Digitized End-to-End Planning on a Single Platform with Solvoyo
What do you like best about the product?
The digital transformation of Penti, involving the SAP migration, extended to Pre-season planning with Solvoyo Planning capabilities, including MFP, Line Planning, PLM/PDM, Store Clustering, Assortment Planning, Initial Purchase Order, and Size & Pre-pack optimization. Now we have an integrated and digital E2E solution process up and running.
This was a big step forward as we combined all our planning processes on one platform, increasing internal consistency and planner productivity.
Looking forward to collaborating on other amazing projects in the future.

What do you dislike about the product?
This is not about the software, but the difficulty we had was related to the change management. People used to work on Excel spreadsheets and were reluctant to change their way of doing things. Thankfully, the Solvoyo team was always helpful on our digital transformation journey, and the planners in our company realized that it took less time and effort when they used Solvoyo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a result of our work with Solvoyo, we reduced the manual work and the effort spent on planning. We improved the work balance across departments, reduced human error and data loss, and created a corporate memory by managing data libraries.
Most importantly, we act based on data-driven recommendations to pursue higher sales targets and business opportunities.
We would like to thank Solvoyo for their help with our digital transformation journey for Pre-season planning. From budgeting to NOS/Basics item forecasting, we now have a vertically and horizontally aligned platform which is a giant leap forward for our industry.
Most importantly, we act based on data-driven recommendations to pursue higher sales targets and business opportunities.

We prefer receiving efficiency analyses and reporting more frequently, which would be effective in increasing usage

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been a Solvoyo user for almost 2 years now. At the company, we’ve been able to extract insights from our data faster and more efficiently compared to traditional tools and manual applications. The time saved by using the platform has helped us to be more productive and focus on more value-add projects. The most invaluable feature is the ability to reduce human error through analytics and automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform provides helpful insights from our data, but it would be better to have a visual dashboard to summarize it. The speed of processing big data and the overall user interface of the platform could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solvoyo provides tremendous support for our end-to-end pre-season and in-season planning. The platform uses advanced analytics to calculate the decision recommendations of our purchase orders. The most significant benefit of Solvoyo is time-saving and the reduction of human errors and mistakes in the process.
Solvoyo creates comfort and confidence in decision making
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a Solvoyo user since 2021, and we have worked together for about a year. I trust Solvoyo’s engines for giving optimization-driven decision recommendations. This allows me to execute decisions comfortably and devote more time to making more complex decisions. With Solvoyo, I can focus on areas of improvement instead of crunching numbers all day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the platform to bring results faster in some modules with large data sizes. It rarely gives an error while loading large data. I would also like to have a dashboard for the summary of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Solvoyo in our Initial Allocation and Replenishment, Pre-season, and In-season Planning Processes. Solvoyo’s solutions enable us to place an order in the right quantity, in the right size, and to the right location. I am happy with how fast the platform analyzes and calculates our allocation and replenishment needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Solvoyo Turkey team have provided high performance support and consultancy for our supply chain digital transformation project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not observed or received any negative feedbacks for the Solvoyo project or Solvoyo Turkey team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have sell-in/sell-out demand planning issue within the company. Solvoyo built a digital platform which meets with our expectations.
Great platform with friendly and responsive staff
What do you like best about the product?
For us, Solvoyo was a significant improvement from gsheet ordering. If you have a junior team, it is a perfect solution as they have many safety nets to prevent user errors. They are very responsive and helpful when you have an issue or a question! Very flexible if you would like to change something!
What do you dislike about the product?
Solvoyo's calculations and safety nets can be somewhat limiting, and you do not have much visibility. A good explanation of those with the logic behind them would significantly improve the system for the user!

Solvoyo helps us with forecast generation and supply planning. It provides us with data needed for daily work and stores it all for in-depth analyses. Helped us a lot in terms of waste and availability.
good platform for supply chain planning
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is relatively easy to use, and no setup is required. It provides high-level visibility into your process, and the integration is also pretty painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the product is easy to learn and use, it still has some drawbacks. It is a bit hard to get more granular insight into our process, and the cost is a bit high compared to what it can do.

This product provides analytics and metrics into your inventory and supply chains. This allows us to make real-time decisions and adjust our process as necessary.

Solvoyo is a innovative platform to analyse the supply chain management. It solves many problems by providing single platform to plan and execute supply plans, which helps in doing business very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Solvoyo is best in for retail business and creating supply plan but it could be more better if they offer solution for inspection along with the planning.

Solvoyo helped me alot in managing the inventory of the stocks very simply. Saves a lot of time and allows to concentrate on increasing the performance of business.
Perfect platform needed for supply chain planning
What do you like best about the product?
Supply chain planning can be a laborious and difficult process but solvoyo breaks them down and makes them easy for me and does them for me almost, like a truly autonomous independent platform. I get full visibility and analytics of whats occuring with my customers, events, and alerts to potential errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes can be too simple and not as robust with as many bells and whistles as some of the more tenured and legacy platforms out there. I'd also like a little more granularity into CS.

Being able to fully integrate all services and needs into one place, knocking down the typical siloes, no need for extremely specialized services or employees to run, no need to invest additional and expensive resources
Best Supply planning tool ever
What do you like best about the product?
Solvoyo software helps you to manage your inventory. It's the best supply chain analytical tool. Very simple to use which I like the most. You can manage your inventory very efficiently by using this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software is only for planning they don't have the solution for inspection. Rest Solvoyo is a very good tool for retail business and for production planning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using this tool for solving my inventory management. Because for better management of your stocks you need a good tool, that is why I opt for this tool it is helping for managing the inventory very efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you really want the best tool for your inventory management and for supply chain planning then just go for it.
