OutSystems provides great tools for developers to create performant applications. Both mobile, tablet and mobile.

Multiple business problems and questions. As I develop together with the team applications for the full business, all departments. Both web and mobile development.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the rapid development capabilities, the intuitive visual composition, and the developer-friendly IDE that OutSystems offers. The tools and frameworks they have created make working with the platform highly efficient. Additionally, the AI recommendations, tech debt suggestions, and developer support are all outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not allow us to create Desktop Apps or work with 3D Animations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OutSystems as a platform has addressed one of the major challenges in Digital Transformation, which was the need to build enterprise applications entirely by hand. The low-code approach offered by OutSystems is its greatest strength. Additionally, it effectively streamlines other aspects such as CI/CD, DevOps, technical debt, UI complexities, and developer productivity.

Every time you have to trst some minor changes you have to publish all the solution. Sometimes it could be annoying

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful is the boost in productivity, especially when it comes to developing new features. In the healthcare sector, it's crucial to release updates quickly, and this really supports that need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that low code does not mean low architecture. Developing new apps quickly can become an issue if you haven't properly established your foundations and architectural structure beforehand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire healthcare sector benefits, and our collaborators are able to be more productive and accelerate processes.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, the primary advantage of the platform is its rapid development speed. Additionally, I find it remarkable how easy it is to learn, even for those who do not come from a tech background.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first thing that comes to mind is how difficult it is to understand the licensing, and I also feel that Outsystems is not suitable for small businesses. I know several small businesses that could really benefit from some simple solutions, but I don't think Outsystems is a viable option for them due to the high cost of the license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have worked as a consultant with the platform for over nine years, during which I have solved a wide range of problems across different sectors, including banking and healthcare. For example, I contributed to an app used by more than 500,000 users to book appointments and monitor their health. I don't use the platform for my personal benefit, aside from it being my profession; my focus is on delivering value to customers, helping them address their challenges, and making their lives easier. That is my main goal.
