seamless flow through the various products your team uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides exist when using Monday; it might be a little overwhelming to use at first, like many other products out there, but the learning curve will be minor. The only minor thing might be when converting items to subitems if your fields are not the same you might loose information already gathered if you'd wish to convert it back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping our team to have visibility of the workflow we follow to plan, develop, test and deliver our product. With on-time notifications, calendars and dashboards our team can quickly identify the direction our product is taking without having to analyze the data separately.

The ideal tool for project management needs

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple and visually appealing, and it is simple to navigate. I've never had any problems with the platform, and customer service has always been prompt and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little pricey because it works on a per-user basis to get the most out of the software. It would be useful to have a master database into which to read data so that various lists could be linked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apart from assisting us with record management, it is well thought out, simple to learn and use, and less complex than some but it meets my needs. An additional feature that is beneficial for the team is that it was the closest to Excel with added benefits.
