    What do you like best about the product?
    The system offers a great experience with its simple design and flexible structure that fits different operational needs. Teams can start using it easily thanks to the clear interface. The support team is always available and responds quickly, which builds trust. The system is also being improved regularly and quickly, which makes it even more reliable over time.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The system performs well overall, though some parts may be slightly slower at times.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It allows me to carry out my daily routine tasks quickly and easily thanks to the on demand and TUI screens.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I can divide our transportation planning world into two periods: before and after Solvoyo. Before we got to know Solvoyo, our processes were entirely manual and cumbersome. Now, they are fully automated. Beyond automation, the improvement within the process has been incredible. We have an acceptance rate of over 95%, and we can manage our plans very quickly through the system.

    In addition to all this, working with the Solvoyo team is a great privilege. The team members understand you very well and have a high level of empathy. Once you start working together, you feel like you’re part of the Solvoyo team, and you can clearly sense their constructive energy. Your priorities become their priorities; your sensitivities become theirs as well. They are also always accessible for technical support and can provide instant solutions to your issues.

    I would like to open a separate parenthesis for Mehmet Bugra in the team. We worked with him throughout the project, and his leadership and perspective on business are amazing.

    Like with any implementation, there were a few discrepancies between the test and live environments during go-live. But what truly stood out was the responsiveness and dedication of the Solvoyo team — they were proactive, fast, and solution-oriented throughout.

    The experience not only streamlined our processes but also built strong trust in both the solution and the people behind it.

    One of the most outstanding aspects of Solvoyo is the team's ability to listen, understand, and develop solutions tailored to your specific needs. The fact that both sides work collaboratively toward a single goal significantly increases the success rate. You always know that there is a dedicated contact and intervention team available in case of any potential system malfunction. There is also a continuous development agenda for the software, with a team consistently working on identifying and implementing improvements.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There is room for improvement in ensuring that developments made in the system are tested for a longer period in the test environment, and that potential errors are identified and resolved before being deployed to the live environment.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We manage an operation with significant volume and expenditure focused on transportation planning. Before starting to work with Solvoyo, I had concerns about the acceptance rate of the system’s recommendations and how much of our daily operations could be integrated into the platform. However, thanks to the way the Solvoyo team approached the project, the capabilities of their system, and the outcomes they delivered, I realized that my concerns were unfounded. The system has proven itself with a consistently high rate of acceptance and usage, and it has now become an integral part of our daily operations. Our continuous improvement discussions with the team also reinforce our confidence in the quality of the team we are working with and in the fact that the development process is ongoing and never truly ends.
